The absolute best part of the Valparaiso Walmart is their pharmacy. They continually provide excellent customer service. Often they greet me and (I observed) other customers by name. I am amazed at the level of dedication and their professionalism at every level behind the pharmacy counter. They work hard to provide value and an excellent customer experience.They dont have a drive through and that can sometimes be a challenge... BUT I feel the trip out of the car inside to the pharmacy is worth it.

Dropped a script off for 1st time. Waited over hr. Went back up to see if something was wrong. There was. They dont fill for my Dr.I sat there all that time n drove 45 min away for nothing. Thanks Walmart

I continually have to make several trips to pick up my medications. Just now i checked on my order and walmart did not fill 2 of my orders. They sent me an e-mail telling me it was ready. I checked the status of my order and they did not fill 2 of my prescriptions i requested on line. I live 20 miles from my nearest walmart and when they dont fill correctly i have to make 2 trips which equals 80miles i have to drive.Especially today with the virus going on i do not want go into walmart more than once. So i have reordered on line and now have to wait another couple of days for my prescriptions. This is poor customer service as the need for prescriptions no greater now than before the virus so there is no excuse for this poor service. I will change pharmacies after this order. I was forced to use either walgreens or walmart when i first got Obamacare. i now have a few other choices on my insurance now so i will change. I have had enough walmart.

The Excellent Customer Service and truly - Personal Attention to the health needs of myself and family are ......and have been for 10 years ....so Helpful & Positive; as to be the reason I drive past 14 other pharmacies in order to interact with the these fast moving, helpful professionals. Terry, Troy, Donna, Gabriel, etc..... (Terrys whole Valpo Pharma Team) manage to juggle 1000??? accurate RX fills daily. The operation is impressive and these people are awesome. Hopefully regional, and national Walmart HR can acknowledge the people who literally make money for this store. Im attempting to do so here. Thanks you guys.
