This Beltone office had excellent Covid protocols in place, assuring minimal exposure to each customer there. The consultation/testing rooms are large and comfortable and can accommodate several people who are bringing in the hearing impaired person. We are a family of four, and the room we were in was spacious with comfortable chairs. The hearing aid business unfortunately is a difficult one because of the stress involved with taking elderly people who are struggling to hear into a situation that is very complicated for everyone involved. From ascertaining if there is any insurance coverage, testing the hearing degraded person, all the way to cleaning and adjusting hearing aids with the hopes of improving the hearing capacity of the customer, it takes very special and kind people to do this work!All of this stressful interaction requires expert professionalism from the Technician/Administrator and the Hearing Instrument Specialist. You will not find a better team than the team of JoAnne Hernandez, the Technician/Administrator and Tim Peskie, the board certified Hearing Instrument Specialist at Uvalde Beltone! Tim and JoAnne are exceptionally suited to giving the customer excellent, patient, extremely caring help in all manners possible to assure the Beltone Hearing Aids are performing properly and are adjusted to the needed level of hearing support. Tim and JoAnn are honest, caring Beltone associates who are not pushy and who do everything they can to prolong the use of your existing hearing aids by expertly properly servicing the hearing aids! I highly recommend traveling to Uvalde Beltone for the excellent customer service which they provide. We drove all the way from Cotulla, rather than going to Laredo or Sam Antonio! Truly, this was an exceptional customer service experience!
