I came in for an oil change and New York State inspection. It was a very pleasant and professional experience. I made an appointment a week in advance and I was told that it would take an hour and a half for the service. That is actually the time it took and I was actually very impressed. The facility is very clean, comfortable, and spacious. This was my first time there and I plan on going back.

🚙 Fantastic Location for all your Honda needs.The new facility is bigger, more open, clean, and it provides excellent service! The wait times vary depending on individual needs but, overall it’s a great location with the support you need to keep your Honda running smoothly. The car attendants are friendly and helpful. The service reps. are all nice and they explain everything in detail to help you achieve the best possible outcome. Marcel is a great service rep. He is fast, precise, and knows exactly what needs to be done to your vehicle. He is always on top of things and keeps you informed as to what is happening. Sometimes this location can be very busy but, rest assured that the work being done by the mechanics is top notch. Some jobs maybe on the pricey side but, it is what it is. The warranty speaks for itself and I always leave with peace of mind. I highly recommend this location for all your Honda needs. 👍🏽Five stars in my book! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very upsetting that your service dept. wants to charge me 1200.00 to perform a diagnostics to figure where the issue with my car for the same issue I brought in, in July for repairs. The assistant manager would not budge to help a loyal customer of 5 years with my 2nd lease for my Civic. I refuse to approve the amount they want to charge for service where I feel they should have throughly check all parts that is connected to the part that was repaired. This potentially can be a claim of the NY lemon law rights. Greatly appreciate someone other than the assistant manager, who is willing to work with me instead of robbing me.

I just bought my Honda CRV, this is my first car and they were the best. I have heard other peoples opinions on going to dealerships and they got robbed, especially if you are a female. Made on appointment online for my NYS Inspection but they did not have any record of my appointment when I got there; never got confirmation after making the appointment either. HOWEVER when they were trying to find my appointment & then adding me to their system and fitting me in for the inspection everyone was extremely nice, pleasant and helpful...and quick! From getting checked in to when the inspection was completed took just over an hour.Decided to come to Valley Stream Honda after years of bad experiences at Paragon Honda and I am so glad I did!

Had to get the reset code for my radio after the kid left the light on. Got the info I needed from the car and they took care of me within minutes. I noticed they offer a $10 outer wash too, thats pretty neat!I was happy to get in and out, 5/5 for the friendly and quick service.

Cedwick was extremely helpful and honest. Other than that, the person on the phone could not find my car. It got lost on the computer somehow or was never entered. The place does not have enough people to wait on those there. I had to wait 1/2 hour to pick up a car that was not worked on.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Honda of Valley Street. The staff is always very professional and friendly. Once all the maintenance was completed I could tell the difference in the feel and performance of my car.I always wanted to own a Honda any model it didnt matter, the car will continue to perform as long as you keep the maintenance up.

Found this place online since we just moved closer to it last year. Tried to give them a shot! Confirmed online and over the phone that we could come in to drop off. “No appointments needed come right up to the Express Service lane in the morning the shuttle will take you to the train.” This is good because we are dropping it off before work. When we arrive and wait in the “express lane” for 10 minutes we find out there is no express service despite the sign and we need an appointment for service and for the shuttle. Grudgingly after calling on the phone inside they accept our vehicle and give a shuttle after ensuring that we miss the train and are late to work. At 445 I receive a text the car is ready we close in 45 minutes. Thinking this is good we pick up the car. They wrote right on the invoice car needs two new tires. Yet they rotated these tires to the front and didn’t bother to call me to offer to replace them. Now I have clean oil but two bald tires on my FWD car in the front. My main objective bringing the car was to get new tires if needed as I explained over the phone when I called to schedule an appointment! THANKS! All around terrible experience waste of $100 and a lot of time and stress. If you do still go here speak very slowly so they understand you. No thanks Willie! I think we got off cheap… almost bought a car from you guys! Could you imagine???

Nikolaos Tserpelis was our salesman for this 2022 Odyssey Touring and he was great! He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and very pleasant,, professional, and easy to work with.I do have some comments regarding the dealership. I did not like getting very low ball price for my trade in from the sales manager after spending $45000 for this new vehicle. I asked for wheel locks to be added and I was told no which seemed unreasonable - particularly since this is the third Honda I purchased from Valley Stream Honda.

