After visiting the Staples in Valparaiso, for a variety of business printing needs, I only have good things to say on their behalf.The Copy & Print department is thoroughly professional as well as friendly and personable. Plus the final deliverables I received from them are of a stellar quality 💯👍.I’d like to thank Colleen in particular for her help suggesting the cover, binding, and paper stock materials that were used assemble my documents. They really tie our firm’s business plan together in a crisp and impactful way.Also of note, the entire storefront was fastidiously organized and everyone at work was genuinely cheerful, which is always nice to experience.

Tina in Print Dept at the Valparaiso Store is a delight to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and very facilitating . I own a travel agency here in Valparaiso and our flyers and posters are a big part of our marketing and advertising. I will never do business with this location again. I emailed some photos to have printed today. Ive had the same ones printed at this location at least 10 times before and today they refused and claimed it was due to copy right, not copyright. They refused to answer why they did in the past. There was no copyright issue. They just didnt want to do their job.

Very helpful staff and very knowledgeable

Was looking for a good printer but at a fair price. The store employee that was assigned to me for help was very negative about the printer products they were selling and made me feel very uncomfortable about buying the printer. I havent taken it out of the box yet as I may take it back and find me a store that has more knowledge about products they sell.

Spoke to Nick about a problem with my computer and my husbands . He is so knowledgeable and helpful. The problems were diagnosed and taken care of right on the spot. Highly recommend taking your computer there. This is not the first time he has helped us with our computers. He is really good.

I went in a few days ago and was helped by a very resourceful employee named Stephan. He was very polite and was able to answer all my questions completely and without any complicated words.I will shop here again with crew members like him.

I love this store because they have every office supply you can think of! Staples employees are knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Lately the woman at the copy center has been sending me over to the cashier to checkout. Every other time before I have been checked out at the copy center. She has very poor customer service skills and comes across as uncaring and blah. Complained to Mike, he said he was sorry but did nothing about it. I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere - I can get better treatment and probably better value from someone who values my business.

I purchased a battery backup online. When I went to pick it up, they had it ready and waiting as promised. Upon opening up the box, I realized that I ordered the wrong one. So I went in the next morning to return the wrong one and purchase the right one. The associate at the desk (Jessica) was delightful. She handled the return quickly and easily, then set me up with the tech guy / manager (Nick) who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They took a headache situation and made it easy. Thank you Staples staff for saving my day!
