Had to take packages there for work, friendly staff helped me bring everything in. Would recommend.

Very convenient location and good hours. However, every time I visit or drop off a package I dont feel welcome. It could just be me, but I have gotten attitude the past handful of times Ive been in. I really wanted to support a family owned business, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. I unfortunately just dont need to feel bad when mailing boxes.

I visited this Postal Connections for the first time to mail a large package. I was hoping they could help me decide the least expensive way to ship it. They did more than that! They looked at all the options then asked if the contents would fit in a smaller box so it could go cheaper. They helped me repack it in a smaller box (first asking if there was anything sensitive inside) and saved me $16! They were friendly and spent time with me without ever making me feel like I was rushed. Thank you for your great service! I will be back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had to ship a package via USPS to a millitary base. If he had just accepted a package I packed up it would have been over $80!! He helped me repackage in two flat rate boxes saving me around $40...without making me feel like I was wasting his time. Thank you!

I love that Postal Connections gives such great service. My mail and packages are secure until I can pick them up. And they send me text notifications when I have packages to pick up.

The staff here was beyond helpful, I can’t stress this enough. After making a move to Hawaii and leaving most of my things behind, I had them ship my computer and components over the phone. Their care and dedication to making this delivery successful is something hard to find, especially when it’s not their stuff! To anyone wondering if they will use this family owned company, I highly suggest them. Adrienne, you really know how to help your customers out!

I love everything about doing business with this family. They go out of their way to be helpful and they are an absolute pleasure to work with. I wasnt sure how I would feel about maintaining a personal mail box for non-family business. Now, I wouldnt think about going back to handling all of this at home. These folks would do anything to assist you when traveling or at any time. And the price is always more than fair.
