Staff would leave and go to the back after done with customer, while there was a ton of people in the store waiting to be helped. Very inefficient. A lot of the time there was only 1 or 2 workers helping people. Would recommend going to a different T-Mobile location (White Bear Ave location)if possible. Would rather give them 0 stars.

Employees here are always genuine with me and very informational. they’re fast and efficient with getting me in and out of the store when i come in for a screen protector change.

RUN DO NOT USE TMobile! Customer Service at the Vadnais Height- Hwy 96 & Centerville Rd IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE!No it wasnt do to lack of employees, there were 3 and I was the ONLY one in there!

Useless employees. If youre going to just Google what is wrong with the product and then tell me to go to best buy to get it fixed....just get a new job.

Great location and staff. Ledarius and Tyra were super helpful when I ordered my phone and picked it up. They helped me through the transfer process and were more than willing to stay after close to make sure the transfer was complete. This experience is one of the reasons I have stayed a customer of Tmobile.

I do not recommend coming to this t mobile. When we walked in the two girls working did not greet my sister and I. We waited 15 mins before getting a hello how can I help you from one of the workers. As soon as a woman and not making it about race but when the white woman came in they had both greeted her. Me and my sister are african American woman which the only two in there. I gave a one star because one of the workers did a good job on my screen protector.

Great service, fun employees, and the store was slow so I got in and out quickly!

Well...I was trying to get a new provider and a new cell. It took them 3 hrs to get me up and running. My dog got sick while I was in there. And, it was a pleasant day, not to hot.

Review on this store- I walked in stating that I wanted to upgrade to the galaxy S9- I had my mind set on that phone. while looking at it a sales man kept pushing me to get some LG buy one get one deal even after I already said I wanted the galaxy S9. He did the opposite of selling and made me feel uncomfortable and i ended up not even wanting a new phone and will upgrade later down the road. If a customer comes in wanting said phone....SELL THEM ON THAT PHONE. DUH! dont confuse them and talk them out of it!

Dear Tmobile, you have a bonafide ROCKSTAR in a young lady named Veta on your hands. I just left your store and its been a long time since Ive been impressed with somebody as young as she is. Her pleasant attitude was as genuine as it gets. She took the time to google if chocolate hurts squirrels with my elderly mother😂She handled her job flawlessly multi tasking with more than one customer at a time in a manner that all were happy. My family will be making this our home store, and we are looking forward to watching her climb the ladder of life...what a great kid🤗

Even though we werent able to buy a phone, (they were sold out) they were extremely helpful in getting our account sorted out and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.

Theyve recently changed management or something because their service is a complete 180 from the last time I was there (4/2018). Our bill was all out of whack, they took care of the problem and got it straightened out after the customer service via phone was zero help, they helped rectify the netflix issue, and last but certainly NOT LEAST...they were out of the tablet for their promotional deal so the manager drove to another store to get one for me so I didnt have to wait for it to be shipped. Best customer service EVER!

Absolutely, The best service ever! Clayton, Ceira (I am so sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly!), Devon, and Kelsey are a GREAT TEAM! All, have gone above and beyond (especially Clayton, who has responded even on his day off!) to take care of me, when I rather would have gone to get a tooth pulled at the dentist, than to go to the phone store. I have to say, I am only slightly kidding in that statement. But NO MORE!! They have all been fabulous, and I have total faith in this team. How nice to not have to deal with a big mall store! I had many issues to take into consideration and they addressed them all. My phone died and was looking at other in home internet connections to consider as well, not just the phone. They advised me, gave me choices, and in the end, helped me make the best decision, based on my concerns and situations. I had been a T-Mobile customer since day one (hate to date myself, but era 1994) and only left because of an employer providing my cell phone. When that relationship ended, and I was forced to make the change, they were the first I looked to and Clayton at T-Mobile location in Vadnais Heights, did the best! I didnt even try to stay with my other carrier. They could have discounted anything $20 and it still would not have not mattered. This is my T-Mobile! THANK YOU! Michelle
