On a Tuesday night there was maybe 40 people in the store. Only 2 registers open. The line was backed up to the end of the store by a26 I understand with Covid its hard to find employees..... but youre going to lose thousands of dollars in customers if you keep running the store the way you are. Good luck.
Its okay.The clothes area is unorganized. There are random items on the ground in the clothing area. There are boxes of extra items on every main aisle. We came here around 730pm and the line to the register was really really long. They only had 2 cashiers so expect to wait a while for checkout. The self checkout line was very long. So, expect long waiting lines. Good things about this Walmart is that they have everything you need if you cant find it at Target (across the street).
Never have anything in stock, lazy door dash delivery drivers, pretend as if items arent in stock and I had to come to the store to find the exact items, when on bedrest. Unprofessional customer service representatives answer the phone...and you have to call and tell them to refund your money when 80% of your order is out of stock!
This walmart is dirty and a lot of their shelfs are empty. I also was frustrated trying to find a product price, because items were not in the correct place. The employees seem over worked and under paid, like the rest of us..
They need more than one person in return area. In afternoon. A lot of employees were just walking around including manager person helping figure out someones return problem, but didnt help. Wal-Mart can do A lot better.
Manager was great but talk to four different staff just to get one can of spray paint. Took 43 minutes

Really great clearance which us not always marked & I live the deals you can find. A gave it a 4 instead of a 5. This us because they took all the scanners out so it takes longer to shop if you cant check a price. Then they updated Wal-Mart app & scanning isnt really working on it anymore. Makes shopping a lot harder & you need to annoy employees to check a price now.
It was nice because my breathing isnt the best and I needed a wheelchair to get around in the store it was very nice and convenient for them to have one fully charged. Inmate shopping a lot easier and getting in and out faster.
My overall experience has been 10 Minutes to get what you need, and a half hour standing in line for any type of checkout.If you do need help finding an Item like sharp cheddar cheese spread, most of the the grocery employees have no clue where it might be. The odds of getting the deer in the headlights look for a minute is pretty good. This is one of the worst Walmart stores there is. ( The automotive department has always been fair and helpful here. )
I was traveling and needed a battery for my car, they got me in right away and I found a decent battery about $80 cheaper than down the road... also, install was free. Allowed me to get a few things I needed while waiting :) thanks guys. Nice helpful men there.
It is wonderful that you have 11pm as close time on your website and google, but close early at 8pm for cleaning. That is fair but change or edit your hours online. I worked since 6am and showed up at 830 pm and wasted my time and gas. Dont act like clowns.
There were only 2 cashiers with st least 5 people in line. I was forced to use the self check out. Then, I was stopped because I didnt have something in a bag, but I wasnt provided a bag big enough for the item! Im never going back!!

This is the most disgusting Walmart I have ever been in. Its just so darn close to me but I really prefer Stillwater store. There is never but one or two cashiers so you have to use the self-checkouts, and it is never well stocked for the past year. Just disgusting!
It was pretty busy, there were no carts available inside and not a lot of cashiers open which is to be expected with the staffing shortages. I used the self checkout and it was good. 👍
Hope you dont ever need assistance while shopping here! Went at 8:30pm to try to return some items. Nobody was at the customer service counter, so we pressed the assistance button. Stood at the customer service counter for 10 minutes, while the store greeter, self checkout attendant, and a third associate looked over and stared at us. Finally, we asked the associate how to get help, and she told us, Oh, customer service closed at 8pm. No assistance, even while the associates stared at us, and no signs indicating closure. Also, how is your customer service not open during all store hours? The Target across the street was available and very helpful! Guess Ill stick to shopping there.
This is one of the Walmart I visited that looks so clean. Apart from the regular and usual things we get in other walmart, this particular walmart has an Auto Repair Center - you can buy tyres and replace it here, wheel balancing and alignment, vehicles oil change and other car repairs. You can call the customer service to know more about other services they offer.
So tidy! Best Walmart Ive been to yet! Cant wait to return in future! Workers are so friendly and the store is so clean
I normally don’t have a bad experience at Walmart. Today I was informed that Walmart won’t match their online prices by their self-checkout “helper”. She wouldn’t give me the time of day. Bummed over a $3 dollar difference for a company that makes so much.
This Walmart was way better than the last... Had everything I was looking for, employees were helpful and quick, didnt wait long for self-checkout and we even had great parking spot! Only 1 issue.. that was bathroom was dirty and stall was locked when no one in it .. had to wait lil longer than anyone should have to... But I think it was more customers who made the issue then employees... They might not have even known at the time... So 4 ⭐!! Blessed day to all!! ☮️❤️😁

