Ive always been wanting to come check out the show room and I was not disappointed, lots of amazing cars on the property to look through and to choose from if youre looking to buy. It was a little interesting to see like 30 lotuses but over all it was a great visit. 10/10 would buy from If I could afford it.
I bought a silver 360 spider in July 2020 and had an excellent experience, the car was in great shape, the price was right and the transaction was flawless. Their inventory was just amazing at that time. It is so sad to see them tumble down this way, recently they clearly made some horrible (and unethical) financial decisions. I hope they find a way to get back on their feet and right all their wrongs. Very sad. At the time they filled a badly needed exotic car dealership niche with some truly amazing offerings at reasonable prices, all displayed in an amazing showroom.
I came in just to visit the showroom and not a single person ask if was purchasing a car or not. Great friendly staff who have passion for cars. Great selection of exotics to superstars. New location offer more space than the old Ontario location. Everyone who work there greet you with friendly matters. Would recommend if you are in market for an exotic or any luxury vehicle.
I purchased 2 cars from CNC Motors in the last 3 months. The first was a 2006 Lamborghini Murcielago Roadster and the second was a Rolls Royce Phantom. I have never received better service, communication and experience as I got from CNC. They resolved all the small items plus some, they went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied. This is the only place I will buy a car in the future. Highest Recommendation!
We will never ever again order anything thru this company. We ordered engine parts and it took them over 16weeks to arrive and when they did arrive they arrived on 2 different days. 🙄. But they were very quick to grab the money, over $5000. Was takes out of our account the day after ordering. Very disappointed in their customer service as they did nothing to keep us informed of what was going on and why the wait was so long. We should have been informed that it would take close to 4 months to receive parts rather than have people wait not knowing if they have been scammed. This company should not be taking orders and money from people when the company has no idea when the customer will receive what they paid for. Lesson learned the hard way. Beware folks very unreliable company.
In light of the current complaints about this dealership, I wanted to offer our experience. This is an honest review and we have not been asked to leave this review by CNC, and if something changes on our end, we will update the review to reflect that.We consigned our Land Cruiser and Tesla Model X at this dealership in 2020.The land cruiser took about 3 months to sell. The payment was late, but Clay ended up giving us a steep discount to their profit. We have been paid for in full for the car, and are very satisfied with the amount we received. We decided not to sell our Tesla X, and took the car back instead. Clay did not charge us a termination fee, so we essentially stored the vehicle there for free.We do believe that many of these other reviewers are owed money, and hope that a resolution can be found that satisfies everyone.Despite the current situation, we can honestly say that our consignment experience was positive, and CNC was able to sell the car for more than we would have been able to ourselves.
Clay and Fraiser have always treated me right, from buying and selling Several Ferraris, Lamborghini and Mercedes was always a great experience.
CNC Motors is such a great experience. I highly recommend you give them a shot if you’re looking to purchase a new vehicle. I came in and their inventory is the most diverse I’ve ever seen. They have exotics, luxury, classics, American muscle, off road and all kinds of things I wasn’t expecting. They made the whole process of buying a car very easy and I will definitely be recommending all of my friends and family give them a shot! Ask for Art, he will make the whole process really simple! I also met the owner Clay and he is a very easy going guy! You won’t be disappointed!I also found out they do consignments and it sounds like a really great program. I’m thinking of bringing in my Mercedes and letting them do all the work in selling it for me!
I love this place. They gave me two free supercars. Thanks Clay.
I’m writing this on behalf of my own personal experiences with the company. About a year ago my special needs brother moved in with me. He is absolutely obsessed with exotics. Since then I think we’ve been into CNC about 10-12 times to walk around and look at the cars. It became our favorite pass time as we live just a couple minutes away. We were always treated with kindness and respect. Never interacted with Clay only his staff members. Really hoping whatever is going on will soon come to pass as we miss stopping in. Praying for a comeback! Have driven by and seen people working late into the night in the office so I’m staying optimistic
Despite the claims against Clay and CNC, I bought a very rare Lamborghini Diablo roadster from Clay not long ago, and what a class act he is. Treated me right, price was fantastic, and the title was delivered on time. I highly recommend Clay and CNC staff to anyone who is looking for cars. I will definitely be doing more business with him. To the random people who are writing negative reviews and have never done business with Clay or CNC, you know what to do with yourself.
