The grocery shopping experience was ok because we were relying on ourselves. Well paying with cash we had to use a register line. As we started to put our groceries on the belt we noticed the whole thing was wet and filthy. When I refused to put our FOOD on that possible contamination employee got very angry when I asked her to dry it and sanitize it. While the customers behind us responded Thank You we were also concerned about the filth and didnt know how to address the issue. Not me I expect all precautions be taken for EACH and EVERYONE of US!!!!

The customer service here is terrible. I’ve had two encounters with rude employees. The first was at the money center. I was there WAY after someone should have been running that area and was told she was “running late”. When asked could someone else help me because it wasn’t my fault she was late, I was told to “deal with it” as they walked off. The second encounter came from the greeter. I don’t know what her name was but it was the white lady who always wears that face shield. I’m fine with company policy, but if other employees don’t adhere to the policy and I question why it wasn’t enforced earlier……the attitude is not necessary. I caught an attitude and then she proceeds to still run her mouth AFTER I was leaving the store. Best advice I can give her and all the other employees is to watch who you cross. Some folks don’t care out here and to be that disrespectful can send them into a fit of rage. Won’t spend my money here or probably at another Walmart

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. This store never has anything in stock that you might need.. Better off to go to a dollar general store.Checking out is like pouring water in a cup with a hole in it. Self check out is just that dont expect any help from the CSRs. Other than that only 2 in person lanes open..

I understand that most companies now are dealing with an employee shortage. I also understand that the employees that are working are stressed out due to the lack of employees. But, I don’t understand that when your trying to be nice and return a cart and there is an employee standing there taking the carts up and doesn’t take it from you but very rudely tells you to put it in the buggy corral that is totally blocked with buggies.

I did a mobile pickup for this Walmart….. this is the oranges I received for my order.

Walmart is always great on prices. But if you need assistance dont think you will get it here. I have been in this town for 2 yrs and every time I need help not only are the staff disrespectful they have no knowledge of store and do not like helping customers. I have learn more about the staff personal life then store. This is not one, two, three but every time Im in this store. There needs to be accountability for staffs behavior. At all cost I will pay more and go to another store then have to stop here it isnt worth my nerves or headache.

Still dont offer cash payment in self checkout. So i go to express line then i have to wait 10 mins bc the cashier is talking to a greeter at the door. Until another cashier told her she had a customer.

This Store is always out of everything.. They only have 3 registers open if your lucky.. The dressing rooms are still not open even though the mask mandate is over.. The Florida Walmarts dressing rooms have been open.. What sense does it make to have people purchase clothes and take them home and expose them to God knows what before you have to bring them back instead of opening the dressing rooms.. Definitely wont be going back.

They have removed the cart returns except the ones at the back of the lot and there were carts everywhere. Several parking spots were taken up.

I have 3 days calling to Walmart for see if somebody return my wallet and nobody answer the phone. Its difficult to me to comeback because I leave in another state. I dont want to drive long time only for they say they dont receive my wallet. I will keep trying maybe with some luck they answer me.

Great place for RV/Motor coach parking. Spacious parking lot and very private at the far end of the lot. Has a grassy area for dog walking too! We rolled in at about 6pm on a Tuesday evening and left next morning at 9am. No problems, quiet and comfortable. We often make stops in the store, but this was the first stop of our trip back to Maryland, so we were pretty well stocked up, plus, with the pandemic, we have curbed the number of store visits we make... Big antique mall nearby and very clean and quaint area.

With the new *PICKUP bs parking is difficult when you are not handicapped but have walking issues and need to park near the store

Total train wreak there. I feel so bad for the employees who work there. I wish they would close the store for a few days clean and organize it. It is shameful.

Hey its Walmart, you got what you got but if you know exactly what you want you can sit up in there and grab it go through the self-checkout and be done with it. You get disappointed sometimes when they dont have what youre looking for but a lot of the times youre pleasantly surprised by finding something that you really didnt think they would have. I got to give overall an 8.5 out of 10

Inventory is horrible! They have always been out of everything long before the pandemic...

Sunday March 14, 2021, Computers down for Western Union. Only 4 registered open 20 people per line waiting. Self scanning registered the line was 20 to 25 deep of people. They fuss about 6ft distance, if they are concerned about the COVID-19. Then they would get the people out faster.

The store hours online are wrong they dont open until 7am. The workers are okay sometimes. It just depends. The store is usually a mess but they seem to be understaffed. Prices are regular. I do go in here maybe once a week but only if I have to.

No cashiers. Self checkout wait was ridiculous.

Its a really great place to get everything I need, and more.

Nice Walmart with different layout as others. Clean and organized. Does not have some of the items that other Walmarts have although they have items others dont have.This Walmart is lacking on organic and non GMO foods. There is a smaller garden areacompared to other Walmarts.

The store is generally messy. It needs a good scrub down from top to bottom. It looks more like a Big Lots than a Wal-Mart with the shelves not being straightened and pallets of stock always in the center aisles. Most of the employees dont care about the customers and treat you as a burden. Like all Wal-Marts, they never have enough registers open and it takes forever to checkout. I generally avoid this Wal-Mart if at all possible.

Worst costumer service I have ever experience in a Walmart. Asked at least 4 workers help looking for something and everyone either said “not my department” or “I’m off the clock” such rudeness and laziness.

I understand people are just doing their jobs, however, does the LP gotta follow innocent folks just because they are looking at stuff?Honestly, It gives me a feeling of distrust, very disrespectful. Some folks do not enjoy the company of LPs!

Hay to the world but if u need aask they will give u one at the entrance if u ask but one stop shop yes don dont drink and drive or do drugs if you are out driving to come to Walmart Alabama everybody Alabama grew up here appreciates this place so its yes its a definite plus for anybody that is here thank you Katie Patterson

It is almost supercenter store. They do have a lube and tired to sell . Yes, they have grocery, jewelry, clothes and garden center . That place is good.

This place is horrible and understocked! Its hard to find things, allot of stuff is not available or not where it should be. Some employees are friendly and helpful but a majority are rude and dont really care. Is rather drive 30 minutes to a better store.

I guess I should not expect much out of this place since it is a Walmart. My experience gets worse and worse with this place. I have noticed they have alot of expired product on shelfs, sometimes even moldy bread. I managed to buy bag of tangerine and when I got home had to throw away 7 out of it because they were rotten and unfortunately it is becoming normal to see rotten fruits there. When you shop at this location, make sure to pay attention on expiration dates. I truly hope they can fix it because there is not that much options for grocery shopping in this town.

Dont order online for store pickup. 3 out of the last 4 orders were cancelled. Funds were held for days and promo codes were then invalid. real problem. Only Amazon now!

The Wal-mart in Valley is the worst one I have ever been in. There is rarely a cashier at the checkouts. They are out of many grocery items that we buy most of the time and we go when they open on Sunday mornings. Do stock clerks not stock at night anymore? Parts of the store are a mess early on sundays also.

Never keep anything in stock, never enough checkouts open, I either freeze or burn up everytime I go. Merchandise always opened or bent/damaged. Floors gross, bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. They could definitely do better!
