When Im paying $15.00 a pound for Boars Head Roastbeef DONT HIDE THE LEFT OVER FAT IN BETWEEN NICE LOOKING SLICES. Other stores give that away to customers who have dogs. What nerve to try and screw a customer. If boarshead saw this and they will theyd probably pull theor line out. I wish I coild.post pictures, if I can I wil. My dog appreciates the half pound of scraps that were not free..

Some recent remodeling has made it more pleasant. The seafood is some of the best in the area. It’s worth going just for that.

What a beautiful store!

I cannot really decide if Key Food is affordable or not. My family use this store for last minute food preps. It has a great selection of raw cooking materials. It also has some variety of international/multi ethnic products. The cash registers are fast. The store does not have much aisle space and can have better lighting so it is not the most comfortable shopping experience but it is perfect for a quick grab and go!

Ha a few good items on sale. Food prices are high anyways. Everything got a price increase.

The picnic house is a lovely place to meet. It overlooks the eastern expanse of the Long Meadow in Prospect Park, Brooklyn, NY. The bathrooms have toilets and sinks and are open to the public. No fee to use the bathrooms. Ya gotta wait on line.

I work across the street so I shop at this location frequently. The other day I purchased more than usual ($120 worth of groceries). While doing the self checkout I had very little space to put the groceries after I scanned them resulting in a huge messy pile of all the items. I usually have a bag or two with me as I know they charge $0.10 per bag but on this occasion I didnt. There were no bags anywhere in sight so I had to put the groceries back into my cart. After I paid I asked the clerk that was supervising the self checkout station where the bags were located and she asked how many I needed to which I replied just a couple (I needed more than just a couple but I assumed she would give them to me at no charge being that Im a regular and I already paid) but I was wrong as she replied $0.10 each. I know most stores nowadays all do the self checkout and charge customers for bags. Just because the majority of stores do this still doesnt make it ok.

Too expensive. At this point, I believe the extra effort to go to Walmart or Aldis is well worth the effort in terms of money saved.

They had the Tofutti ricotta that I have been searching for.The supermarket was very clean.

The food quality is very poor. No better than a Bodega. High prices and poor quality. Today June 10th bought a package of Perdue chicken thighs with a sell by date of June 16th. Arrived home, opened the package and discovered the chicken was spoiled. Ive lived in the neighborhood for 29 years and have watched this store change management and steadily decline. This store should be closed.

I just step out if this place, I bring white cheese that I bought it 2 day ago and yesterday and today on the news said, there is something wrong with this kind of product, some bacteria, so I tell the person in charge name Maria the customer service desk, that I want to return that product, and I dont have the receipt, so she said is nothing that she can do....? Isnt good customer service I didnt come to the store to stealing a cheese, I am a customer who paid for the product, I am not a little kid who want to take advantage of anything, Im just concerned about the recall, ....so I believe that Keyfood policy is treating customer the best way which I dont feel been treated like that...sorry for keyfood ....but fir business..

Store is well stocked with a variety of items and many healthy choices. Friendly cashiers and ample parking. Most prices are reasonable.

The customer service is horrible, by far the worst. No one knows where anything else, their clueless face will make your blood boil, everyone is on their phones. If your going to come in here be prepared to get annoyed.

Only 1 star because of the deli department. I shop here often but was disappointed with the deli about 9:25pm Thurs night 5-16-19. The kid working there seemed like he didnt even want to be there let alone work. He was rude. Everything we ordered he put what he wanted as far as weight. He was a real jerk off. Had my young kids with me so I chilled. Management has to do something quick. Theres a lot of competition waiting for my money. Treat your customers right. Check that kid!

Always a pleasure coming into this place. Had not visited in quite a while and frankly dont know why. Its the most organized supermarket Ive visited. They have a small pastry and coffee shop and to top it off the owner and staff are exceptional. A truly 5 star experience.

