Great experience. Our son hit a sudden growth spurt and is now in 12 month clothes. Its causing us to scramble for summer clothes much sooner than anticipated. He just skipped right over 9 month clothes 😭 I was able to get about 10 full outfits and spend what I would have on 4 pieces or less brand new in store. The guy working was really nice! The store was really clean and the clothes I bought were in great condition! Super thankful for places like this seeing as we have 2 under 2, we try to save as much as we can! It was not very busy when I came in too so I could find more.

Somehow always find what what we need. Really good finds every time.

Terrible service from the teenage girl behind the counter. My wife had accidentally included a pair of pants that she didn’t want to sell and the girl said it was “too late” to take it out, then loudly complained to her coworkers about it *while my wife was in front of them still*. Incredibly rude, and totally unacceptable.

Just moved here from Iowa and Once Upon a Child was my go to store. From all the negative comments I was nervous about what my experience would be when I visited this location. Toy section- pristine. Book section- immaculate. Clothing- well organized and great selection. Shoes- organized and everything in the correct bins. All the staff members were very nice and properly masked (if thats important to you). All these negative reviews are either trippin or the store stepped up their game. Either way, I will most definitely be going back.

Very clean and organized store. It was so easy to find what we were looking for. And the clothes are organized by style in rainbow order so making coordinating outfits was a breeze!

I dont know why people keep bashing the store manager. I have gone in this store hundreds of times and never had an issue with the store manager. In fact, she is super nice and the staff seem happy there as well. From what I have seen teenagers get hired on a lot there and she is just teaching them and challenging them with math questions to ensure they do a good job. Ill keep shopping. As for the people wining about masks, get a life.

Bring in your childrens out grown clothes for credit to move them into the next size. We shop here first for jeans, coats and special occasion outfits. Its nice to find so many excellently cared for name brand clothes. The credit from our used clothes makes the shopping experience even better. Keep an eye out for sale ietms, there are many! If you want to you can give them your number so they can send you coupon codes and promotions via text message.

The staff always seem to be in a mood.. great selection but some things are way overpriced for being second hand items.

Love this store! I get items here all the time for my infant daughter. I’m not sure why they have so many poor reviews, but I’ve never had an issue. Great service and a huge selection of in season inventory.

The manager is increasingly rude every time I’ve been here. It’s clear the girls working there don’t want to be there. They are unhelpful and judgy. They never followed Covid guidelines from the start and are just bad business.

I recently moved into town and went in to sell some clothing and get a feel for the place. I was disappointed to see one of the staff at the register wearing their mask around her chin the entire time I was there. For that reason I will not be returning for business for the foreseeable future. I really wanted to make them a primary source of clothing and donations, but I can’t in good conscience. I’m disappointed to see such a vital business disregarding public safety so blatantly.

Such a terrible establishment! I should have wrote this review so long ago but I never had an account made! I can’t believe this place is still standing with the management inside it, she is extremely rude. She used to have blonde hair but the last time I was in it was brown. I see her yell! At the employees! Who does that? So sad. I hope she doesn’t have children of her own.

Staff member handling merchandise would not wear a mask correctly. Good selection, but expensive and the toy section was a disaster. I wanted to like this place, but just ended up walking out as I saw the lady move her mask down.

I came in today for my first time to sell and I didn’t expect that they would take so much. On the stuff they did pass on they explained it to me and showed me a few items since it was my first time selling. While I waited since they said it was only a 30 minute wait I did liking around and ended up finding a few things as well. Every one was so kind and helpful was such an amassing experience. Completely recommend to buy and sell here!

They have made changes to the store and there seems to be more professional atmosphere since my last visit which was a very pleasant surprise. They processed my items quickly and the store was very organized!

This whole establishment is absolutely disgusting. The management is so awful to their staff. They degrade them, and publicly humiliate them in front of customer. Before you buy things, make sure you look up the price of the item first. They sell used items for more than the price of buying the item brand new a lot of the time. They low ball you, theres plenty of other second hand stores. Please please do not support this store!!!

