We visited Vancouver in July on a business trip and realized we hadnt packed any outdoor shoes for our long weekend of fun after the conference. We found the perfect shoes here. The selection was great. AND we cant brag enough about the service! Mark helped us find just the right shoes with the perfect fit and even gave us some local recommendations for dinner and exploring the area (...we loved Camas, Mark)! Such a great store! Even if you are visiting Portland you should cross the river for the selection and service here. The best!

Great experience at this store. I was recommended by a healthcare provider. Though not cheap, they sell high quality shoes and insoles with service. I took my time and verified in the store without any sales pressure. They have carpet and concrete to walk on. I highly recommend this place.

The store is inviting with lots of shoes on display. As usual, I was asked if I needed any help within a few minutes of walking into the store. Got the shoe inserts I needed and was reminded that if I any issues with them, I should bring them back. It was hard to leave the store without buying more shoes, but I will be going back.Ive been shopping When the Shoe Fits for around 10 years and have always had great service. That was initially really important as I was suffering from plantar fasciitis. Their assistance helped cure my problem, thank goodness. If you have a job which requires you to be on your feet a lot, try this store for help with foot pain.

Friendly staff. They have limited inventory for womens wide shoes but I was able to find a pair of sandals that fit great.

I originally came in, both kids in tow, looking for a comfortable work shoe. The salesman, I apologize for not remembering names, helped keep my kiddos entertained while I tried on a couple pairs. I happily left with a pair of Alegria shoes. They have been phenomenal for work, my feet have been much more comfy on those hospital floors. The other day, my shoe was losing fabric on the inside of the heel, after only a couple weeks wear. Today, I took that pair back to the store and effortlessly traded it out for a fresh pair (in a different style since they were out of the one I had). Will definitely be coming back if I need another pair.

I went in to find supportive running shoes and Brady politely and professionally helped analyze my walk and what support I needed. He gave me different options and explained what would work for my foot. I just tested out my new Brooks shoes with insoles on a run and my feet are very happy! Thank you! Ill be back the next time I need a new pair.

Ive been coming here for a couple of years and I love this store! Helpful, but not high-pressure staff. Great selection of shoes, but willing to order in if they dont have your size.

After consulting yelp reviews, we drove out of our way to shop at this branch of the store. So glad we did! Mark instantly knew what orthotics I needed and kindly trimmed them for me. 2 days later, I can safely say that the Sole inserts are the best ever. So is Mark. Ultra nice guy and ultra smart. We will definitely be return customers.

Had a great experience shopping with an excellent salesman. They did not have my size so it had to come from the Salmon Creek store. After 5 days I called to see if they had come in. They could not locate my shoe and called me back. I was directed to a website to confirm which shoe then was told it was at the store. When I arrived at the store it was a different shoe without laces. How is that possible? I was asked if I wanted them to search another store.... again lol! I bought them online instead for less

Have shopped here previously and the staff is kind and helpful. I ordered a pair of boots on December 1st, expecting they would be here in 10 days. No one called, I checked in and was told the wrong boots were sent. I was told they would be arriving before Christmas on the 14th. Again, no call to even let me know they werent showing up. I called again on the 21st and they were apologetic that the boots werent here. Early January I went in to get my money back as there were still no boots. The man who helped me was apologetic and kind and thought the owners may send me a discount or something for my trouble. Never heard from them again. Really disappointed and wont be going back.

Great selection of shoes, outstanding customer service. Grand Central location is the one I go to most of the time. Mark is very knowledgeable and accommodating salesperson I have ever met and I have 2 closets full of shoes.
