Our security cameras never worked, we had a fire alarm go off and we couldnt check the camera because it wasnt working, this is just one of the many many times that we had issues with our cameras. Now we are trying to cancel the service but no one is answering the phone, we have been on hold for an hour an a half and still counting! We left three voicemails because they said they will call us back but They Havent. Would not recommend!!

Hidden fees, over charges, and lack of customer service.One of the worst companies I’ve had to deal with by far.

The service is terrible!My equipment does NOT work, and has not been repaired or replaced leaving my home not fully protected.Phone calls can be over an hour on hold.