I went in a couple times but never purchased as items felt over priced. Items with tags from the store would be priced higher than the tag! After hearing story after story about how the manager treats employees and customers, they’ve guaranteed never to have my business.

I had a few boxes of stuff to sell and upon arrival I saw a sign on the door that said “buys store credit only.” I asked why it wasn’t put on the website and the employee was VERY rude and snotty and said well we put it on our Facebook. I checked the Facebook page and no post from yesterday about store credit only.

Finally writing a review of this second hand kids clothing store. It is a wonderful bargain of quality clothes for kids and babies. Love that they organize by size/color/type. Prices so low, its fun to buy more than you expected. I just scored all the items my son needed for under $38. They also consign which Ive yet to do but Ive heard good things. They pay cash on the spot or give store credit. You can also find toys, shoes, accessories, books and more.They have an enclosed play area and a spacious clean bathroom. Easy parking and quick customer service keeps me coming back.

Nice store with a lot of selection. A little messy when I went in but otherwise well organized with a ton of stuff for kids into their early teens.

I had brought 3 boxes of items in a couple months ago and had previously been told that they would give an itemized recipet of what they wanted to purchase. I was very disappointed to find out they dont do that anymore, or never did. But I decided I would try again with a much smaller box of things. This would allow me to figure out what I deemed a fair price and would help me to determine if their offer was decent. Their price for the things they wanted was about half of what I thought was a fair price, so I didnt sell anything. When I was checking my items I found that they wanted to purchase a dress, but separated it from the matching diaper cover. I also found that they had taken a brand new set of shirts and opened one up but didnt put them back together. So frustrating! They want the customers to have everything folded nice and neat, but return the items in a huge messy pile. I definitely wont sell anything to them again.

I’ve spent a lot of money in this store and referred many people here. At this point I go only for the prices. Unfortunately the blonde owner/manager is unbelievably rude. On 3 separate occasions she’s said rude things to me. I’ve asked her questions (where to find certain products) and she’s outright ignored me, scoffed and looked an employee as if they should answer. They were working, she was on her phone. I feel quite uncomfortable shopping in there now. It’s unfortunate as I bought my entire newborns collection from there essentially. I hate putting money into the pocket of someone that’s just rude and disrespectful not only to employees but to customers as well.

Y’all need a lesson in customer satisfaction. I realize you have certain times you buy clothes but when someone walks in and is told “sorry we stop doing it at 6:00 and it’s 6:04” and there’s literally not a soul in the whole place....give me a break. FOUR MINUTES. And a dead store? No customers in sight. Wow.

Over the years I have put up with the generally unfriendly, unhelpful staff for the sake of having a convenient place to resell my children’s outgrown clothing. However, after my experience today I will NEVER go back. I brought in 6 large tubs of clothing. About 5 items had a tag from their store as I had bought items that didn’t end up fitting. They were purchased a couple years ago. They accused me of somehow getting these 5 items of clothing from a donation center and then trying to sell them back to the store! This is so absurd and insulting. I assured them I had purchased them but they maintained that they had donated those items. As if I’m trying to swindle $5.00 by selling them donated clothing?? Ridiculous!! They really should make sure they can accurately track that info before they go accusing customers of something like this!! They can’t even sync the customer info from one tablet to the other, so I don’t know how they would ever figure out how to accurately track which clothes they sell vs donate.

I normally have a good experience in this store but tonight was a different story. I dont know her name but all I could think was Malibu barbie. Pink obnoxious bracelets, shirt rolled so belly would show, way too much makeup and bad fake eyelashes. She was rude and snappy with me because I was trying to help by removing hangers (which all other cashiers love the help if there are no outfits). I told her there were no outfits and she said you never know. Actually, I do, because I know what Im buying! The girl training was so sweet and doing an amazing job and barbie was getting short with her in front of me, so much so it was uncomfortable, for no reason. She just hijacked the sale. I shop here often and am deeply disturbed by this individual. There were many more snarky comments made by barbie. I may have just made my last trip to this store.