Its a very bad car buying experience. There wont be another one. On that day, my husband took me to pick up the car through the agent. It seems that an Asian loan manager didnt give me any information about the contract loan. Even when my husband had doubts, he kept urging my husband to sign the contract after he had finished work very late. By the way, my husband didnt know English. Whats more, changing the price of the car into the original price without any notice is not the quotation provided by the agent before, and we didnt know until we received the E-contract a few days later that the price of our car was more than 1000 higher than the original price we knew, and I dont know whose problem it is. Our down payment is 5000, while the E-contract says that our down payment is 3000, But we gave the agent a 2000 deposit. I dont know what happened. Its disappointing that such a big company swindles customers like this

Awful experience. My car has been there 4 days already an no repairs have even been started. I was promised a loaner car as soon as one was available. THIS WAS FRIDAY and it is Tuesday now. REALLY?Then the pricing...goodness. The quote for my repairs are over $2K!I called my local repair shop and they would have charged MUCH less but now this place takes $150 from every item I listed even if they dont do the repair (my local shop doesnt charge for diagnostics).NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN.

When my Honda pilot needed an oil change, tire rotation, and to fix my drivers side seat memory recall button, I decided to take my car to Honda of Valley Stream and I dont regret my decision. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by the service person waiting to take my car in and then directed me to the service counter where I was greeted by Abel Baires. Abel took my information and listened to my concerns about my car. Abel was attentive and professional during our encounter. The team at the service center went above and beyond to fix the issue I was having with my memory seat feature. I had to leave my car for a day and during that time Abel contacted me multiple times and updated me on the progress of the repairs. When the repairs were done Abel called me and told me the car was ready to pick up. When I got there the car was in perfect shape and was even washed for me!! Great service on the car and great professionalism from the staff. Will be going back for my future car needs.

I am a customer that was at your location on 4/09/2021. The reason for my visit to the location was due to a recall on my car. While I was there I did have my oil changed. Abel was my advisor, he was good. I did give Abel 2 coupons at the time of my visit. When I got to the cashier I realized that my total was 129.00. I asked the cashier why my total was that due to me giving my advisor the coupons. There was a guy there who jumped and said that the coupons needed to be given before I arrived to the cashier. I stated that I did give the coupons to my advisor. The man then proceeded to flip the paperwork over and saw the coupons attached. I said I wanted to understand the difference in payment due to the fact that I have only been to Honda for my oil changes and have had the same services. The man proceeded to tell me that my advisor gave me the best coupon and that he doesnt understand the reason for my question. I said to him Im a customer and Im entitled to understand what Im paying for. I then proceeded to ask him for his name. He told me his name was Will. I proceeded to pay for the service. I will say that Wills undertone is very nasty. He is not customer service oriented, especially when it comes to customers spending their money for a service. He proceeded to say have a great day in which he was being nice nasty as well. I didnt reply. If this is management he needs to be retrained when it comes to the customer. Ive been to Honda since I purchased my car and this is the first time Ive dealt with him, and I wouldnt want to deal with Will again.

I just bought a brand new Honda Pilot Touring 2021 in January and after 2 weeks I started to hear noises coming from the back seat so when I went to this Valley Stream Honda and when I got there they heard the noise themselves but still told me to drive the car and if it still makes the noise to go back so they can fix it. So I did that and went back a month later early on a Saturday morning at 7 am, they then told me to leave the car because they were going to fix it so they made me leave my car and then they called me around 2pm telling me it was fixed but when I left the dealership the car still had the same noise problem. One month later I went back and they made me leave my car on a Tuesday and told me to pick it up on Saturday but when I went to pick up my car on Saturday they told me “The Mechanic didn’t show up” and told me to come back on Monday. Basically I went 5 days without my car and they had not fixed a thing. I took my car back on Monday and they told me it was the front seats, so they tightened the seats but after 2 weeks I had the same noise problem but even louder coming from the middle and front seats mind you this is a brand new car that shouldn’t have this problem!!!! I went back to the dealer for the Fourth time yesterday 6/1/21 they said they can’t give me another car because they’re gonna try to fix the problem. They made me leave my car again and they even know the problem but instead of doing a permanent fix they’re trying to go the easy way. I spoke to the manager William and doesn’t show any respect to their customers and the whole Service is Garbage, they don’t call you back and when you call them they’re always busy. Anyways they have my car and said they were gonna call me back yesterday but didn’t it’s always me who has to call them and ask about my car. I’m gonna do everything I can to get another car or get my money back because this is ridiculous it’s a brand new car this shouldn’t be happening I don’t even want this car anymore. So if anybody plans on getting a new car I highly wouldn’t recommend this Dealership.

