The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. they had a course a great deal going on and then this weekend they had a survey lady in there that if you took 15 minutes to fill out a survey, you get a $20 gift card right then and there . so it was all worth it.!! I went in for wedding gifts.

We were at the store and the sign on the door says open at nine. I called the store and the message said dont open til 12:00. They didnt have any kind of sign on the door saying dont open til 12. Very rude of them.

OK let me just say that I do love this store. But I havent been getting my coupons in the mail, so I was asking in the cashier if she knew how I might find it easily on my phone or in my email and she wasnt very helpful. And it was a $10 off coupon so were not talking peanuts period of course Ill come back and I love their sales but I wouldnt have her wait on me again.

The store is small, but nicely put together. I love the location that its in, but the employees arent very helpful. Why ask if I need help if you arent actually going to help me? I walked right back out without making a purchase. I ended up going to the Bath and Body Works in Southlake Mall. My kids went in to buy their grandma and a couple of friends gifts and asked to have them put in gift bags with ribbon. They gave them the supplies and told them that they needed to do it themselves. This would be an awesome place if the young ladies working there knew what customer service was.

The staff does an amazing job at keeping the store sanitized. I was a tad disappointed that when it comes to the hand soaps they primarily had the foaming hand soaps.

I love the sales they are have. The place always smells amazing. Great selection of everything! Really love the candles from here. Last a lot longer than Yankee candles. A little cheaper. There wall air freshers makes your room smell amazing in about 30 mins and seems to linger through the house which I love it. Better than glade and etc.

The store gets rid of fragrances too fast and the staff did not know about coupons or specials that were going on and didnt think too look in back for the candle! The staff was very nice though. Love the deals offered! Cash register line takes a long time. I love Bath and Body though!

Well, I dont know what is going on with this location. No one greeted us as with usual locations. As I was looking over the wallflower styles i had a question and no one to help. Walked over to a long line and asked the ONE clerk if I could get some assistance on the floor? she said I can help you in a while but Im the only one here I just said okay. Thinking One girl for this entire store! The shelves were completely bare as though they were going out of business. I collected a few wallflowers as I came in for the sale advertised and candles. Then I waited in line for over 35 min! I was finally at the register and told by the lady that these wallflowers were not on sale, only these and pointed to an old gallon jar of unmarked wallflower bottles. I looked them over quickly holding my place in line and they were leaking and not marked, I said as I wiped my hand how do I know the fragrance Im purchasing? She said thats the 3.each sale at this store in a disappointed smerk herself. Getting back in line I said honestly, those should be returned to cooperate and not even sold. What is going on here Are they closing? She said were just short handed. I bought one candle for my 30 min wait and left. Unfortunate experience. Theres other places with candles and plug ins.

The girls are always super sweet n helpful. I always end up walking out with a big bag of goodies! Lol. Love the coupons n savings I get n of course, everything smells amazung.

I love Bath & Body Works coupons thats what gets me in there every time unfortunately youre only allowed a tiny lotion or antibacterial gel the little tiny spray bottles of perfume are not included in perfume is what I love the most so thats a bummer but overall the employees are so helpful and will do everything they can to make sure you have a pleasant experience you cant ask for more than that will remain a faithful customer

Could not be more impressed with Maddie! My friends went into buy their products. I had a question about a new line of products you are carrying. Maddie pulled out notes from her training in order to inform me correctly about each one! She sold me and I bought the product. I have never been treated by anyone better than Maddie! She is a true asset to your store.

The hand soap containers have changed size and I just bought all the covers for my soap containers not even a year ago. At first they told us to bring all of ours in and they would exchange for the new containers. I finally take all 7 covers into the store today and they tell me as of now all I can get is $2 credit for each of my covers which cost from $12 to $15 each. I told the representative that this is not the way to conduct business. So she told me since I was upset she could exchange them just this once. I told her I did not need any favors from her. I did not appreciate her attitude nor do I want to continue my choice to shop there. I will never shop in Bath & Body Works again. The unfair treatment of the public has to have consequences.

It is nice to have a good place to get Bath and Body products in Valpo! I love shopping in Valpo and am glad this is here!