If I could give a zero star I would, took some baby stuff in and not only was there a blonde that was probably a manager or owner was very rude. Not just once but multiple times she treated me like I had never been in before which in fact I have been multiple times. I will never buy or sell to them again. Now I know why my friend said not to go there anymore. I will be spreading the word everywhere I can. It use to be decent and friendly staff and got a fair amount for selling clothes, now its an absolute joke!!

I believe the store is under new ownership now...and the sell back process has become more updated. Ive been shopping here for 6+ years and often find just what Im looking for; however, there are times when the selection in certain sizes is very limited. Also always confused by what isnt bought back...Ive just hear the same phrases over and over (wrinkled, shows wear, light staining)...must be the party line, but dont hear specifics about particular items. Otherwise a good place to buy especially for the smaller (infant-toddler) kiddos.

I am visiting family in town for a few weeks and I wanted to get my boys some toys to keep at Grandpas house. I was very happy with how clean and organized the store was. They do a wonderful job of separating everything out so it is easy to find. They also had a huge selection of books, clothes, toys and so much more. I found a bunch of different toys for my kids and they were all greatly priced. Everything was bagged nicely and had all the pieces. Nothing was broken and none of the clothes had stains.

I will no longer be shopping at this location due to the fact that the female manager is rude to not only employees, but customers as well! Their staff is mainly high schoolers now, which is great for them to learn, but they just stand there and do not greet anyone, ask them if they need help finding anything and don’t even bother sparking up a conversation while checking out, I’ve worked in retail and those are all big no no’s! I’m very disappointed with this store how it is now with different owners/managers.

Wont be using once upon a child again didnt appreciate the responses from customer service in regards to their policy. I went and dropped off two buckets of items in return was given 40 dollars in which I had not picked up yet, thought it would go to store credit and I could come back and buy. Clearly not as customer service rudely pointed out that after 30 days the money or gift cards get thrown out which sounds like they just keep your money. She said, I clearly didnt care too much about it to come back for it, well no not true I simply wasnt aware of their policy looked in their website and it dose not clarify the time frame in which people need to come get their money or they keep it along with your belongings. My disappointment is in the way she said it, poor customer service, their is always a better way to talk/explain to customers in regards to policy.

I unfortunately will not be going back to this location. I have had issues a few times and nothing too bad until my last visit when the female blonde manager was just being absolutely rude to me and another customer as we were bringing stuff in to sell. She was being very rude and disrespectful as I’m trying to get my son into the shopping cart and she is getting at me about my box being on the counter before I could even set my son down. She started yelling at the women who had came in after me. The rest of the staff is amazing and very kind. The male manger is very kind and is always helpful. But unfortunately this is the last time I will do any business with them just to avoid being yelled at or scolded by someone who can’t keep their cool in the customer service business.

Wonderful second hand kids store. They have mostly clothing here with some toys and quite a few strollers. Great store, extremely well organized. I always find something for my little girl and go here often. They also have a rewards program where you earn points if you give your phone number.

Absolutely horrid customer service and communication. Brought in a couple of high dollar items to offset costs of childcare and was treated alright at first, working with a male employee who was very kind and welcoming, but after waiting the 15 minutes for a quote we were told bybcompletely different employees that the swing we brought was malfunctioning. None of the employees could replicate whatever was wrong and when we tried to barter we were told to come back in and maybe somebody else on some other day would take it... by the owner. We live 25 miles away. I am all for safety concerns but we were treated as if we were trying to play them or something. Not to mention they only wanted to give us $15 for a jumper we bought for $130. Seriously left a sour taste in my mouth. We wont ever be shopping at this store again and will simply sell our own products through Facebook or what have you.

Most of the reviews are right. They do not give you much for your items even when they are in good condition. The staff seems more interested in talking to each other then helping customers. You can practically get new clothes for the same price, however I did find a couple shirts for my son I liked so I gave them two stars. I will try consignment next time.