My Rep Clara took the time to explain the problem and the service along with the cost and was able to add the recalls that were due to be done with this visit which I was not aware were due. I had never brought my car to this location for service before, but thought it might be convenient given its close proximity to the LIRR so I could get to work afterward. I chatted with a rep online through the website to set up an appointment for service and a shuttle ride to the LIRR. After giving all my information someone was supposed to call or email me to confirm the appointment. After 3 business days I did not hear back so I called and spoke to someone. I was told I didn’t need an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. To show up and go to the Express Service lane. I asked about shuttle service and if I needed an appointment for that. I was told I didn’t need an appointment, the service was standard within 10 miles and to just ask when I arrived. I was also told that even though an appointment was not necessary, they would make a note that I was coming at the date and time I specified. None of this was true. I showed up at opening 3 days later as I said I would, and followed the instructions I was given to go to the Express Service lane and wait. After 15 minutes someone came out and told me this lane is not open and I needed to go get at the end of the long line of cars that had been lining up while I had been waiting in the lane I was instructed to. I called the service center to find out why the Express Service lane was closed and was told that lane is never operational, I need an appointment for service and an appointment for the shuttle service. Further, the shuttle service will only bring you 5 miles, not 10. I should have been there for 15-20 minutes but instead I was there for 50 minutes. What an awful experience that made me terribly late for work. I’m so glad I reached out online AND over the phone to be given ALL INCORRECT information. Get your staff better educated on what your policies are. It is TERRIBLE for your business to give out false information. I was considering coming here for my next car purchase, but if you can’t get a simple service appointment request call right, I would have to be stupid to trust that you won’t screw me over on a car purchase.

This Honda service always schedules for about 6 weeks in advance. I’ve been trying to get an appointment since April and the EARLIEST was 5/28/2021. I told them my oil is at 5% and that still did not have any urgency to have me bring my car in. The rep was pretty nonchalant and told me to try another Honda service location and I live in Valley Stream. So upset about the availability and how lightly this was taken.

On June 12, 2021, I was re-scheduled for a 2nd time for a car inspection and overall yearly car check up. Upon reporting, I advised the staff on what happened during my previous visit ( unceremoniously dismissed due to scheduling glitch ). The Honda Service staff was very sympathetic and extremely apologetic. The Honda Service team assured me that would NEVER happen again. They really went above and beyond to try and reinstate my trust their customer service. This time the Honda staff was friendly, patient, and helpful. I must admit I am looking forward to my next visit.

Ive been a Honda owner for over 10 years and Ive gotta say the new service building is such a huge step up from the previous one. Its incredibly simple to book an appointment by phone or online.The new center feels a little sterile, but its huge and very clean looking. The waiting area is broken up into a few different areas; one with a nice TV and furniture, another area thats dubbed the Internet Bar, among a few others.

After multiple unsuccessful trips to Toyota, I went to Honda of Valley Stream unsure of what I even wanted to lease. From the second I walked in, the atmosphere was very different and everyone was so friendly. Especially Michael Chan who took the time to let me explore options and test drive multiple cars until I found exactly what I wanted. Are you kidding me .. purchased 2020 Honda CR-V touring. Heard noise. Now vehicle just stopped. You had my van for 3 weeks to FIX a manufacturer problem. You returned my van : DIRTYTIRE PRESSURE LOW SIGNAL SHOWING ! Are you serious. ? Customer service is POOR !! 3 weeks and you couldn’t wash my truck or fix the tire notifications. !! So previously, I would take my car to another Honda Service Center nearby. After one too many negative experiences, I started looking around. I had no idea there was a service center near where I lived. Took my car there starting last year and have never looked back. My most recent visit was this past Tuesday for an oil change, tire rotation etc.. Clara handled my visit. She was excellent. Courteous and professional the entire time. Too start off I came in for a Wheel alignment that was not covered under my warranty. So I had to pay 150 dollars to get it fixed. Later to realize find the alignment was not fixed properly. I came in to for a oil change and ask about the wheel alignment they said because it was done back in April im not able to get another done. The timing was fine Marcel is very good was out in about in 1 hour or less. I just dont understand how I bought a 2013 Honda CRV EXL that has warranty but nothing is covered I have been paying out of pocket eversince I got the car.

