Moses and Andrew were absolutely fabulous today…. I wasted approximately 10 hours with Apple and Verizon Support over the last three days. These two gentlemen were able to clear up my difficulties in about an hour! They were very respectful and professional and deserve a great big thank you!

Patrick was extremely helpful and thorough in the process of buying a replacement phone and changing to a new plan. The store remodel looks good; judging by reviews, the staff have gotten an overhaul too. Give them another chance if you had a bad experience.

I had Josh! He was super sweet and super fast at everything. Helped me get a new phone knowing mine was completely broken. I’m glad he was covering another persons shift there. I got there the second they opened. He opened the door for me and got me all done within a half an hour of setting my new phone up for me. Thank you Josh!

I have been to several different Verizon locations, but I always get the best customer service at the Uxbridge location. Angel helped me out yesterday, and he was so patient and kind! I was having a lot of trouble activating my new phone, and he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was switched over to my new phone. I am a much older woman but he treated me with such respect. He was chatty and sweet. Please go there for any of your Verizon issues. Ask for Angel!!

I ordered a new phone through Verizon. As soon as it was available the store called and advised it was available. Once I arrived to pickup my phone the process was painless and took less than 10 minutes.

Paul assisted us with an upgrade and fixing some things on our account. He answered all our questions and helped us out in the most professional way possible. As my phone was being installed he had conversations with us to help pass the time! Friendly, knowledgeable about the products and helpful! Best experience that we have had with a Verizon store.

This is the best Verizon store! Nicole goes out of her way to do whatever you need so you have the best phone for you. She is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and sets up everything perfectly. This is the only Verizon store we will go to. Absolutely excellent!

Nicole was very helpful when it was time for me to upgrade to a new phone. She recommended an iPhone SE which I love and is perfect for me. She also took care of transferring everything from my old phone to my new phone and my new phone was up and running in a very short time.

Didnt have as great experience as other customers. I recently bought a pair of wired headphones for my phone. I used them for less than 2 weeks and the right ear bud no longer works and you can hear the parts rattling in the headset. I went to return them and at first the person I spoke to didnt believe that I bought them there until I showed the receipt. He said they could not take them back and I had to go directly to the manufacturer. Then he said he couldnt take them back because of Covid. It was almost like I was bothering him that I was in the store at all. I never write a bad review as I have been in the customer services industries for many years, but this was beyond brutal. I have never heard of a store not honoring a return after breaking. Especially since it was less than 2 weeks since I bought the headphones and had the receipt to prove it. My family will not be going back to this store and wont be recommending it to the people I know.

Went to discuss a problem I was having with my Verizon account and was asked if I had an appointment. No I did not and was quickly told to contact Verizon about it with a curt attitude.The reason I used a local store was I thought I could receive local assistance. Seeing how that did not occur I would recommend another store that may be a little more customer friendly.

Customer service was fantastic! I drive past 3 Verizon stores on my way home, I will be using this one from now on. After I purchased my phone and it was all set up I went out to my car and started playing around with it. I encountered an issue with my Apple ID. I called the store the manager told me to come back in. She took care of it no questions asked. The entire experience was great!

On February 1, 2019 the ownership and management changed. Everyone is new. So my experience was with brand new people. They were very nice, and patient with my request. They figured out a really good solution, and even gave me a direct phone number for them if I had any more problems. I highly recommend you location.

Worked with this cool dude named Jeff and couldnt have had a better experience. Came in with a problem, he offered solutions, we collaborated and talked shop and I left saving a bit of cash with a functional phone. Excellent customer service experience.

My family has been with Verizon for many years and felt it was getting too expensive and began to explore other carriers. We were due for upgrades on our phones and stopped into the Uxbridge Verizon store. We were greeted by Jeff who said they were actually closed but would be glad to answer any questions we had. We ended up meeting with Jeff the following night. He helped us get new phones and did all the installation. Jeff is not only very educated in his field but gave us some of the best customer service we have ever had. We will certainly be recommending him in the future. Thank you Jeff from the Green family.

Ive been to this Verizon store a couple of times and I wouldnt recommend going there. They always seem to be short staffed so you end up waiting 15-20 minutes if theyre helping someone out. Dont bother leaving a voicemail message as they wont return your call. Also, their advertized hours arent even accurate. I stopped by on a Saturday at 3:45pm and the door was locked even though their posted hours are until 5pm. The associate came to the door and told me they were closed. When I asked what time they close she said 4pm; it wasnt even 4pm yet and theyre posted till 5pm! Im taking the drive to the Bellingham location.

PROS:-I chose this location because the location at the Shoppes at Blackstone Valley has rude employees. The Uxbridge location, the people are extremely nice.-Its nice to talk to a person face to face and not deal with stuff over the phone.-My daughters phone arrived a day early (YAY)CONS:-Tried to charge me a setup fee I knew nothing about.-Setup my daughters phone under my number and deactivated my daughters phone which meant i had to call Verizon to have the issue fixed.My advice, make sure you let people know of fees in advance so they dont feel like they are getting swindled... also, pay closer attention to make sure you are updating the correct device.
