We had a water softener where we lived in Oregon so we found a company we high ratings and called them. The guy on the phone was I think Bob and he set us up to have our water tested.2 days later the man showed up who was Eric and he was very nice and said that he needed to test our water so he could make sure we ordered the correct equipment.He did various tests and showed us in a book with a lot of pictures as to what he was explaining and actually it was enlightening and entertaining all at once.The guy new what he was talking about and we felt very comfortable talking to him.No pressure or sell sell attitude which made us feel better.We bought a system and they installed it and I asked the installer if he could ask Eric to stop by when he had a chance and Eric called me the next day and stopped by our home and I asked him to test the water now that the system was installed. Eric said sure, and when he tested the water in not only the sink but also the shower, we could not believe the difference. WOW!My wife and I are in our 50s and my wife said the water was drying out her hair, Well once the water softener was installed, we came the dogs a bath and then she took a long shower and when she got out, she walked up to me and said, Michael, feel my hair. I did and it was not dry and felt soft and nice. Hard to explain but what a difference.My wife was happy and I am very glad we purchased this system because it makes such a big difference.It looks so nice in our garage and takes up very little room.Takes Eric and to the installer who I think was Doug.I will try to add a picture if I remember so you can see what I am talking about.

All i can say is this place is a joke! 4500.00 for a water softener. i called others prices are 1200.00-1500.00. life warranty? haha... i can buy three more in my lifetime if i had to.

We have had an Aqua Pure whole house water system installed for several years now. Our system included two reverse osmosis units mounted under our sink and above our refrigerator as drinking water units. We are very pleased with the quality of our water; not only for drinking, but for showering, laundry and dishwashing. The addition of the RO units make our drinking water as good as any bottled water Ive tasted. Whenever it is time to have the units serviced, the technician comes and performs all service quickly and professionally. The system functions flawlessly with the only effort on my part is keeping the salt tank filled. Very happy with our system and glad we had it installed.

We live in Punta Gorda, FL and our water is really bad. We didn’t know how bad until Aqua Pure came & gave us a demonstration. Both my husband, sister & I said “that’s disgusting”. It looked like dark brown sludge. We couldn’t believe that our water had that many chemical pollutants. We live in United States and are suppose to have best drinking. No even close. Bought an Aqua Pure water softening system a couple of years ago and I am very happy with it. Its a maintenance free system that runs itself and requires almost no attention.

Fast, excellent service and care when we needed it most. I needed a water conditioning system because my daughter was getting sick from our water. After a year of unexplainable nausea and stomach issues, numerous doctor visits and tests, my 9 year old was feeling increasingly worse. She began throwing up daily, several times a day. Do not ever, ever have them con you into buying the pure air system when it stops working they will charge you 99 dollars to come to check it. This was a very bad purchased.

Sales and support are great. Had a little problem with installation, but they kept at it until it was working properly. Their main products are water conditioning, but they also have other products to keep your home healthy.

Sales guy said the water in my home was filthy. I tested it with my own new & calibrated TDS meter plus chorine test kit and everything was fine. Same guy wasted 1 hour of my time on a sales pitch & then refused to give pricing, claiming that my girlfriend needed to be present despite the fact that I’m the home owner. Maybe he hoped she would go for his pitch of ‘5 year supply of cleaning soaps & shampoos’ even tho they don’t provide any samples.

Sales pitch was great,after that everything went down the drain (with dirty water).be careful and do your homework .7k bought me a under sink r-o system and a finance co.that calls and harasses late at night
