Had them come to my shop and fix my 34788NI. They had it for a few days and when I got it backthey gave me a almost 800 dollar invoice. I paid it with out any question. The very first car we try to use it on it did not work. I called them back and asked them to come and see what happened. They told me the are down employees just as everyone eles is. They said they will try to come out on that Friday. They called us on Friday and told me that they had other customers that had issues they they had to attend before they could come to us. So yes I was very frustrated because they cashed my check and now I can not use my a/c mechine. So I hung up the phone out of frustration and they have not come by for the next 4 days. I called to ask why they have not come. I received one of the most rude responses I have ever heard. The man on the phone started to YELL at me. Just kept repeating my name and just kept YELLING and telling me I had to apologize to him. He then told me he was never servicing us again! So please beware of using this company! Quick to take your money and will yell at you about asking for them to make it right!

Mark and his Crew were outstanding and helped me design my 10 car garage in order to fit five 4-post lifts. Not only were they helpful with space planning, they also helped me understand safe operation so that I am able to get my daily drivers in and out of the garage as needed. Id recommend them to anyone who is a car collector or someone who runs an automotive shop. Ken
