Once again Paul was awesome to deal with. Had my vehicle towed there after someone decided to put my back bumper into my back seat. Pauls quick assessment allowed me to make some critical decision. Paul also offered me the ability to use a loaner. I strongly recommend Paul for any and all auto body work.

They do good work here at a fair price. My sons Jeep Commander had some rot on the passenger side rocker panel. Manchester Auto Body did a fantastic job cutting out the rusty panel, welding in a new one, painting it and making it look like it never happened. Thumbs way up to this body repair shop. I had such a great experience here! The owner took the time to give a thorough and free estimate without any pressure or hidden costs. The price even ended up being lower than the original estimate because he was able to get the part we needed for a discount. I will only return to this shop. They did an absolutely beautiful job of repairing and repainting my much beloved sports car. I am a car fanatic and therefore demanding of quality work. This is the same place that used to be on Main street in Manchester. I took my car to Paul (the owner) a couple of years ago for repairs. He did such a wonderful job that last month when someone hit my car, it was a no-brainer to take my car again for him to repair.The first time I took my car, someone had hit it on the driver side, near to the gas outlet. Quite a bit dent, but he and his staff were able to fix the dent without needing to replace the whole piece and still the side of my car looks like new and you will never guess someone had hit it. This time around, I was hit on the front of my car--the bumper was scrapped and dented--but he was able to replace the bumper and painted it so it looks like new again :-)The quality of work is great. Service is amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonable! You dont feel that he is trying to overcharge you for his work--as I felt when I shop around the first time around I needed work on my car. As a woman I have bad experience with body repair shops that were condescending and kind of shady when talking cost with me. But I didnt feel that way when talking with Paul, then (2009) or now (2013) and my car look like new now!I highly recommend anyone to go to Paul at Manchester Auto Body Repair and enjoy, good, quality and reasonable price repair service!

We have used Manchester Auto Body Repair in Vernon, more than once! Excellent service and weve been extremely pleased with their work and their price. They gave us a loanercar, at no extra cost and the work was done in very timely fashion. We went to several different Body Shops to get estimates and they were the best price. We would highly recommend this shop if you need and repair work done on your vehicles.

There were scratches and dents on my car. I went to Manchester auto body because their price was much lower than other body shops I visited around here. They got the job done quickly and almost perfectly. The only concern is that the paint smell is very strong and I hope it will go away soon. Anyway, they are still the best.

From the business side to the actual work performed, this place does it right! The owner Paul, deals seamlessly with the insurance company and the owner of the vehicle to make sure the vehicle is repaired with the correct parts. The finish quality of the repair done to my vehicle is such that you would never know it had been in an accident. And it was completed a day earlier than promised! This shop and Pauls vast experience are unmatched!

Great experience. Wad the 2nd spot I stopped for a quote, they were $500 cheaper than the first place and got my car back in great shape and record time. They deserve the 5 stars. Hopefully I dont get car damage in the future but if I do Ill be back

My wifes 2015 Lexus RX350 was hit by a pay loader and we thought it was going to be a total loss. The front end, hood, windshield, door, and fender were totally destroyed. We were concerned that the car would never be the same again. Paul and his team repaired everything and the car actually works and looks better than before the accident. Cant say enough good things about this place. Very professional, and the workmanship is outstanding. They even gave us the use of a free loaner vehicle while our car was being repaired.

I brought my car to this auto shop for the bumper and light repairs. Paul, the owner, was very kind and offered me a free loaner car until the car is fixed. He completely repaired my car within a couple of days even during the Thanksgiving Holidays. I appreciate his help and kindness.

These guys are amazing. My car had front damaged. Talked to Paul who is a really nice guy. He tried to help me get the best price and started working in my car asap. He explained to me all the details that could go wrong if the damaged was worse than he actually considered. Thank God the price didnt change and once i got my car back, i couldnt believe my eyes. Paintjob was a masterpiece. Its like my car was brought to life once again. Definitely recommended.
