We came to the store before the store even opened and he gladly took our inquiry which quickly turned into an upgrade. He made the experience pain free and was extremely efficient. Verizon you are number one carrier for a reason.. employees like Anthony who exemplify customer service excellence!!!!

I recently was in this store to get new iPhones for my wife and I. Larissa took care of me and made the process seamless. She was very kind and was able to answer any questions that I had. She made sure I had everything I needed and made sure I was aware of all costs and fees that Verizon has. This is the place to go if you want honest, fast and exceptional service.

Andrew is the best sales representative I have ever encountered I literally fell in love with him he gave me the easiest experience Ive ever had in a Verizon store I could sit and have a cup of coffee with this man and talk for hours 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Not a great experience. Im happy with my decision to leave Verizon AND save money!Be aware that this is not a corporate store. This creates confusion of accountability as they may not be held to the same standards and that Verizon themselves will not be responsible (help you) for their mistakes.I had MANY issues with Verizon. One being many false charges on my account. I was billed repeatedly for NFL Mobile, though I had never signed up for it or used it. Even after resolution through the store, it would happen again on my next bill. Another issue I had multiple times was that the data I was being billed for did not match the data shown right on Verizons website. Actually, while this was happening if you added the data from the two phones that I had on my plan, it was significantly less than the amount I was billed. I incurred roaming charges while in Florida on vacation, despite being on an international plan.I had used Verizon for YEARS before this happened and I was appalled at the lack of customer care, even at the corporate level.

Reading these reviews i wouldnt go to this store either they dont even care about the reviews being bad the responces have all been the same cut and past

I was in the Vermillion store today and Ashten was extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the products and set me up with two new phone and accessories. The store was very clean and everyone working greeted us right a way and our experience was very pleasurable. I will recommend other to visit the store.

I am so happy to come to this store. The employees treated me like royalty. I use a cane. They brought a chair to the door for me to sit down ; fixed my phone and even talked over options for a new plan. These guys are great

Wont go here ever again for anything. Young woman at the counter was rude as hell to the lady in line before us, was also rude to us and talked with the most smarmy condescending tone Ive ever heard.

This is the worst store. The girl behind the counter is such a snot and absolutely refuses to help you unless you purchased your phone from them! She told us we needed to go back to the store on 58 because they are not affiliated with them! Never going back!!!

Brandon at the Verizon GoWireless location in Vermilion was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when my Fiancé I needed help with adding a phone to our plan. He took his time and answered tons of questions. We will always go to this location for all our tech needs in the future.

Places is a joke. Went there to get a phone activated they said they tried but they couldnt get it to work and they unactivated current phone and said it was too old to turn back on, they wanted to sell a new phone. She had to go to another Verizon store to get it turned back on. I hope the place gets shut down

Since I posted this I received a call from the regional for these GoWirelss stores. Excellent guy and was very apologetic for the issues and misunderstanding my mother and I had at the store in Vermilion. While I cant change my review since these things did occur I will recommend giving them a chance knowing that Tyler is running the stores and is committed to customer service. Really appreciate the phone call.Horrific, store full of liars and people who were attempting to take advantage of the elderly. Do not use this store. My mom is in the middle of a move and doesnt even have a home yet but they had her ready to sign up for a bill over $200 which included a contract for Dish TV, when she had been paying about $30 bucks a month for her phone. All she wanted was a flip phone. These were the questions and the answers she got back, and after I got there to help her they told me the same answers.Do you have basic flip phones / answer: no Verizon doesnt sell them anymore.Do I have to have a data plan even though I dont use data. / Answer: yes Verizon doesnt offer any plans without data.Can I just buy a new phone:/ answer: no you have to finance no matter what.I then asked can I just add her to my service / answer: sure but we cant port her number shell have to get a new number.I told them that I just spoke with customer service and they told me just the opposite of everything they just said. Their answer was that customer service will tell you anything. We were in the store today and they were telling an elderly gentleman the same thing they were telling my mom. They even told us that we shouldnt call customer care or go to a corporate store like the one in Elyria. So we went to Elyria and guess what. She got her basic flip phone, no data, her bill is back to about $30 bucks a month and she paid for it right there so she didnt have to finance it. I grew up in Vermilion, so any friends or relatives out there please avoid this store.

I went in to ask about my phone disconnecting from my wi fi router.I wanted to print a receipt from me e mail.I have no internet connection to the router. A private network.I tried to explain Ive been using my printer through my wi fi.I never got that far, first Andres, then Brandon, all they could do was argue, You cant do that. It doesnt work like that. Over and over.Has ANYONE hooked up to a WiFi source that doesnt have Internet access?A CS rep in S. Carolina explained that my router was one with a defect, from 2005.I changed routers. Click, Bang. Printing again.Thank you, S. Carolina, never again, Vermilion.

I prefer to shop locally and have previously had great experiences with Matt and Joe at this location HOWEVER today I encountered Jason who was rude, ridiculously pushy and condescending. I will take my business elsewhere.
