Called to check the update of a service repair. Rude disrespectful like she was having a bad day, told me she doesnt have to explain anything else to me if she has already talk to 1 person but I was the account holder. I only asked one question so I could let her know that wasnt the problem. She continued to cut me off and talk over me like I was bothering her. Ive never had a problem with them or any merchandise I have purchased and paid in full but after today never again. By the way employee said she was mean, so they feel a certain way about her. But its ok thanks for nothing

I was hesitant about the monthly payments with zero interest, based on the way it is laid out. However, I was able to pay off the bed sets before the end of the 12 months, and I still received a great deal as opposed to paying for a longer term with interest. Not as good as a cash deal but that was to be expected and was explained in advance. I have never had any problem with any of the associates or staff here. They are always friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. And if they dont know, they will find out for you. Even on the few times that I was a few days late, they were understanding. All you have to do is tell them when you will make the payment (plus the late charge) and stick to it. They worked with me every step of the way! Love Farmers!

I will never shop at Farmers Home Furniture Ever again. I bought a refrigerator a couple of years ago. When it was time to pay it off I was charged a extra $800. Even though I had all my receipt no one could explain how and why I was charged. Aarons furniture is the BEST place to shop. WARNING!! Stay away from from Farmers Home Furniture. I wish I could rate them with no stars. (Valley AL) I wish I could stop receiving sale paper from them. Thats how much I dislike this place!!

Spent 2k on a sectional sofa and within 6 months fabric is tearing in several places and frame is coming apart. Talked to them about the warranty and sent pictures as requested but no reply. Called again said they never received emails but I received read conformations on every email. Buyers beware you can get higher quality furniture off the side of the road. -2 star rating

I will never buy from this place ever again. My husband, being a man, put cash under the door for our payment. The manager claims they never received my payment. The cameras conveniently dont work. The manager has a VERY bad attitude and said she can not be accountable for any money left under the door. I really think the manager herself took my money and put it in her pocket. Be very careful if you go here to buy.

They dont offer any number of days that you can return if dissatisfied, even of you have to order from their catalog once it comes its yours.

I will never EVER buy from here again! I am giving everyone fair warning! We purchased a sectional couch from them. We were talked into the fabric protection, insurance.... Whole nine yards. A $900 couch quickly turned into $1500. But even that was somewhat ok. But after receiving our furniture we immediately started having issues. The two pieces do not have a way to connect them so the always slide around. The seat cushions on one side always slide off because the only put velcro on half the couch. Even that i tried to live with. But then I noticed that every little spot showed on the fabric. Even baby drool. Which upset me because I paid extra for fabric protection. Farmers solution was to give me a bottle of cleaner so I could clean it. I was very upset. Then the leather got a stress tear behind the back, the cushions started going flat and the Ottoman side started sagging in the middle of the front frame. All within a few months. So I told them. They came out and looked, he agreed it was bad and took pics. Never heard a word. Continued paying on time every month. Every month I asked about the repairs my couch needed. Everytime no one knew what I was talking about. We have now had our couch 11 months. Its still not fixed. For 3 months now they have claimed the parts to fix it have been ordered but have not arrived. These people are CROOKS!!!!!!

Disgusting attitude don’t believe anything they say when their selling . Come with your facts and never order from this place !!!! Best to go to a place where you know you’ll get all your parts to your order and never have to check behind them