Do not take your stuff to the fourth plain location. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. The customer service was beyond poor. I was treated very rudely. I tried to explain what some toys did and she rudely told me she had no time to go over any of the toys. That she was a professional. I easily had over $400 (retail probably $1500) worth of toys (Paw Patrol, Batman, Power Rangers, Black in Decker, Mine Craft, ect.) They only wanted to give $40 and when I told them I wanted my stuff back they told me my stuff had already been processed. I will never shop nor bring my stuff there again.

I had an employee be really rude to me. It was my very first time donating things and she didnt even really help me and so when i did it wrong she rolled her eyes at me and told me it was going to be very annoying to go back and change it. She was also yelling at other employees. I love the store, but i honestly dont wanna go back in there. I also never got anything for what i donated. The girl said i would receive a text and i never did. I donated quite a few things, i was excited to use what i donated to buy other things and now i probably wont get anything for what i donated.

I do like to shop there But lesson learned I will not bring any new items there again. They do rip you off.

The staff were friendly when arrived, took care of my drop off in a timely manner. But being summer you would think they wouldve taken the tank tops and shorts I brought in. Instead they only took a few items and when I went to pay for the items I was purchasing my cash had a slight tear in it and the cashier refused to take it. She stared at the money on the counter without saying anything until I told her there you go, she says do you have something else?? Excuse me what?? Its still money.

We sold a basket of clothes and shopped as well. I thought everything was great! No, they dont pay you top dollar but its better than nothing :) Also, the clothes are organized by color and size... Very easy to look through. I was pleasantly surprised by their huge selection! I will definitely shop here in the future.

Tried several times to sell items., they were unable to tell me how long wait would be, just said several hours and didnt know how many hours several hours would be, 3, 4, 5 or more. Also you must pick your stuff up same day no appointments taken. There was very little behind counter . This was was my last attempt to sell here. Try Rerun or the tons of other consignment shops. Tree house consignment is awesome too.

The customer service here is amazing, the Two ladies that helped us were extremely helpful and really knew what they were talking about. The store was extremely organized and clean as well it was easy to shop around and find exactly what we need.

I have no idea why this store doesnt have all 5 star ratings. Ive been in several locations of Once Upon a Child and this is my favorite one! They have a great selection at good prices(especially when they are having a clearance sale) and its very clean and organized. Love it! I drive from south of Portland just to visit this store!

I went in a few months ago to try to sell majority of my kids clothes. I dropped off like what I usually do and come back next day to pick up and see what they offered. I gave about 10 pairs of the jeans and they took the jeans that look worn but didnt take the ones that have not been used as much. Their excuse was that they pass on wrinkles and it looks faded. When I know that the jeans that I bought my son, is supposed to look like that. They barely even went thru the bag because I pulled out a lot of clothing and asked why they didnt take it and the manager told me that she didnt see those items. I got offered only $10 for the items they took. Never coming back to sell to them due to them being extremely picky.

The manager here is so rude! I’ve experienced her being rude to customers and employees! Also in a Facebook group of other moms in the area and they have experienced similar things. They are rude to the kids to..I feel so bad for the employee’s.

Over priced garbage. Almost everything I looked at were either really wash worn, stained, or had a hole. They want almost full price for there very used clothes. I brought in a bag full of my daughters clothes (most only worn once and all in excellent condition) they offered me $6 for about 5 things and denied the rest because they were in a plastic bag and apparently wrinkly. You cant even find anything in this store for under $5. Huge rip off! Will never go back! Wish I could give 0 stars. Tiny hineys or denim & frills are the places to go. They have way better deals and actually care and show appreciation to there costumers and what they sell to you.