I live only 2 miles from Vadnais Heights Walmart. I rarely shop there because they never have anything on the shelves I can go to any other Walmart and find everything I need theyre the only Walmart who doesnt stock things regularly. I find it hard to believe that every other Walmart can stock things like baby bottles diapers toilet paper without a problem go to Walmart in vadnais heights I dont know if its poor management or what but nothing is ever stocked.
We normally love to shop at Walmart, but this time,the worst experience every. I waited over 45 minutes for someone to unlock the mens t-shirt. And no one came until 15 minutes after the store closed and they told me that I cant get anything because no one has the keys to get into to them. So once the person in the fitting area goes home, no one can unlock the clothes. . And everyone I asked for help or a manager they would tell me to stay there a manager is on there way, and I had 3 employees tell me thats not my problem. When I worked at Walmart (20 years ago) we werent allowed to talk to customers like that. I will never go back to that walmart again.
The bearded gentleman in the tech department is great. I believe his name is Daniel. He’s always here and he always does a splendid job. Give the man a raise.
One of the cleanest Walmart’s in the twin cities. Have yet to see me rate a Walmart a 5 star since I’ve yet to go in one and not been a victim of wrong price tags

Horrible, wont be going back to this one again. They keep the mens socks locked up in cases. They will not give e them to you. They bring them to one of the check out lanes. You need to go to that lane to buy them when you are done shopping. Was a mess..
Ok, This was my first time to this store. It was clean and organized compared to some in the cities. Automotive staff was awesome while getting my oil changed.
Disaster. Went to pick up an online order, checked in at 7:50, no one came out with my order. Evidently Pick-up closes at 8 pm, but they went home early. Neither ph # on the signs worked, and I spent the next 30 min trying to reach someone in the store. Finally - an hour later - a very nice woman came out but she was unable to find my order. So I wasted an hour for nothing. Ive never been impressed with Walmart online pickup, but this was the worst. From now on its only Target for me, Im done with Walmart.
Out of stock on some essential but at no fault of their own. All in all i always have a good time shopping there.😃
Has just about everything you need like most walmarts. But they really need to hire more cashiers. It takes me longer waiting to checkout then to actually shop. I have been going across the street to Target now instead. Id rather spend a few extra dollars than waste my time here at this Wal-Mart.

This Wal-Mart is embarrassing! Its dirty, they are always out of common items you would want or need and they even have their mens and boys underwear and socks locked up because the thievery is horrible there.The only reason I go to this store is because the pharmacy is where I get my prescriptions.I shouldnt even give them 1 star! The store manager should be fired for letting the Wal-Mart look like a Dump!