I havent been here in about a year.It looks as if they are trying to up their game.More specialty food areas...a mini coffee and cake cafe, and live crabs that still had quite bit of life left in them.ITry not to slip and fall into the crab display.That will hurt for a long time.Good job key food....nice improvement.

Horrible, they post sales on the food items but when you go to the register its a different, more expensive price. So if you dont pay attention you will be paying more.

They used to be better store, now they upgraded the store it’s actually worse then before. The isles are all out of wack compared to other stores. The cashiers are always slow and unfriendly. The self checkout is horrible and very slow. The lady is always watching you ring up the stuff, thinking you going to steel. It needs new management fast.

Selection of food supplies for west Indians and south Americans are great. Prices are competitive. Often have good sales. Parking spots are a little tight. Recycle machines are on site. Aisles are a little narrow for the wide carts that are here.

Christmas Day, this was one of few stores opened.They were mostly stocked with everything I needed.My only bad experience was checkout. I went to self checkout and employee reminded me it was self checkout and treated me like I was deaf or playing Taboo and not complete her sentence verbally but thru signs. She was saying by the way it was self checkout 10 items or less. Ok I had 15 items maybe and nobody was in line before me or behind me.I went to regular line and nobody was in self checkout the whole time. I just shook my head. Rude and trifling. The cashier needs help with customer service.

Although it is the closest Supermarket to Valley Park Estates, it is great for shopping, always clean and fresh food. The Fish section has fresh seafood on a daily basis. They recently opened a coffee counter near the entrance, which is great when you need that Java pick me up! Also, the Deli has great salads to choose from.

I like the food selection, prices, and addition of the cafe. What I dont like is shopping on Monday and all the stock boys (and it is a lot of them) are cutting open boxes, sitting on the floor with merchandise everywhere, avoiding ladders and stock carts and they wont move of the way. Its hard to get through the aisles or I have to make a U-turn to go down another aisle.

I used to shop here a lot, but I dont like being followed when I shop. At first, I thought it was my imagination, but it has happened too often... like at least the last 3 times I was there. I have never stolen anything, and I resent having an uncomfortable shopping experience. I think I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Walmart stays open just as late, and their prices are better.

Awesome supermarket! They have organic options, a good deli, bakery, juice bar and coffee bar. They also have a hot food station and everything is pretty tasty. Their staff is pretty nice also. I love their coffeee!

Customer assistance in non existing in this store. Staff is too busy on their cell phone or talking to eachother then helping their consumers. It use to be very good since they upgraded they have a unfriendly staff working there. I live in the neighborhood and make it my buisness NOT to go into unless extremely neccessary. Rather give my money to shop n stop in Franklin Square.

I go there once in a while and the place had a make over wow looks pretty nice, I visited the produce section and they were fresh everywhere is organized and very clean, there were lots of sale. My but the cashiers kept talking over me no idea about what and laughing made Feel really uncountable, would i go back? Maybe

I do all my grocery shopping here. My favorite is the fresh produce and the deli department. Theyre the best.

Would give 1 or no stars except a Lot of the staff is very kind. There are a few whom seem 2 racial profile and watch me as I shop despite that Ive never even attempted 2 steal. But beside that the service is horrible. The prices are not worth the product. I do double the shopping at Shop Rite with the same amount of money I spend here. There are NEVER more than 2 cashiers, NEVER, & most times there is only 1. A lot of guests seem 2 check themselves out or leave rather than wait on the line. Ive also noticed over time that a lot of the fruits and meats are NOT fresh. The bananas are always green and never ripen, the strawberries, when on sale, go bad the day after purchase and the meat doesnt look fresh and pink it is always turning yellowish and looks unkempt. This is the closest super market for a few miles so I only go when I absolutely need something fast, otherwise I take my trip all the way to Shop Rite or the next towns Key Food.

I hadnt been in that store for many years.As I entered I was very impressed by the new layout and well stocked shelves.The self check out made my shopping experience that much better. I would definitely return to shop there again.