I waited until Id been in a few times to post a review, just to be sure it wasnt a one time thing, but every time Ive been in to drop things off its taken a very long time to get a quote. The first time I had to come back the next day (dropped off at 2pm on a Friday). Which sucks because I live 45 minutes away. Every time after that Ive been told it would take 1-2 hours and its taken more like 5-6 hours.However they do have decent deals and Im giving stuff is normally pass on for free anyway but the wait time sucks for non locals.

The blonde manager there is completely RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and has NO CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLS. I will not be taking my business there anymore because of the way I was treated by her! I felt very uncomfortable and shocked as to how I was spoken to! I told her I dont appreciate her attitude and she then told me I could leave then! I brought in a new unassembled bassinet and asked her before i assembly it, would you accept it? She said yes, so I assembled it and then she rejected it after I screwed it together. I then had to take it all apart as it didnt fit in my car assembled. I believe she did this only because I told her I dont appreciate your attitude as other costumers witnessed her behavior and agreed that she was completely rude!

Never going back here again. The girls have an attitude and my son found a music popper walker there for $7.50! Im like that cant be right so I look it up... They sell for $7.99 NEW at Target and Walmart. They wouldnt budge on the price or contact their manager about it. Clearly someone priced this wrong. And much of their stuff... A vacuum missing pieces for $12. All dirty and not cleaned either. Very disappointed Ill never shop here again which is so disappointing.

It is what it is. A decent place to get good values on gently used kids clothes. The few times that we have sold them clothes or other items have been a headache, however. I dropped off a couple large bags of items to sell earlier today and they took my name and phone number and told me they would call me when their quote was ready. They called me back at 6:00 PM and I missed their call, so they left me a message saying that if I did not get back to the store by closing (8:00 PM) that they would donate any of the items that they did not accept. I was out running errands and got the message just after 8:00. I called back and got no answer. They never gave me any estimate of how long it would take for them to go through my items and call me with a quote, nor did they mention before I left the items there that I would risk losing anything that they did not buy if I was not ready to race back on short notice whenever they happened to call me (which, as I understand, can often be days later). Well see if theyll let me have my stuff back when I call them first thing tomorrow morning.

This store has been going down hill this last year. Today I am flabbergasted at how an employee talked to a customer today. While I was shopping a customer came in to see if they would purchase her items from her, as soon as the lady walked to the counter to ask an EMPLOYEE walked up to her and rudely said to her this is recalled nope! This also is recalled nope! This has to be put together before I will even look at it! The lady sat there in shock stating it only takes a second to put it together I can do it now, and why are these recalled? She rudely stated about a seat belt and moved the items all the way out of her way and went back working ignoring the customer.The customer told her, you have had an attitude with me since I stepped in and yet I did nothing, EMPLOYEE your upset I will not take your items, I dont have an attitude!I walked away because I was going to get involved if I did not.The Employee had no name tag on to get her name but she was working on Oct 17th at 1:30pm wearing a grey sweat shirt that said Savage or something in the lines of that, bleach blonde and skinny! She 100% was rude to that customer!And yet after the customer left for being treated so rudely the employee talked horribly about her with her other employees, no one responded besides just an awkward yeah.Plus side when I checked out KP it says on my receipt was great! Helpful and super nice!

I bought a pair of Nikes for my baby, who does not walk, from this location. I took them home and learned his feet were too wide, so he didnt even wear them. Two months later I take the same shoes (that have not been worn by my baby) back to the store along with 5 boxes of baby clothes. They wouldnt buy back the shoes I bought from them that werent ever worn. They took a handful of clothes and told my husband if we took the rest home and washed them they might be interested in more of them. They were so rude and very unprofessional. Once upon a time I loved this place. . .

Refuses to take back bigger items like bassinets even if it was just purchased there. I have tried 3 times and each time was told it was to used. One of those times I had just purchased the item 2 days before and only was returning it because my baby did not fit in it, there was ZERO use and was in the condition they sold it to me.Further more, they were going to keep the items they did not purchase until I asked about them. Then I got attitude and told I could not come back for them it was my responsibility to haul them off. Even with that they still kept one chair I brought in, they did not pay for, I asked for it and it was not returned to me.

