The pharmacist that helped me here today (younger girl with the glasses) was the first not rude and genuinely kind one i’ve come across since living here and i’ve been to so many different pharmacies to buy my sudafed. i’ve gotten kind of used to abrasive service at this point, i get that theyre under a lot of pressure but i just wasnt expecting someone to actually be nice and patient for once so that made me day. if you ever read this then thank you x

Scheduled a PCR drivethrough test. Test results came back 1.5 days later as no results available due to sample cancellation: Rejected for testing. Quantity insufficient. Attempted to call store for clarification/retest. Could not access a human on the other end of the line, and automated line did not provide any option addressing this situation.

They have a much better foot section than their company. Wonderful staff very knowledgeable about the products that they have in stock and know exactly what isle your products are located in.

The store is clean and well organized. Parking is good too.

The staff are so nice and friendly! They do everything they can to help the customers! The manager, Allan is the best manager I’ve ever had the privilege of speaking to. He was kind and friendly. He made me feel like a friend and not just another customer! I highly recommend this location just because of him!

I live very close to this walgreens and they have always done a good job with customer service. Ive known several of them for a few years now and can tell they hire well. Good employees and good pharmacy.

Go here often to pick up photo prints and every once in a while to get something on sale or a last minute cheap kid gift. There has been a problem with photo every time I have been there. Today, there was no one there. I walked back to the front register and the cashier paged someone. I waited a few minutes, then asked her to try again. Stood at the photo counter for a few more minutes. She paged again. Then someone wandered out from the back. Clearly had not heard the pages.Often the print order is missing or not correct. Approximately 10 times in the last year. Again, this is every print order I have ever done here. Still havent learned my lesson.Store is often dirty and poorly stocked.Other than that, I highly recommend!

I dont get the negative reviews. This has been my only pharmacy since I moved back to UA three years ago and I have zero complaints. All of the employees that I have run across in that time have been outstanding. The pharmacy staff are all hardworking, friendly and knowledgeable. As drugstores go, you wont find a better one than this particular Walgreens.

I would give no stars if I could I dont really expect people to read my story but anyways heres what happend.I am a 13 year old boy (In 2017) me and my friend biked a long way to get to Walgreens because they had portable phone chargers for 14.99 which was an affordable price compared to some other stores. We walked in the store and headed twords the tech area in which they has the portable chargers. We look at the chargers and a Walgreens employee walks up to us, she says ok boys its time to leave I was really confused 4 seconds havent even passed since we entered the store. I said maam we just got here my friend needs a portable charger she just responded I dont care just grab it pay and leave she was pushing us towards the exit. Can I just go and buy the charger? My friend exclaimed, she just shook her head and said its a policy no unsupervised children. It made me really think when did they have this policy the next day I went back to the same Walgreens with my mom to follow the stupid rule the employee made up. Luckily the rude employee wasnt working (made my day) and I went up to the cash register and asked is there a policy about children being in this store without supervision by an adult must be kicked out? She happily said No I was disgusted by the actions of the woman who kicked us out. I wondered why was it because we were kids that looked like trouble? Or is it simply because she is a racist woman that doesnt want non-caucasian kids in her store? Racist? Ive seen many children the same age as me walk in and the same woman actually welcomes them. And asks if they want help locating something on the store of course the kids she is kind to are Caucasian. I honestly should not be talking she did welcome us to the store, with a big fat leave thanks for reading if you got to this part of my review from the bottom of my heart, thank you

Pharmacy is the worst. So slow when filling my prescription. Also ran into a problem with filling one that I haven’t ran into anywhere else.

Its so awful. In the past, I washed our passport photo (taken and dealt by ourselves modify as 3x2 fitting into a 4x6 print ) se via walmart w/ no problem. This time I did the same but because walmarts mail is slow and chose 1hour walgreen photo to get extra time for sending out. Once I got my 4x6 photo which is really dark and can not be used for any governmental use. Ridiculously, they put their passport advertisement in envelop. So I suspect they are on purpose to make this low-quality photo. We have nothing to do but still wait for our previous walmart order. If that is OK, we will definitely take pics to ask a return.Never ever go any business with them again, especially with photos.
