Fast an a high quality job on my Tacoma

I was visiting Vero beach and while traveling on interstate 95 on a Thursday I got clipped by a tire fragment off a large truck which dislodged part of my front bumper .I told Niccole that I needed to be back on the road Sunday and if there was any way that they could help. Sure enough, the team at Vero collision helped me with the part and installed and car was ready on Friday . thanks so much

Where do I even start? From the moment I spoke to Nicole I knew I was in the right place. I went to serval other big name collision centers to get an estimate for some rear end damage from an accident, no one wanted to give me a line item estimate. The best I got was “ it’s going to be a few thousand on parts alone”. When I took my car in for an estimate Mike was on the ground in gravel to give me the best estimate he could from what he was able to see. I was so scared of my car being totaled but Nicole is awesome and so reassuring, she definitely put my anxiety at ease. When I found out they were a family business that was the icing on the cake and I’m so glad I went with them for the repairs! They were done with my car in a timely manner and did awesome work, my car looks brand new! They really care, you could tell by the quality of work! They aren’t going to rip you off to make a buck like some of the other big name centers. I highly recommend them!

Went to vero collision to have a rear bumper color matched to my truck and they definitely did a bang up job and also they worked with me on the price and gave me the best price in town! Highly recommend this paint shop to others. Great quality for the price that’s for sure!! Couldn’t be more satisfied with the work, thanks again vero collision!

I had gone to the dealer for an estimante and they came on with this and that about matching fender all around and came up with an estimate for $1600. Vero Collision is smaller with less overhead and did the job for $668 and finished in 3 days. I would go back to them again if rub my car against a wall again, but hope I don’t have to. Great people and workmanship.

WONDERFUL!! I have used this body shop a couple of times and they are always reasonable with their pricing, friendly, and prompt with their service. They have worked around my work schedule and always limit the time I am away from my vehicle. They offer a discount for paying in cash and get their material in a reasonable time. This body shop is ran how all body shops should be run. Nicole at the front is super friendly! The estimate they gave me was more than fair. It was also 1/3 the price of another shop I went to. I’m just happy to have found a good body shop!

Took my Jeep Wrangler to Vero Beach Chrysler for some body work under warranty, they in turn sent it to Vero Beach Collision for the hinges to be removed, new ones painted and installed. I went to pick it up two days later and there were numerous areas missing paint, other areas that had a matte finish where there was no clear coat and the paint torn up where the bolts were installed. I brought this to the attention of the dealer who sent it back to the body shop, to again remove the hinges paint new ones and reinstall. Again two days later I went to pick it up and again there were areas with no paint, when I opened the drivers door the hinge pin bolt snapped off and the passenger side door had a large dent in it, that was not there when I dropped it off, and was not aligned properly so it would not close correctly . Asked the service manager at the dealer to arrange a meeting with him, I and the body shop. When we met they denied they dented the door and Mike from the body shop said they did not know how the bolt broke, they offered absolutely no apology or explanation as to what happened very irritated he said bring it back next Tuesday. I picked it up today and in horrible weather conditions I did a quick look and it looked better but anyway it does not matter because I took it up with Jeep corporate and they are on the case. Mike or anyone at Vero Beach collision offered an apology or even a handshake. If you like your vehicle STAY AWAY from them.