My son loves coming here with me. They always have cute clothes and the staff is amazing. The prices are cheap for such great stuff!

THANK GOD, I read the negative reviews before going to this store. WOW, how are they still in business is beyond me. Dont go there and dont take your items there. Read all the recent reviews. Its obvious that the blonde woman has major issues and should not be working anywhere near people. People like that should not work in retail especially kids store.

Every time I go back the service gets worse and worse. I bring in my items washed, folded, and matched then get everything given back in the same spot so I know most isnt gone through and they offer me $10 or less every time. Never recommending to anyone. PLEASE at least hire a good staff. They all look like they need a bath.

The ladies that worked at this store on November 7th 2015 are rude! We sat waiting where we THOUGHT the line was for 10 minutes while they let people cut us instead of telling us where we should wait. When it was our turn, I started to put stuff on the counter and said I had some things to sell. After I put all of the pieces of the rocker/sleeper on the counter the woman says oh you want to check in? Check in is down here and well need you to put it together... Keep in mind that all of their similar items are displayed fully assembled on top of their shelves, so there was no way I could have been placing this item with multiple pieces on the counter to purchase. We waited some more while they helped other people to come check in our stuff and were told 15 or so minutes for them to look at what we brought. They sat around chatting while we shopped and waited for them to look through the small grocery bag of clothes and check out the rocker only to tell us 15 or so additional minutes when we came back to the front. We put our purchases on hold and walked over to Jo-Anns. When we came back, they claimed the electronic stuff on the rocker didnt work after trying several sets of batteries (It worked before I took my batteries out) and that they only took new or near new items in sizes 0-12 months. The things I brought were newborn size and could almost all be described as new or near new Even what couldnt be described that way was in similar condition to items they had for sale! This is not the kind of business I want to support and I wont be shopping there or mentioning them to anyone else I know without a warning.

I dont recommend selling your stuff to them because they will take your stuff and not pay you for it. They totally rip you off and their employees are rude and very unprofessional. I will not be selling to them anymore! They have terrible customer service and are very disorganized with the buy back process. I REALLY miss the previous owner and employees. I usually dont leave reviews, but I had to this time. I used to work here for a while. Its been a long time since Ive sold to them. The females that work there have a personal problem with me that I have no idea about, but the way people feel about me is not my problem :) So I recently sold some of my sons clothes/shoes two days ago (more than half has NEVER been worn as well as clothes I have purchased from there (also never worn) I went to pick up my items & I was not even shown what they were purchasing! Which is part of the process, but again they have their own personal problem with me, which proves my point again & I wasnt trying to deal with it.. They sent so many of my items back to me, I asked one female to let me know what was wrong with specific items. She could NOT tell me! Instead, she says I wasnt the only one who sorted through this. I said okay, thats fine. Can you tell me why you passed on these items? (I pull a selected few) She tells me, Umm, I think we passed because of this. What do you mean you THINK?? Its your job to let me know after all... when these girls are unable to tell you why they passed on items, they just stand there & come up with something! No lie! Im POSITIVE I am not the only one this has happened to.. So just be careful. It really depends on who you are selling to them. If you work there now or have been selling for a few years to them, they basically purchase all of your items with no problem. Just walk through the store & look at the items that are hanging up & being sold. A lot of the clothes come from a place people would never imagine. But hey, its fast money & if they know/like you, youre good to go.

Costumer service was really bad, workers were not doing their job properly. Made us wait 2-3 hours so they can “process” the clothes we brought to sell and they weren’t even done the same day we brought it, they just wasted our time waiting and we got nothing out of it.

Stopped shopping here after seeing broken and overpriced toys and clothes being sold for more than they are worth. They also rip people off when trying to consign items and pay them less then the value of their items.

Great value for slightly used childrens items. Affordable way to dress and get those items youll only need for a few months.

