These guys saved me from certain death. I might be exaggerating a little but it’s not far off. The temperature outside was a scorching 115 degrees and I was without AC due to a fan shaft coming out of place. I discovered that the collar that holds the fan shaft in place was loose due to the head of the bolt that tightened the collar had broken off and the threads were stuck. This was not a part you’d find in any hardware store.By 1:00 my house, that is essentially a large fish bowl comprised of single pane windows, had reached 97 degrees. I called countless machine shops and all of them were unable to help me. RS Machine on the other hand told me to bring the part to them as soon as possible. When I arrived 20 minutes later, I learned that these saints had closed up shop and were heading home due to the heat but they stuck around just to help me. Within 5 minutes they had removed the broken bolt. RS Machine impressed me beyond words.

This company is great! They know what they are doing and will make sure the job is done right! Best in the business.
