I guess if youre desperate and have no other choice. But these people are absolutely disinterested in helping you. I was in a tough situation and called ahead to see if they had the ability to service the issue of our car, trying to provide detail to the person on the phone. Instead of a helpful reply, after having listened to all my information, some young punk rattled off their open and close times in the most apathetic tone imaginable. I guess if that had been my question that wouldve been helpful. Instead, Ill avoid taking my issue to these useless monkeys and you should do the same if you value your time

Had them rotate my tires, had 20 of the same lug nut type going in, came out with 19 of one kind and 1 of another kind.They hid it on the right rear side of the truck so I would not notice.The manager was like well it happens, shuggs, will not take ownership of the problem, he says if you bring me another one of my type, he would gladly put it onSince its smaller than the other lug nuts if I had a flat on the highway I wouldnt be able to get the wheel off to install the spare tire.Thats a major safety issue, manger shuggs again.I mean, How hard is it to screw a nut on a bolt properly!!!They left the valve caps of as well.

Sometimes they are busy back there with car stuff so for a more speedy check out go to the front cashiers😉😉

Went to Vernon Walmart to purchase 3 tires for my car. Old tires 60000 mile warrenty was still good so I asked to have warrenty to be used on old tires. When called to pay, I was charged full.

I went in for a oil change and swap out old tires for new ones, unfortunately they didnt have the ones needed but Scott was very helpful and reached out to other shops helping me find the tires needed since I was not from the area.

If they dont have the tires you want they will help you find them else where.