Couple of months ago, I initially went in because my 2020 car was vibrating ridiculously. The service department suspected what the issue could be and ordered the part to replace the piece in my car to resolve the issue. When I returned to have the piece replaced, only after a couple of weeks I noticed that my problem was not resolved. I took my car back in and received a clear idea from the technician why the problem was still occurring. The report was submitted back to my service advisor Marcel and ever since then I have never heard from him again. No call back, no update on the ordered part, nothing. It has been over a month now and I truly think it is unfair that I should be driving around leasing a vehicle with concerning issues like this. To add insult to injury, no one should have to deal with a service department from a dealership basically leaving you in the dark about whats going on with the status of your claim. To this day, Im still driving around with this occasionally vibrating car, and now I need an oil change which I am very hesitant in scheduling an appointment for because who knows, the advisor might be negligent regarding that as well. At this point, I may have to just look for another Honda dealership.

B- They didnt disclose in advance that 1) Id have to leave my car there for 2 days and 2) its $150 just for the diagnosis, to see whats wrong with the car.The staff was not nice either. I left many messages for Able who never called me back and was rude when we did speak. Im still waiting on a call back from a supervisor 3 weeks ago. Needless to say Millennium Honda is way better!! Clara Torres was an excellent service agent. She explained everything in detail and tried to see what she can do as the services were pricey and my warranty was already expired. I only gave it 4 stars not because of the service rep b/c she was excellent-they all are- it was the cost of the services and the fact that the mechanics left the signal light unplugged making us think the signal light was going and when we checked under the hood, it was left unplugged. Had we not checked under the hood, we would have brought it back to Honda, incurred another $150 diagnostic fee only for someone to tell us the signal light was unplugged. Other than that the customer service was excellent.

Had 2 recalls on my honda want in and was helped by David he was amazing he talked me through every step of the process and notified me of everything that was being done to the vehicle the only problem I had was after the oil change was done the technician did not put windshield wiper fluid,antifreeze usually when I get a oil change they top off all my fluids besides that everything else was good.... The service I received was horrible. The gentleman who took my information was uninformed about the reasons for services that the mechanic recommended. For instance, I have a 2017 Honda crv touring and I came in because a maintenance code B6 popped for my car which when I researched meant I needed an oil change and the differential fluid needed to be changed however with approximately a little over 16000 miles on my car I asked why at this low mileage would I need to have my differential fluid change when this service is usually done at the 30k-50k mileage point the uninformed gentleman taking my information told me that it goes by time and it was because my vehicle was a 2017. This answer was easy enough for me to get by googling it on my phone which said 30k-50k miles it said nothing about time. I feel that if this gentleman did not know the answer he could have simply called the mechanic to get a correct answer instead of charging me $100 plus dollars which could have simply been a malfunction of the sensor. I left my service appointment feeling taken advantage and frustrated and will not be returning there to get my car maintenance there in the future. Honda can prevent other clients from feeling this way by training their staff to accurately answer questions about services being offered and not push additional services to rip people off.

Tried to charge me 500$ for a diagnostic that I paid 150$ for my ac which they have a tsb bulletin and a recall on.. took car to bay diagnostic and come to find out it is the condenser that is faulty and now I have to wait for Honda to reimburse me. Instead of getting fixed there smh ..

