The shop was definitely clean and sanitary. That I can appreciate. However the customer service was terrible. From the moment you’re greeted it felt more like an interrogation and warning not to touch anything lol. Which is great, but there’s already so many signs everywhere. Felt like overkill.Staff weren’t rude but they definitely weren’t friendly. Decided to take my business to Taboo Video. Simply for their customer service. Sorry guys, but customers still care about a positive experience while shopping.

The owner was incredibly nice and professional! Ignore the mask-hole Karens! 😷This place is clean, well stocked and professional, (and no creepy mouth-breathers hanging around) everything one could ask for! (considering they are selling intimate merchandise, you want them to take cleanliness seriously, right?😬) My spouse and I just moved here from out of town, and we were happy we didnt have to go all the way to Portland to find a store like this. Prices were fair. Selection was excellent. The lovely lady who helped us locate what we were looking for knew her stuff. What more could you ask for?!

High quality products and informed staff to help assist customers to get the right product for every individual want/need. LARGE plus size selection and a variety of mens products and clothing available. Ive been shopping here since I turned 18 and I appreciate the cleanliness and product stock. Unlike other local stores they only sell to adults and keep kids out. Have your I.D ready at the door, they will check. 10/10 would recommend to anyone over 18.

Ive been to this store once. Had a VERY good selection of all sorts of items! Everything from toys to lingerie to gag gifts and more!! Today I was looking to see if there was an online ordering system as I was in the search of something funny- but there werent items listed to see so instead, I decided toread the reviews of prior shoppers. I want to give a HUGE shout out to whomever is responding to these reviews! 🥰 I am a store manager of a fast food place and I absolutely love reading the responses here as this is how we are treated sometimes! This alone is going to bring me into your store this weekend and hope that I meet you!

Amazing store! Very well informed staff! Any question I had about a certain product the ladies there answered politely and professionally, the store was well organized and clean, 10/10 will definitely be back! Just an overall incredible experience there!

I was greeted by a lady that was super rude as soon as I walked in, I was told to put on a mask. Which I then apologized and said I did not have one. And then they informed me they had them for sale and $9 being the cheapest. If the mask mandate is lifted and you personally still want your business to have people wear them you should be supplying them. Your liberal Attitude isnt going to get you any more business. If anything requiring people to still wear masks is driving people away. You shouldnt be pushing your political agenda on everyone. Its just going to hurt your business.

Went in today and was very pleased with my visit. The woman helping me (pink hair) was extremely sweet, helpful and informative with the product I was buying. I felt comfortable and safe going into this establishment. I appreciate the precautions they are using to go about covid. Very cute and fun store to shop around in. I can’t wait to come back and check out their plus size section of cute lingerie. I’ve never been to a shop with so many options for plus size woman. Thank you so much, I can’t wait to come back

The woman who works in the front was very rude when I walked in. I guess coming in a half hour before close it too late. If you are going to close early just change your time online so you don’t waste someone’s time that drove all the way there, and be nice to everyone. You work for the customers and you need them to stay in business.

I got assistance from whom I believe was the owner of the store when I came in a couple of weeks ago, which really helped me since I had quite a few questions. Initially she didnt seem to be the friendliest person, but as I talked to her more, she professionally answered anything I asked and gave me recommendations, which I really appreciated. Prices can be quite expensive compared to buying online, but it can be worthwhile to browse through a store like this. Its also nice knowing that this shop exists since theres not much competition in the area.

Very rude from the get go. Walked in and staff was immediately aggressive. Not for the younger crowd I guess. No baby faces allowed lol Also good lord so expensive. Cheaper at Taboo and Spencer’s with kinder staff.

Used to love this store, but the owners are still imposing cult practices are their customers.

Fantastic place to shop for all your private needs, if they dont have it in stock they are more than willing to place a special order for you. The variety of toys and lingerie as well as other miscellaneous products is well above what I expected to find. Private Lives is cleaner, friendlier and certainly not cringy like other adults stores I have been too. I will not find myself shopping at any other adult store, Private Lives is definitely a store worth 5 stars

I love this store heart & soul (blood, sweat & tears)!I will not lie and pretend, yes I work here.Maybe its Covid, maybe Holidays shoot maybe the combo, but the negative reviews seem to be from the customers who did not like our rules that are set in place to protect us, them and anyone else that comes in the store.I apologize that you think we are rude for doing our jobs, to better serve you.When I say blood yes, truly I have bleed tying to make it better for customers.Sweat oh YES, I have worked 6-7 days a week since March to keep it open and safe during this pandemic not to mention the past 10 years doing everything I can to make the store better.Tears, you betcha, I have been working on a broken knee for year and a half then was taken out in June by ambulance for emergency abdominal surgery. Tears are huge, but seeing reviews that are unfounded hurts me most. This is the best experience I had at a store. Today I walked into the store I was a little nervous because this was my first time going into a adult store. The lady showed me around the whole store, and helped me pick out a Lingerie outfit. She gave me a lot of info and she was very nice. She also showed me a lot of great toys. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

A private location with so much selection. I have purchased many beautiful gifts for different wedding showers and myself. More fun than the traditional vs and so much selection of sizes. Great place.

I bought one of their $20 surprise bags - thinking it would have fun little sexual things in there, considering its an adult store... I got a flipping pirate hat and a whistle that doesnt work. Really?? I would of just bought random stuff instead but I thought it was a cute idea. Not a pirate hat that you get at party city. Feeling pretty scammed.

Went here with my fiancé this weekend to pick up some basics, lube, enhancement pills, rings... everything is extremely over-priced and selection is minimal! And on top of it, came home, and the enhancement pills didn’t even work! Now, keep in mind this is something we’ve used in the past and has always been our go-to, NEVER failed us before! After during some research looks as if these cheap ladies are selling these products without expiration dates, and the only ones that come that way are counterfeit products! Extremely disappointed and will never return to this store again and do not recommend it to anyone! This is my 2nd time here and 1st experience was worse than this one! Customer service is horrible, 1st time here I got mean mugged by blond lady the entire time I was shopping as if I was wasting her time by spending my money at her store! I can’t wait for taboo to reopen because this store is a joke!

Decent selection, but the prices could be fairer. But you gotta support your locally owned business with those prices.I came here for a bachelor party gift for a bro. I came right at opening time, 10:30am, and there was already a few customers there. Theres plenty of toys there and a good selection of inexpensive party gifts. Dont be fooled. This isnt just a lingerie store for women. They have plenty of things in there for dudes as well.

My wife and I enjoy this store. The staff is well informed and very helpful. They carry a decent selection of adult toys and lingerie, ranging from petite to bbw.I recommend this store to those looking for a fun gift for their loved one or themselves.

This place is okay if you like overpriced clothes! They dont offer any shoes so dont waste your time if your looking for shoes. I will say however the gal that was working was very nice.

I called to see what time they closed they told me 7:30, I pull into the parking lot at 7:06 as she was locking the door. If youre going to tell people your open until 7:30 its wise to actually stay open until 7:30. I was a first time customer but now Im a no customer!!

I called to see if they had something I wanted and the old lady that answered knew nothing about their stock! I asked for some one else to help and was disconnected.

I guess they close early when it suits their fancy. I arrived at 7:45, 15 minutes before closing, and shes locked up and counting the till. Not impressed.

I have always been treated well when I have been in and the staff was well informed on their product lines.
