Found just what I was looking for! They had more stock than expected. Employees were very nice.

Maybe there’s not enough staff but a lot of the tables of products were in disarray. It took extra effort going through stacks of clothes to find the right sizes. That being said, the items we bought, all on sale, were great for the value. Plus our cashier tipped us off to where to find a discount coupon online. We super appreciated that gesture.

Always liked jc pennys, but their coupons and discounts are so confusing unless you have a calculator & a magnifying glass to take advantage of them and usually lose out and pay more than I intended to. Other than that the store is neat and clean and the staff is great.

The store was great while in the Indian River Mall, however most of the stores that were in the mall are now closed, empty of a products and left abandoned. They will be missed!

I shop the mens section at JC Pennys regularly and Im never disappointed. The selection is vast and the price is always right. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend shopping JC Pennys.

Theres an optical department that sells glasses and has an ophthalmologist on site. The staff there is very knowledgeable and the prices are low. Its like a barely discovered gem. Hardly ever busy and top notch service.

I love my local Jcpenny!It’s my favorite retail store in town.I am so glad it did not close along with others in the mall. I can always find great deals, significant savings and they have a slim fit collection that my Fiancée looks great wearing and loves. I do wish however the registers were better staffed. Sometimes I have to walk around to find someone to help me check out. At the same time, I love being in the store so it’s not too much of a bother but I know other customers may appreciate the registers being staffed just from their expression while standing in line. I have a lot of patience so it’s alright. Plenty of parking! Dorothy was THE BEST Associate. She was in the Men’s and Shoe section but the store no longer had a register there.

I like JCP a lot but recently I have not been able to find what I want. Their prices are very reasonable and the people are very friendly. They usually have a good selection of things but I have not been able to find what I want the last few times I have been there.

Not a pleasant situation at all! My hairdresser was rude and very rough, needless to say I wont be going back there anytime soon.

Great experience at Penney s Optical!

Had a less than ideal experience trying to find help with looking for a pair of pants. Was told to go check over there after saying Ive looked everywhere for a certain size. Kind of felt like I was bothering the girl. Wouldnt have been a big deal except same thing happened in the show section. The next girl sighed Im frustration that she had to go Im the back to find a right shoe to make a complete pair.

Yesterday was the first time Ive been in the penny store for years I was happy to say that I had great customer service I was having a bad back day and I had bought a mattress cover that was in a big container in the girl even walked out to my car with me to put it in the car she help me pick one out also and couldnt have been any nicer then I went to the jewelry department as usual I was distracted by something shiny and ended up buying earrings and bracelets and a few other items and got a nice coupon discount for opening up a charge card so I was very happy and the girl waiting on me was very patient and show me a lot of things before I made my decisions so it was a good good day in Pennys.... there wasnt hardly anybody in the store which was kind of sad because there was a lot of sales going on

I love JCPenneys with this year have to give them 4 stars. Because when I went into the womens n the juniors section it was nothing but a 90 year old lady flowers on their clothes no offense to 90 year old ladies but maybe that should be put in the womens Department the Juniors there was nothing to even choose from nobody wants to show their belly button except for the under-20 keep that in mind JCPenney and maybe pick a few clothes without flowers little flowers big flowers something not all the same big flowers on everything I only walked out with one tank usually I walk out with a load of clothes but they always still have good deals lots of coupons to be had 10 off 10 10 off 25 20% good job on that I have to say

I can always count on JCP for clothing that fits me. Stores are always organized and neat. Only one suggestion - one could always use a place to sit, especially when trying on clothes in dressing rooms.

We have bought several jewelry items from here and their jewelry department has been wonderful!! The diamond ring has had a stone come loose, and was even lost once, but they have fixed it every time. I also bought a watch and they have adjusted it without question. Those ladies in that department are excellent!

My husband enjoys shopping here for his shirts tall and big. Next to that department is the jewelry and often Disney pieces are on sale! The whimsical coveted Walt Disney jewelry is my favorite! They also have a full Hair Salon. I do so like to frequent it and location is so close to our home. Very close to I.95 and the Vero Outlet shops, this Mall features JC Penney with easy access in and out with so much parking theres never a problem

I like JC Penneys but it appears they want to price themselves out of business. There is no way in hell I am going to pay $70.00 for a pair of Levis. Unless possibly they are made of gold and then it would only be 1 pair. They tell you how much you have saved but in all actuality they could save money by just pricing them what they planning on selling them for to begin with.

I LOVE JCPenny. They always have great sales. The staff are always very nice. Today, Dawn assisted me. She was very nice. I was a bit over my guessed total and had to rethink my math. She was very polite. And I was lucky enough to see her again when I came back through. I am unsure of the ladys name that Dawn was working the register with today, but she was also being very helpful with ladies in frount on her. Never displeased with the quality of clothes for the prices.

The customer service was amazing and the prices are always great. Found just what I wanted for christmas gifts.

My experience as a worker was not pleasant. Only getting $9 and only 15 or so hours a week. That isn’t much for the amount of work i had to do. And On there intercom they have someone saying jcpenny has flexible hours, rich employee discounts and good pay. But I don’t see them living up to that. It hasn’t caught up to the cost of living.

Great experience, I was actually surprised. Last JCP I went to it was hard to fine a cashier. Here I had a really great experience with an lady in the mens dept. I dont remember her name now, but she was great!

One of the things about JCPenneys is that the us always something on sale. They have an optical, a photo studio, and a saloon (all located near the north entrance) and a Sephora (in the middle of the store). Theyve also got mattresses, appliances, and a home section worth checking out.

Disaster!My daughter made an appointment two months in advance to have her hair styled for her wedding.On the day of her scheduled appointment, just five days before her wedding, the salon called one hour before she was scheduled to go into the salon and cancelled her appointment.She was told no one could perform the service even though when the appointment was made in person two months prior she was assured they could.Two months and no one called to inform her they were unable to provide her with service.When contacted the salon manager showed no regret or remorse, she simply said they could not do anything.When pressed to come up with a viable option she called another JC Penny salon and left our telephone number with them to contact us and then washed her hands of the situation she created.She made no follow up and the second salon never contacted us.One of the most important days of my daughter’s life and JC Penny showed a total disregard for her big day.If it had been their daughter’s wedding they would not be so uncaring.Stay away!Dr. Joe

I went to the optical center to gat an exam and glasses. Their prices are comparable to other places. But the service was gr8!! Tammy the manager was very helpful and friendly. They were patient with my questions and took their time with me. The Dr is a hoot. Had a gr8 additude and really seemed to care. Had a nice selection and considering i paid with me JCP CC its intrrest free for 6 months. Highly recommended!!
