I cant tell you how great this place is i Needed a transmission line fixed and they were not able to do it the owner put transmission fluid in my car just so I could go to another place I bring my cars here all the time for repair one of the nicest places you’ll ever go to they don’t try to tell you to buy more things than you need They are extremely friendly and patient and they understand that some people are going through hard times and don’t have a lot of money to spend honestly probably the best repair shop I’ve ever been to

Great customer service! Matt is very professional and helpful got my tire valve stems swapped out first thing in the morning without an appointment and gave me a great deal. They really take care of Veterans and I really appreciate that! I will definitely return in the future for service.

The honest service.

All I know is that I will not be back. Now I have to have an expert look at my breaks. Test driving does not always help when the problem is intermittent. I even reported them to the Better Business Review last year and they never responded.

I could not recommend a better place to have a vehicle serviced, the Owner is a honest person and Phil and Chris know what they are doing. What could have been an expensive repair or an engine swap turned out to be a lot less serious and that is because of their honesty and knowledge. Save your time, dont look around just bring your vehicle to Matt, you will not be disappointed.

Tri-Towne saves the day...driving through Vernon and our 98 Nissan Altima starts overheating, thankfully the guys at Napa sent me to Tri-Towne Lube and Repair, though they were about to close they were nice enough to diagnose the problem and quote a competitive price to fix the problem involving the radiator. They really came through in a stressful situation and were professional. Glad to found them and if I lived nearby I would be taking my car there regularly. Keep up the good work guys!

The lads at Tri Towne are great mechanics and impeccably honest.If a part on your car needs replaced they let you know the cost prior to doing the work. If it is worn part with life left they let you know you can put off servicing that component for the time being.I highly recommend this shop and have complete faith in their service.
