I had a great experience purchasing my first motorcycle through Pro Caliber Motorsports in Vancouver, WA. Eli Graf worked with me to share build sheets of the bikes I was interested in and was able to secure an order for me on a very popular bike (BMW R1250GSA). Rees Alferd and the Pro Caliber group made the recent purchase of my CanAm Defender a great experience. When I first decided to purchase, there were no Defenders available in the Oregon/Washington area. I called many dealers who showed no interest in trying to sell me something they didnt have in stock. My call to Pro Caliber was much different when I spoke to Rees. Rees listened to me, researched Pro Calibers ability and timeframe to get a Defender and gave me a very fair quote within hours of my inquiry. Although it took several months to obtain, Rees kept in touch as he said he would and the timeframe for delivery was as quoted. At pick up, Rees and the Pro Caliber team made the experience quick and easy. I am extremely happy with customer service provided by the Pro Caliber team members and the fair pricing of a hard to find Defender.

I called one of the sales associates, Craig, the day before I went to go pick it up and he made the whole process easy. I went to go pick it up and the process went through smoothly and took less than a hour. I would definetly come back for more equipment and they sold the trailer for a price cheaper than any other place. This place deserves more than 5 stars in my opinion.

I have been to this shop multiple times and unfortunately have always been disappointed by the customer service. I went there today to try on helmets (likely an $800 purchase) when an employee outside the store told me that the doors were locked despite it being before closing time. I hesitated at the door unsure of what was going on when the employee became flustered and told me that there had been a theft and the police just left so they were done for the day although they should have been open for ten more minutes. I explained that I just wanted to try on helmets for sizes as I already knew which helmet I wanted. The employee rudely told me to go to Cycle Gear down the street instead but I explained that I had already been there and they didn’t have the correct size. The employee just shrugged his shoulders and shook his head at me. It was upsetting how the employee handled the situation, if he could have explained the situation more clearly and not have been so rude about telling me to leave I would have been more understanding. Just always disappointed with this shop.

I bought a Honda rebel 500 and super pleased with it. The one bummer is that it didnt have a right side mirror. My sales rep got me a replacement that works for now, and were still waiting for the stock mirror to show up and get mailed out.Update. Its been over a month and Im still waiting for the right side mirror. I could have ordered it myself and received it by now. And no news about my title or license plate. Its a bit frustrating.

Great experience buying out 21 RZR turbo S 4! inquired online and Owen called me right away initially they had no 4 seaters in stock, and i could not find any within 500 miles, Owen called me back and found one still in the crate, it was a Friday and no techs were there to put it together over the weekend but they got a tech to come in to put it together Sunday and we were riding by Sunday night. not to mention i left a 260$ spare belt on the sales floor by accident and Owen tracked it down and delivered it to me in woodland personally. honestly it was the best dealer buying experience iv had ! highly recommend

They found a set of tires for my bike that several other places couldn’t. Mounted them and put on new brake pads at the same time, did a solid job. They’re a little pricey, but it’s a retail shop with a professional service dept. so thats kinda the deal.

Terrible service. More employees then customers. Someone steals something and they shut the whole store down. The employee, Cameron, was extremely rude. Long story short was told cycle gear is a block away. Don’t bother. Internet has what you need.

Decided it was time to get back on a bike and Pro Caliber made that happen. Braden was great to work with. He was kind, responsive and communicative. He went out of his way to get it done and when it’s time I will gladly purchase another motorcycle from him. Overall the whole experience was exceptional and I would recommend to friends and family.

Very nice clean organized store. Prices are fair I checked them online against what their prices were and they are totally fair. The only issue that I had is they had a lack of inventory the last few times I went in and that goes for bikes and goodies. Other than that highly recommend this store and the services they offer
