Manager Tony is awesome at making the customer feel appreciated and is attentive to all your needs. The technicians here are great and know what theyre doing. Theyre able to diagnose and get the issue resolved in a timely manner.Even though the shop is located at a Ford dealer, they service all brands of vehicles. You do not need to own a Ford to get your vehicle serviced here. The shop is a little far from my house, but its worth the trip. A car is your transportation to work and a part of your life. Having a reliable shop you can depend on is crucial.

I’m from out of town visiting family and the splash guard for my engine came loose last night and made a ruckus while driving. I made a stop at this Quick Lane and Tony was able to remove the guard and have us out in no time and with no charge! I appreciate the honesty and quick work, if you’re ever in the area and have car troubles, I definitely recommend!

Great, great experience!! Tony is the most honest, straight forward service man I have ever met! If I could give him six stars I would. Didnt try to upsell me anything, didnt even charge me for the diagnostic! He gave me the straight truth that it could cost more than the car is worth to try and fix it rather than try to drain my wallet! Cant say enough great things about him, I will definitely be returning and recommending him to everyone I know! Thanks again brother!!

We were in an unanticipated situation where we needed immediate, somewhat major repairs, along with some routine service. Anthony was very responsive about getting us in and communicating with me about what was needed and the costs. Everything got done on the same day, even though there was more work than initially planned for. The professionalism and quality of the work were excellent and appreciated.

I came in with a brakes problem first thing in the morning. Manager Anthony and the crew got right to it. He showed me what was the problem and what needed to be done, double checked warranty on all parts replaced and going that extra mile to make sure everything is set right. Anthony is a great manager that will go above and beyond, double check your vehicle before he gives you the keys back.

I have been using this particular Quick Lane for service on my company leased vehicles for several years. Generally Ive been happy. The price is right, wait times are short, the staff was accommodating and they did the job. Why a negative review after all this time? Without my knowledge or consent, during my last service at this location the guy that did the work let a young kid back my car out of the bay. He hit the building and damaged the rear quarter of my car. Very minor, not a big deal to be honest, but certainly enough to warrant repair. The service writer and manger both made a promise, which I have in writing, that they would call me when they had a loner car available and have their body shop fix it. That was October. It is now December and no call. Why dont I call and remind them? Why should I have to? This is about good customer service and general principle, which is all that matters in this case. Anyone can change oil and rotate tires for a price, the only thing you have to keep people coming back is customer service. If I was the manger or service writer and a young kid in my shop damaged a customers vehicle when he probably should not have been the the shop to begin with and most definitely should not have been behind the wheel of a customers car, I would make it a very high priority to be sure it was promptly taken care of by any means necessary and without the customer having to expend any time or energy calling or reminding me at all. They have made no attempt at all, I can only assume, hoping I would just let it go. During this same service visit I was told all of my lug nuts had swollen and I would need to replace them next visit. The decorative chrome caps on lug nuts have been in use since around the 1980s. I service my own vehicles, except these company leased ones, and I have never heard of or experienced this happening before. I suppose its possible that one or two might corrode to the point of swelling, I guess, but all 20 of them and on a two year old vehicle? Nope... I just got the car serviced at the location I will likely use from now on. To confirm my suspicions the service writer said all the lug nuts need to be replaced because it looked as if someone used the wrong sized socket on them and destroyed them all. Yup, thats a bit more likely... 20 lug nuts at a little more than $9.00 a piece. Thanks... I have no proof that is what happened, but it was my first thought. I did not say anything about the lug nuts to the new shop and they came up with the same idea. I dont plan to pursue this, but in this age of online reviews and having so many choices for service, I felt this review warranted.

Ive had my truck in their shop ( 3 ) times so far and each time their work had been first class and Ive always left completely satisfied. I just bought a brand new 2016, Ford Fusion from Ray Seraphin Ford. My salesman was Lance and he was the best salesman I have ever dealt with in my history of buying vehicles. He knew everything about the car and knew all the answers to my questions. Not only was the salesman a gentleman, the finance specialist, Jay, was awesome as well!! Lance and Jay made everything easy and took care of all the paperwork and hassle for me. I picked out the car on Monday and less than 24 hours later was driving it home. I got the quickest and best deal I could ever ask for. I will continue my business all thanks to Lance and Jay! Did I mention I got my first oil change free?!

Bruce went above and beyond getting our car in when the tie rod froze up and needed to be heated when the car needed alignment for new tires.The tire store we went to didnt have the skills to do it themselves. He got us in right away and got us back on the road within the hour.