Phone service is not good. I called two day in a row to speak to someone. All I wanted to know was there a loss in found. The phone just ring and ring. This morning I called and the same thing. Finally after 8 rings a lady answers just to say call back after 8:00. POOR PHONE SERVICE.
Wal-Mart always has good prices and the meat is fresh havent had any complaints.
1 employee at customer service 1 employee at the money center and a line of 5+ people for both. And this is how all the walmarts are in and around the twin cities. Thats why it takes over 30 mins but leaning more towards an hour for either customer service, or the money center. Ridiculous and the managers and supervisors walk by and dont help out. That looks bad whats up with that. The higher the management the lazier they get? Try paying your employees 20 dollars an hour
Big selection, GREAT PRICES, great bakery section, sells ground chuck for good price. This place has grocery, pharmacy, office supplies, lawn and garden section, health and beauty, hardware, stamps, send money.. one stop for all your needs. Prices only beat by Aldis which has a very limited selection. Negatives: Isles too narrow flooring a bit natty.
By far my least favorite Walmart in the metro area. I had to wait an hour for the money services person to return from their lunch break. Fun fact: they never did return while I was there for an hour. An hour later when I reached the self check out, I had also watched several other customers ask where this person was and they were told this person would be back from their lunch in another 30 minutes. So you mean to tell your customers a lunch break lasts an hour and thirty minutes then?? Why they are short staffed and dont have a back up person to run the areas that are highly needed and used I will never understand. Take your business elsewhere. Shelves are always messy and understocked. There are random perishable items hidden in aisles that go unnoticed by workers. Dont even want to mention how hard it is to ask a worker for help. They are unwilling to help and walk around like mindless employees.
Horrible service. I went to money center to get money order, website said opens at 7. Get there after 8 and its closed. I go to service desk and ask is that the only place I can get a money order? Or can I get one here? She said, no only the money center. I told her the website said it was open, she replied yea its not open and not sure when it was gonna open. Thats the answer I get!? Very trashy store!! Almost everything is out of stock. No shopping carts at entrance, all in cart corrals. Shopping cart associate playing outside with the electric cart!! No manager seems to care about it either. Walmart is a mess!!
Understaffed . long lines every time i am there. Had to come back to change it to 1 star. Literally had 3 different employees almost walk into me because they walk around with their heads down looking at their phones

We went on a Saturday night around 6. We found most of what we were looking for. The store was pretty messy. There were only 3 check out lines open, with additional self check all had a long wait.
Wasnt overly crowded, and suprisingly the check out line moved pretty quick.

Bought a TV taped in box from them and got it home to find out the screen was broken when you turned it on. Brought it up the following morning to exchange for a tv that wasn’t broken. They said the serial numbers didn’t match and refused to help or look into the transaction history to see who returned this item. Clearly they aren’t doing their jobs to confirm that returns are what were purchased and verifying those serial numbers match. They frauded me by selling me Broken junk and trying to act like I was doing something wrong. Refused to look into who was working in electronics, refused to get a manager. I shouldn’t have to open the box in store to make sure I’m not being frauded by Walmart of all places, customers should be able to trust what they’re buying is in fact what they are getting. I am out 400$ for their mistake and someone clearly not doing their jobs when taking returns. Preying on the trust of their customers. Never will shop at this location again and will actively tell others to do the same. At the very least, open your boxes before you leave the store or counter and confirm serial numbers match so you don’t get scammed also! Filed a report with corporate but of course it’s at managers discretion and I don’t think this store will do the right thing, I’m sure they’ll just rebox it and fraud the next person they can.Update: after a week of back and forth, waiting for Walmart to investigate themselves on their own wrong doing they now say I’ll need to call the manufacturer to get a refund. I didn’t buy the TV from the manufacturer I bought it through Walmart so this should not be my problem to fix. Very upsetting that Walmart can investigate themselves, of course they found they did nothing wrong. Never again will I purchase anything of value from them and I again highly stress to anyone who does to open your box in store before you leave so you don’t end up in the same situation. This “not our problem” mentality of them knowingly or unknowingly screwing a customer over is gross so be proactive in your purchases and do not rely on them doing the right thing. $400 lesson learned.
Very horrible Walmart to go even try to apply there. I applied there 8 months ago and they hired me and up to this day still haven’t gotten back to me about it. I had to go there constantly to show I was not giving up. They called the manger to come to me since I was there and he said no he is not coming, yet they wanted to have a meeting with me. I am the first person they have done this to where they hire someone on the spot and don’t give them or even call them back. Very rude and horrible place made me felt unwanted.
I had a better shopping experience this last time, sometimes its hard to find the item your looking for. Its really nice they have a register in the cosmetic dept thats nice., I usually lose the items before I check out they fall thru the cart.
Walmart was pretty good, the experience wasnt bad. They are reasonably friendly, the only thing I have problems with is every thing I needed in groceries is up high and there is usually no one near to help. I am short and have a handicap so I high I cant reach.
Much better than the Roseville location. Actually clean, have product availability, excellent take and bake pizza. Only issue there was there wasnt any carts on one side of thy store upon entering. 3 had broken wheels. Had to go to the other entrance for one...
It was great to be at a familiar Walmart. Especially one that is clean. Well stocked and has friendly associates.
Terrible. Took over an hour waiting for curbside pickup order. Tried to give me 3 different peoples orders before finally getting mine. How do you confuse groceries with a mattress? I have never been confronted with so much incompetence in my life. I will never shop here again. Just further reminder why I stay away from Walmart unless absolutely necessary.

