Worst experience ever no one can do any thing for you

I went in recently to get some general information on some of the newer smartphones. The employee who assisted me “Joe” was terrible. Some more training on the art of respect and body language would benefit him and the company’s image beyond belief. He was rolling his eyes with me and clearly annoyed with me because I’m not super advanced and understanding with technology and I didn’t purchase a phone that day. Before he assisted me I heard him swearing and talking with his co workers while his face was shoved into his phone.However, my family & I went into the Rome store and Corey. was fantastic. He did not once roll his eyes at me and he was beyond patient with my family. Thank you Rome Verizon!!

Best service ever in Verizon. This was my first visit to this Verizon store and I wish I came here from the beginning. I was treated like a customer should be treated, with respect and valuable. I dealt specifically with Robert Baran, and hands down hes the best Verizon rep Ive ever spoken to including conversations over the phone. From now on, I will not go to another Verizon store but this one. Im not saying others are bad, all Im saying is that this place was amazing and I was greatly pleased with their service as well as the condition of the place. Great location as well, handicap parking available right by the entrance. I was in no way encouraged to do this review by anyone, I honestly think it is not enough compared to the quality of service Ive received there, but it is the least that I can do as a thank you. I highly recommend this place.

This is Just a Verizon Wireless Retail Store Meaning they just Sell and Carry Merchandise and can sell you a Contract they DONT Have Authorization to do Anything Major with Verizon Wireless and as far as Knowledge if your Lucky to Catch one of the 3 Salesmen thats how Many are on Staff During the Week only 2 on the Weekend I know thats CRAZY RIGHT!!! So if youre lucky to catch one that is somewhat knowledgeable your Lucky!!!!

The sales and support staff were awesome! Tyler and Dan did all they could to help with the problem with my sons phone. When a conclusion was reached that the phone was shot, they went out of their way to help keep costs down with the purchase of a new phone.

I wouldnt spend a dime with this company after the experience I had with Rob Bearer. Not to mention the only thing sales cares about is their paycheck. They try to trick people with the sign in the front of the building. They are NOT a REAL VERIZON, they are a third party retailer so Verizon wont get involved with any issues you have with this SCANDALOUS COMPANY. You will end up with nothing but a pounding headache and a phone that probably doesnt work because in order for them to do anything you want you have to jump through hoops and play games for days. They sold me a damged 800 dollar phone and jerked me around till the last day of my warranty and then tried to kick me out of the store until the next day so my warranty was no longer valid. Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had with a company. Save yourself the frustration and go to New Hartford or at least not this place. ... Wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy....Rob Bearer is also the biggest idiot Ive ever met.

I shutter everytime I have to go into a Verizon.....my daughter dropped her phone into WATER..........we had 15 minutes before closing on a Sunday no less.......so we went to the Verizon on Horatio......Sean Brindishi helped us......this young man couldnt do enough for us....we were treated like we were the most important people of the day....quite refreshing from past experiences ......He was tremendously helpful...He took his time and weighed all the options and helped her make the right decision.
