I have been dealing with Thomassen Beauty Supply for about 10 years now and I can honestly say its the best Beauty Supply around. The staff is always friendly and professional, my order arrives the day after it was placed and a couple of times, in a pinch, they have personally delivered my supplies. They are always offering education and if you have a question or challenge with a product, you are speaking to a representative of the manufacturers immediately. Thomassen is truly a class act and they will always have my business.

I have been doing business with Thomassen Beauty Supply for 11 years now. They have a knowledgeable staff and wonderful customer service. They areally always helpful and kind. Shipping is only 1 business day and the shipping department has never failed me in all these years. I would rather purchase my products from them than the big corporate beauty supply stores!!

Called about purchasing a product. I was told they only sell to professionals. I asked for who they sold to in my area, about an hour and a half from her shop. She said, no one. I guess I have to buy on-line. Very unhelpful and rude.

Can we say....rude? Probably one of the worst instances of customer service Ive ever received. I havent a clue who these people think they are. They just lost out on literally thousands of dollars in business from me due to how insanely rude staff is.
