My favorite hardware store by far. They seem to always have what I need and the staff here is always kind and helpful. The prices are also very competitive with the bigger chain stores.

Wonderful visit. I needed a new grill and they had what I wanted, online. I was able to order it and pick it up at the store. This was my first business with them. The online order and pick up process was easy. The price was great. The people I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I was so pleased with that interaction that I decide to stay and buy my spring flowers there too. I was afraid the prices would be much higher than the Orange Big Box ... But No! They were the same or better. And the selection was excellent. A great experience!

The staff is always so incredibly helpful and kind. They are have knowledge aplenty about all of their products and they always have someone who can answer a question about your super old no name Bath fan that stopped working or match the paint you have magic erased off your wall while removing sharpie marker your kid out there. Their plants are gorgeous and their prices are far less than Home Depot and they actually may last for years versus the box store plants that might not even make it into the ground.

They have the best customer service! Id rather pay a little more and be treated like a human, than go to a big box store.

They dropped everything to help me with my do-it-yourself fix it project! Fabulous!I was trying to adapt a vacuum cleaner brush attachment to my new vacuum cleaner. I went into Koopmans and wandered they aisles trying to think of a solution. Before long, TWO STAFF PEOPLE approached me and spent 10 minutes helping me solve my little problem!! In the end, we arrived at a great idea that worked! Saved me bunches of $$$. Im now a Koopmans believer!! Thank you!

I went to a Home Depot and an Ace before coming to this Koopmans looking for tank to bowl bolts. The other stores mansplained toilets, but the gentleman at this Koopmans offered his diy advice and treated me with respect. The staff here is personable and the store has a large selection of supplies.

Went there to find some wood stain for a project I was working on, an employee was very helpful and took the time to explain the different stains they had and what would be my best buy. All in all, I had a good experience there.

Great place for building material. They usually have everything I need to get a job done. Their power tools and air tools are expensive when compared to Home depot or Lowes though.

Very very disappointed with Koopmans brought keys to be cut for my rv they cut one side not the other brought them back they cut the other side not even close would only refund for cut not keys

A very nice gentleman helped me pick out the right product for a small DIY job Im working on, and took the time to thoroughly explain the proper use of this product, even though store was already past closing time! I appreciate this kind of attention, and that is why i recommend this store!

I love Koopmans, but they are not set up for Corona. Today I got flowers in back then had to go up front where they did not have people spaced out. It’s crazy to get flowers in back trudge through store and go to front register where lines and people were too closeI think they can do better

I love going here. The people are always friendly and eager to help. Whether it is gardening, grilling, or equipment rental it is the first place I go. Im having a deck built this summer and will not go to the big box stores for my number. I know Ill get the right materials from Koopman.

Generally good, competitive prices, didnt have Flexpaste. You did and do. I now suspect that Flexpaste is not at retail yet.

An excellent hardware and lumber store. From the household handyman to the professional carpenter or other craftsman, there are good tools, hardware, and supplies. Open six days a week, 7 to 7; closed on Sundays.

There is always a knowledgeable employee to help you with any questions you might have... but they dont just POINT you to an aisle... they actually TAKE YOU THERE... and take the time to help you find what you are looking for! Giving credit were credit is due, rented a backhoe from the Uxbridge store for 2 days before memorial day weekend and a big weekend for them, everyone i delt with via phone calls from Bill, to Kevin the manager who went above and beyond, to make things happen especially for a delivery, to chris who picked up the machine, just wanted too say luckey too have such great and caring employees very impressed, good job guys! ty again.

All I can say is WOW! Koopman’s in Uxbridge has the best service hands down. We had a slight hiccup with the purchase of our Big Green Egg and they went above and beyond to make it right.