Horrible!!! I was taken in at 8:06 to have an issue addressed from a recall. It shouldnt be more than 2 to 3 hours. They told me everything that needed replacement to the tune of $930+ then taxes. I declined. I texted David to ask him how much longer that was pass 12:30 no response. I asked after 1:30pm and he told me he said it was ready at 11:30 but as the customer Im not prevy to that information. He didnt let me know it was ready. He said he was at lunch. I grant him that excuse but I found it appalling not to be kept informed. I told him I needed to be at work at 12:30. Their time is valuable but not the customer. Ill buy a used Yugo to not deal with such terrible service. They are more interested in trying to get you to take their over-priced service. Very disappointed. It wont let me post how I would rate them which is not stars or half a star. Ill give them 1 star under duress.

The person taking the payment on the other hand was not professional and took his sweet time handling my transaction he seemed like he did not want to be there. Beside him my experience was great.

I brought my Honda Odyssey in for an Airbag recall service and the entire experience was outstanding!Clara and the whole team were quick friendly and professional.As the service was going to take a few hours they offered to drive me back to my house instead of having me wait around all day. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership in my life! Great job you guys! Keep up the good work!

It appears that the place got the new manager. Came for an oil change and within an hour got the text message that the car was ready. Ive been coming here for 3 years and that never happened before. Experienced service advisors and fast efficient service. The only glitch left from previous management is poorly synced online scheduling system. If you check online you would not see available appointments for the next month but if you call, youd be pleasantly surprised that they exist.

I have gone to Honda of Valley Stream for several things and they just have horrible service. I been having problems with my car locks and instead of listening to what the problem was they tell me that its because I had child lock on the door meanwhile I cant open my door from the OUTSIDE. After taking my car for one messed up door lock I left with problems with all my door locks. Thank you Honda of Valley Stream.

This is Desmond J. Hinds. Honda of Valley Stream Service is always my preferred go to Honda Service Center. Its powered by a Staff who take time and give you undivided attention. For my recent visit to change my Tire on my 2019 Honda Accord Sport after it blew out, I went in for 7am and was finished by 9am. Everyone of the Staff Members treat each other with respect, like a tight knit close family unit and that energy transfers to the Customers. Choose Honda of Valley Stream Service! Theyre the best!

Absolutely the best services, Wow customer services provided by, Clara, Doreen and Amianh.This will now be my favorite Honda location.I was treated badly/poorly twice at the hillside location(139-07 hillside Ave) by Dominic, Victor and Henry and was told I need to leave. I would advice Honda owners not to visit that hillside location.Thank you 🙏

This Honda service center is brand new and top notch. The building gives you a premium feeling like a BMW service center. Clara Torres is amazing, she is professional, friendly and personable. I’ve found my new service center from now on. I would definitely recommend her when you stop by.

Jessica and her team were extremely professional and efficient!The day after I received my Odyssey, 4 recalls were announced that had to get taken care of immediately. She was able to get me an appointment for the next day and get all of them taken care for me within the hour!!And the waiting area is extremely clean and modern as well.Highly recommended.

I got my Honda Civic 2017 from here after going to a few other dealerships near by and I am beyond happy with the car.Customer service was great and people were friendly. Jose had helped me out by informing me about the car I was interested in and also let me test drive immediately when he knew I was serious about financing a car. They had given me a good pricing to fit within my budget.Gabriel, in financing, gave us most of the information and was pretty transparent about the whole financing situation.The only thing I would suggest for new/used car buyers is to ask them about GAP insurance (they do not need to mention this) which is usually provided through the dealership and VERY FEW insurance companies in NYC.The hubcaps were supposed to be replaced before I picked it up but I had to come back and replace them, regardless it was not a huge issue and they took care of the situation.Thank you Honda of Valley Stream!

The entire team works well from the service specialist to the guys in the parts section. Duval is exceptional. Everytime I walk in there he is busy at work getting to work leaving customers satisfied and staying cool under any circumstances. You guys are working your tails off. I had recommended work done which was very expensive and I had to have the car lock actuator replaced. My service representative, Clara was phenomenal! Because the job took longer than expected to complete, I had the use of a loaner car. She kept me informed every step of the way and was very apologetic for the inconvenience. She seemed very empathetic and worked with me on the price and for that I appreciate.

I dont understand why you will be giving or you are on appointment and you end up spending almost 4 hours to do just oil change. Its wasnt a pleasant experience. They should do better especially when they are the one that gave you time to come in.