I bring my stuff here and get an OK amount of money back. I do like to purchase items here as the prices arent too bad. Although I will say the ladies are sometimes rude. From the parking they see people bringing in items to sells and make a face, clearly this is their job, and they give attitude when signing. Last time I came in, one of the ladies was kind of rude but when the next person came in (Caucasian male) she was super sweet to him and even said Youre very welcome, have a good day! when I only got a mm-hm after I said thank you. Huh. 😐

Saw the Manager verbally abuse an employee. I will not be back.

This store is a joke! the manager is a horrid person and turns her employees on each other. she pays her employees to write reviews and is trying to put the blame on everyone but herself!

I was in the store Sunday for their yellow tag sale. Well they were Soo bussy that the manger(blond girl) kept yelling at her staff,so much that I even felt ambarrased for them.If you want to keep your costumers maybe you should treat your employees a little better. Also welcoming and being polite wouldnt hurt.

They dont pay much for the things you sell them. I had a bucket of almost brand new, great brands of clothes and they only took 10 pieces of clothing and wanted to give me about $20 for it all and new Nikes were in that selection. No thanks! Good place for shopping but not selling!

I’ve been reselling my daughters gently used clothing here for nearly a year. The staff was always amazing and I never had a bad experience, until today! I got the pleasure of meeting the owner, smh. She shouldn’t work in her own place of business because she had the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced. She was talking to me like a dog, from the time I got there. I have never felt so embarrassed or disrespected like that in my life. Granted I looked a hot mess after running errands, chasing a 1 yr old, & cramming for my calculus exam - I still can’t help but feel like I was racially profiled. At drop off I simply asked that they don’t separate the sets and that if they are going to pass on 1/2 of it just pass on all of it because it can be donated to the less fortunate. This is something I’ve said every time I’ve gone. She pretty much bit my head off - and said they needed to be folded together and how she’s never seen me in there! I said the sets are all together. Despite my better judgement I left my clothing there. After about 2 hours I realized I hadn’t heard back and forgot to look at their kiosk for a time estimate, it was about 6:30 and I wanted to make sure to be back before 8. They close at 8 and your items become a donation for store credit and I definitely didn’t want that. So I went back to check. The employee sorting my clothing was currently ringing up another customer but was polite enough to let me know she was working on mine. I smiled and said ok. I wanted a time estimate as I had groceries and my baby in the car so I stepped to the side to ask her once she was finished ringing up the other customer. I didn’t want to be rude and interrupt her which I why I stepped to the side. Then here comes the owner again speaking to me in condescending ways and saying “she just told you she’s working on it” I replied yeah I just wanted a time estimate - before I could get my sentence out she started yelling at me telling me she didn’t know & that it would be a while maybe 30-45 minutes, I said ok that’s fine I just wanted to make sure to be back by 8. Again in a condescending tone she said yeah it’s only 6:30. Then she got another attitude like do you want me to sort the stuff or not. After being yelled at, snapped at, & looked at with disgust I decided I didn’t want to do business with her. I’ve made a lot of money selling my clothes there but respect is so much more important! I will take my business else where. The reselling that I do is strictly for my daughter, she has her own LLC and what doesn’t sell she donates to the less fortunate. In addition 10% of her sells go to the No Kid Hungry Charity. The rest goes into her bank account and various things she needs. Our hearts are in the right place and we are human beings who deserve to be treated with respect. I refuse to do business with nasty people and the owner of this establishment takes having a nasty attitude to a new level.

They have been very good to us. We have taken lots of stuff to them and they took most of it. Will always go there to sell my girls stuff as they grow out of it..

Ive had great experiences in the past but today was poor service. I had less then 10 items so was asked to wait in store. Great! After 30 mins of waiting I checked in and was told 30 more mins, okay it happens. Well after a total of 1.5 hours of waiting and asking twice about wait time I left. You cannot expect someone with a toddler to wait that long in store, there needs to possibly be a different process. Hopefully I get a call later to collect my items or money for them. Very disappointed this time.

