Not sure everyones elses reasons for using YESCO here in Vancouver but for me from the very first call I made they took charge and getting me set-up with something for our house that needed to be addressed for years. So after my initial meet with Eric and having him resolved our issue by the very next day that speaks volume to me not only on the work they did but the kind customer service throughout the whole process.SC
Tech was knowledgeable, very courteous and friendly. Did a super job and we now have light. Yesco said Let there be Light and it was good!
It takes a lot for me to write a review, good or bad. But Yesco really dropped the ball. Terrible internal communication. The support service was frustrated with upper management and no one could give any real answers. Lots of vague replies and excuses. Stay away.
