A bit arrogant, and I hate gum. Nathan was not having any conversant but he liked chewing his gum and mocked ME at one point. They had a nice Cadillac I wanted but with the price of tax on a guitar I wasn’t interested and he wouldn’t negotiate at all. What kind of pawn shop doesn’t negotiate? Anyways in brought in an esp IPaid 700$ for and asked for a 300$ loan and got it. That’s a pretty fair exchange for a loan on an item so I’ll give them that. When I bought my ESP the value was around 1500$ and he told me it was only worth 800 now. He says the value changes according to what people ask for their items, funny though how when you want a LOAN the value is LOW and when you’re BUYING a guitar there the value is high and non negotiable. That’s business I guess

This is an awesome local shop with tons of cool guitars and gear. Everyone working there seems nice and arent put off if you have questions or are interested in something on the wall. Whether youre looking for a $1500 vintage Charvel/Jackson, a $350 Danelectro, or a $50 Boss foot pedal, give these guys a shot first, even if they dont have a specific item, theyre likely to have something similar.

They wont let you come in and shop, even with a mask. They will only hand you something to try out on the sidewalk. Lacking in customer service and apparently frozen in fear. Good luck with that.

Best place around for used equipment. I have bought lots of guitars and equipment there. They never steered me wrong. Also, I was once looking for a particular guitar and asked that they call me if one came in. They called 3 weeks later and I bought the guitar I was looking for at a great price. It is still my main guitar. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for used equipment.

Really nice place to buy good used guitars (with cases:-). I already got two guitars from this store and am really happy with quality and price!The best part is that you can play any guitar and compare it to any other right in the store.Assortment updates from time to time so if you visited once and did not find what you were looking for, make sure to come in again a bit later.Very nice staff!The only negative is that they offer only in-store credit for returns.

Great variety of used gear for nearly every type of musician. I saw some vintage gems at fair prices. Now I need to figure out how to sneak one past the goalie (my wife).

I stopped by Briz on a suggestion from a friend. All I intended to purchase was a few guitar picks (under $2 total purchase). Even though I wasnt making an important purchase the staff was completely helpful and spent a few minutes suggesting some picks and sharing their wisdom. This is a great crew who seems to appreciate their customers. Ill be coming back in the future.

I had a lower end guitar, a case, and a stand that I needed to sell for financial issues. Though it wasnt as much as I wanted for it, he gave me the highest amount that he could for my prized possessions. I really liked the professionalism and the quality of people working here. Not all scummy and regular pawn shoppy. Thanks Briz, for making a hard thing a little easier to handle.

The staff was immensely helpful in picking out my first guitar and setting me up with a few to try out. The prices are pretty reasonable, especially considering with my purchase they gave me two free lessons. Seems like a solid place to go if youre just starting and want to get your first guitar for practice. Im not really sure what this place would offer a more experienced musician, but thats more to do with my ignorance than their lack of service.

WARNING! Don’t buy from here based on what the cashiers say. My wife and I were there when the girl who worked there insisted that I did not need a receipt for some cables and so I walked out without one. Fast forward 60 plus days later, I ended up not using the cables and returned to the store to exchange them for other cables still in the original packaging. They then informed me that they would not take them back after 30 days. This was NOT disclosed at the time of purchase. How was I supposed to know that there was a return policy without a receipt? The cashier didn’t even consider making this right so I could be a return customer. DON’T EXPECT ANY FLEXIBILITY TO HELP A CUSTOMER. Even Goodwill asks if people know their return policy. Time to change.

I have complained about their service in the past. When I returned from my last visit from trying to but a 100 watter, the very same employee spoke to me fair and at first didnt understand how important it was to me. Because the very fact he listened to me and worked with me, made me have a change of heart. I play at better level of volume than before. However I still cant help it but like to play loud. Id recommend this store just because of the service alone.

Its a great shop indeed and I think its great to have a quality place to buy used equipment. On the flip side, Dont buy any electronic equipment such as rack gear without checking it out yourself. I bought a interface and the damn thing didnt work and they wouldnt give me my money back. I brought the gear back in less than 24 hours! I figured out it was broken as soon as i plugged it in. If they check everything before they buy it from people then how is it I ended up with broken gear? Amazing I know. Its a damn conspiracy I tell you. If they wouldve done the right thing and gave me a refund, I would still be happy to shop with them, but they didnt so I wont be spending another dime.