Spend your money supporting other children retail stores. This store has really gone downhill. Very messy and disorganized and they have increased their prices + the customer service SUCKS!!!. I am not sure what the new owner (s) are doing, but I won’t be shopping here EVER again and I am bummed about it because it definitely used to be my first pick. Old owner, why did you have to go???????? You are missed......

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Especually from Tasha. She runs the store when the owner is gone and Wow... just wow blown away with their awkwardness. They have clearly not been trained on how to deal with children (weird right since its a childrens store?) or how to deal with broken toy situations. #1 rule should be Kindness... right? #2 maybe talk to the mom and explain what happened... not just tell her You need to keep your kids with you in this store And then later making my 3 year old cry for playing with a scooter. Nice job. I called and talked to the owner about my experience and it is so clear that she doesnt know how to train her employees to give good (we should be striving for great here) service. I wont be back.... ever.

Overpriced items and horrible customer service!

Gently used kids clothes at a fair price. They have sales at month end and you can sign up for group text alerts regarding specials. They do have a policy all clearance is non refundable, so choose wisely.

We have been to Tiny hinys several times and each time we have found something that our kid needs at a bargain price!

Ive been coming here for years and within the last year this place has really gone downhill.They offer less money each time for trades. They do still have decent clothes if you search through their selection you can find some good deals, and they have a nice section of boy clothes. But if your wanting to sell your things this is one of the worst places in town.Last time they gave me $10 for a sealed box of huggies diapers and today they gave me $9 for two boxes. Really dissatisfied with them price gouging.

Been here a few times now. They have taken many items and offered a fair price. Keep in mind they are offering prices for gently used clothing! So if u expect to get full retail price on clothes that have been used then dont bother. But if you have realistic expectations than this place is great. Customer service has always been excellent. They are very friendly and helpful. I can tell they take pride in their store because everytime I have been in the employees are moving items and organizing and making sure the presentation is neat and organized which I appreciate since many second hand shops dont take that kind of care. I will say if you live far away then this might not be the easiest because when they call you must return by that evening to pick up your items. But if you live locally then its perfect. Love selling here and getting cash to put towards new clothes for my constantly growing kids!

I miss the previous owner, from like 5 years ago. Their current manager is the worst person I’ve ever seen in customer service. So many times I’ll be browsing and she will start degrading her employees, talking bad about her other employees behind their backs, or even a CUSTOMER that just left. Right there behind the counter. Everyone in the store shopping can hear, and it’s honestly embarrassing. SO unprofessional. I went in the other day, not one of their employees said hi or welcome - didn’t even look at me. I had a box of clothes, a baby in his car seat and a toddler. Not one person offered to help, or even tell me what to do. Luckily, I’ve sold before so I knew. An employee told me they would text when they were done. I said, “oh sorry, I actually opted out of the texting option, just phone calls please.” And she said, “well then just come before closing.” And then walked away. Like ok? When’s closing? And are you guys that lazy to not call people now? And what if I come in before you’re ready because you never told me a time? Lol that place is absolute trash now.

I went in I was going to buy a bunch of clothes and this want-to-be ghetto a** Barbie look-a-like umpa lumpa. She looks more like that ugly clown on that movie Spawn gives me attitude. I miss the former owner and the former employees who made me welcome. This new owner needs to sell it.Everyone please go to the other location in Salem it is worth the drive!!!!

I always find great stuff here and I always get a fair price for the things I bring into them.

Love buying clothing here, they do a good job of checking it for stain/tears/etc before they rack it which makes it easier to shop. I also find a lot of new items with tags on here.

I never write reviews but i feel like this is necessary. I used to sell all the time but now that the store is under new management it has gone down hill significantly. The skinny orange lady with yellow hair is terrible! Customer service is a joke. Run by hs school kids who dont know how to communicate with customers. Selling to them has become a waste of time because of how picky theyve gotten. This place has been one of my first stops considering its cheaper then retail but as of now i dont plan on going back if it continues to be run this way.
