Pretty easy to do business with good selection installation was professional and right. I would of gave them a 5 star review but installer left all the boxes and cuts in the property instead of hauling away when finished. I was recommended by my builder and he thought the installer should of removed the boxes and cut pieces when they were finished

Be glad i cannot post videos of the substandard installation. Here are pics of me removing the bathroom tile. Tiles coming off in mostly full pieces. The backer board looks like nothing has ever been on it. This floor popped and creaked. Grout was always breaking loose. I have advantec subfloor system so no it wasnt my subfloor making noise. All this could of been avoided if the boards had not been put down dry with staples. At minimum mortar on the backside of the boards is required. My kitchen floor is in terrible shape. Its next on the to do list. Shouldnt have to be redoing any of these floors.

Very affordable and did a great job again. Second time I used them on two different houses. They were accommodating with having my cabinets done and still did a great job when at an affordable rate

When working with customers she listens carefully to there needs and budget. When we are ready for the next phase of our renovation we will be calling on her for help. I got a really good deal and the woman who helped me was very helpful, however I paid for everything in full and was told that my delivery was going to be on a certain date and never told that it had changed. So I planned on having flooring today and now I have to wait five more days and hope it comes in. Do I tear up my old floors?

I purchased close to 1000sq feet of flooring for a homeowner I was doing a side job for. The customer service was very detailed in knowing their products and what I needed as accessory wise. They got me a great price! Even tried to give me a great deal on installation but that was not needed! I did have them install tile in a shower and only thing I can say is it turned out damn near perfect! Even tile, great grout work and shower door installed was all performed very professional and with care. I will definitely work with them again! 5 stars!

Great place to get flooring

When picking out carpet we had discussed with the associate who was taking care of us that our floor boards were squeaking and we were told that the carpet installers would fix that prior to putting the carpet down. Fast forward to install day. The two guys arrived 30 minutes late without any explanation. They proceeded to crank their music and get to work. Instead of both men carrying in the carpet rolls together, one guy carried them in over his shoulder which led to our freshly painted walls getting scuffed up in several places. At the end of the day the carpet looked good but I discovered that the squeaky floor boards had not been fixed. I called Value Flooring and was told that it hadn’t been written down that we wanted the floorboards fixed and at this point it could not be fixed since the carpet had already been put down. So I guess it’s not a big deal and I’ll just have to live with the squeaks for another 10 years when we change the carpet out again...

Terrible communication with their installers as well as their customers. Called with concerns and no one would call back . They did however call for payment but never about the privacy concern we initially called about. Also they couldn’t complete the job which meant another day off of work. Never will I recommend this company.