Like most places, severely understaffed at registers, money center is always backed up and never has more than one employee working at the same time. I mean Friday is the most common payday, youd think theyd plan better. But the employees work hard so cant blame them too much
This walmart is disgusting. The bathroom was out of toilet paper. Both toilets were clogged. Trash everywhere. Everything on the shelves is picked through and not put back in a professional manner. One of the worst walmarts Ive ever been too.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!Waited in a Long line almost 30 minutes...Im next in,and the kids closes for his Break! I Even had my items on the belt! Had to get in another line,and wait ANOTHER 30 MINUTES! RIDICULOUS! ONLY 3 registers open & Only 3 Self serve ones open too..the lines were soo long, it was SO hot in there AND the Employees were RUDE to Us customers over all this! As A Supervisor JUST lazily walked up & down the lanes!! Damn!

It was understaffed, and that made everything less enjoyable. The lines were long at customer service and checkout. We also ordered something online that was in stock at this location according to the website, but then our order was canceled because they were suddenly sold out. So, that was frustrating. The person who was checking us out charged me for more of the items than I was actually purchasing, too, and I did not notice until I got home. Overall, this Walmart is never very nice compared to others.
This Wal-Mart is full of under achieving drug abusers. Customer service well what can I say the job descriptions in the title however this is something this Wal-Mart lacks it also has extremely under qualified management. This area has about 50× the population of the town I live in and we have equal or more check ours open. The slogan of customer satification guarenteed wow talk about false advertisement!!! Too bad there cant be class action lawsuit for false advertisement or maybe even best theft by swindle. They dont cross train employees. If management had half a brain this store just might make it

I went around 9pm to get some extra things and there was only 1 register open. And a very long line with alot of people. The manager at the time would not open the self serve registers. We had to wait in line for 30-40mins and then she finally decided to open the self serve registers. Why she didnt open them sooner? I dont know. What I know is this location I have been going eversince I was younger with my parents it has always been a pleasant experince, but now the location has about just turned into like any other walmart these days. It feels dirty in there and the customer service sucks. I shop alot at Target more these days.
This Walmart in Minnesota was dirty, hard to get help, bathrooms were dirty, entrance was dirty no charged scooters. One side was out of carts, self check didnt sanitized in between customers. Very disappointed
Have to give a 5 star thanks to an employee here, Shayla, for having great customer service skills. Sometimes a hectic environment yet she exceeded her duty’s and has great energy and work ethic. I shop here because of some of the great staff workers such as herself. Round of applause

I was expecting a delivery on Sat @ 12:00 to 1:00. At2:30 I get email that they are busy and my order will be late. It is now Sunday and have not heard a word about my groceries or refund. What an awful way to do business. Never again will I shop Walmart!!!!!
Maybe the worst Walmart in Minnesota. To start this store is consistently dirty. Merchandise strewn about, floor hasn’t been mopped in months, and display cases need some windex! This store was okay prior to Covid, but since then each time I walk in it looks like a store that has been picked over right before a huge storm is coming in. The store never has more than 1 or 2 items stocked (most of the time they are out of inventory), not a single employee seems to have any pride in their job (including management) and customer service is a fairy tale to these people. I tried to give them one more chance so tonight I went in to return an item 45 minutes before customer service closed (8pm). Lights were off. The manager who was standing there told me “I don’t have anyone to staff this area.” I asked him if he could help me with a return and he said “I don’t know how to.” The manager didn’t know how to do a return? Instead of questioning his integrity I just walked away with plans to return my item the next day and never came back. Why would I when there is a Target across the street (prices are similar) with a clean store and smiling employees who actual care (or fake it pretty well). AVOID THIS WALMART IF YOU MUST SHOP AT WALMART.
I came to get my son some T-shirts for school tomorrow and this Walmart had the shirts locked up and no one had a key. All my stuff coming from Target from now on.