I was interested in a Aston Martin S. I am from Nevada so i had to get all info via phone or e mail. I had the pleasure of dealing with Joey Indrieri. I couldnt ask for a better salesman. He took the time to send me additional photos answer a large amount of questions. V profesional. V courteous. If you are looking to buy a high end car i would highly recommend dealing the Joey. I purchased sight unseen due to Joey being so vigilant.
These guys got caught scamming millions of dollars from customers, forging titles, fabricating stories and the best part is that theyre trying to scam these customers AGAIN by attempting to sell the tarnished business name and building to the very customers they scammed for $30MILLION! You got in WAY to deep buddy! Better brace up for some jail time unless you can settle up in a few weeks..
CNC is in bad shape. Dont buy from them or consign anything to them. You can read about it on all the forums. These guys are selling consigned cars, but not paying the people who consigned them. They are selling cars that still have notes on them without paying the owners, thus the notes arent even getting paid. Huge risk buying from these guys. Run away. Good chance youll lose your money or your car if you do business with these guys, maybe both!
Don’t ever trust this place! They will rob you! Sold a car here and got a bounced check! All I get are lies from Clay Thom! Day after day new lies daily. It’s toxic! He seems to be a pathological liar. He has robbed me and my friends of millions of $ of bounced checks!
On October 13, 2020 CNC Motors sold my Tesla Model X they had on consignment. They never sent in the payoff on the bank loan. I made multiple payments to the bank even after they sold the car. I went in and spoke to Clay, Joey and Derek multiple times. I called and text them as well. Each time I was told they would handle it and pay the loan and reimburse me for additional payments made after the car sold. They never resolved the matter and stopped returning my messages!I had to hire an attorney to handle this matter so they’ll be liable for the legal fees as well as payments after the car sold.I wouldn’t recommend CNC Motors to ANYONE!
Known Clay for 30 years now. Not really sure whats going on but the Clay I know is always going to make things right. Ive shopped successfully with him for many years and hes at heart a good guy. Hope for everyones sake that things move towards a positive outcome.
These guys sold my car and didn’t give me the money owed! And daddy Doug was so good to you too. Ugh!
CLAY runs a great dealership at CNC. I consigned my 2018 Porsche GT3 there and they sold it for the agreed upon net price within 2 weeks. Joey A. took great care of me as well as office manager Debbie.I recommend CNC for anyone looking to consign or purchase high end cars.
***EVERYONE BEWARE***PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTDo not consign a vehicle.Do not buy a vehicle.I co-signed a car back in 9/22 never got any payment. I cancelled my consignment and asked for my car back. They didnt give my car back. I informed them that they are holding my car without my consent and stealing my car.Clayton the owner has every excuse and constantly lies. Do not trust a word he says. He never paid me, when I cancelled my consignment and demanded my car back he never returned my car and tried to come up with excuses. End of the day he stole my car, because he has my car without my consent. We now have a group chat with all the people that has been ripped off by CNC exotics owned by Clayton. He is using his exotic dealership storefront to fraud and steal from the hard working people. He is a threat to the public.Anyone else that Clayton has frauded please contact me as we are gathering as a group together. Do not allow this guy to keep stealing peoples hard earned money!
Notorious for not giving titles for vehicles purchased so buyers are not able to register their vehicles. Currently under investigation by California DMV. And Clay? Youre a thief, period!
Staff and everyone seems great. The lasting impression is from Clayton. He goes on to talk about all people he knows, all the money he has, and frankly came off as bully. I normally say nothing if I dont have good things to say but what a bitter taste. You enjoy yourself up there on that mountain. #Facts
My whole family had really great expectations from this company. We were happy to go and do business with them but it all turned out to be a nightmare quickly.I went to CNC Motors with my S63 AMG Mercedes Benz for consignment for the car on Feb. 17th 2021. The contract and the paperwork looked so legit that no one could have said that they were committing a fraud here. After some time I called a couple of times and my phone call was only answered once. He told me that my car had been sold. After, I called back to see when I could come for the check. He (Joe indrieri) was very rude over the phone and didn’t give me the answers I needed. So, we went to go check out CNC in person since the car was still listed for sale on the website, regardless of them saying it was sold and we never got a check. When we arrived, the place was closed and there were about 3 or 4 cars in the showroom and it was empty otherwise. An NBC van was there to make a segment on the fraud CNC committed to not only us, but many other families. Now, our car is stolen, we dont know where it is and even if it is sold or not, and we do not have a check. They stole our car.
CNC illegally sold our consigned car and we tried to reach boss several times, didnt get our money back. now this is handled by our lawyer, stay away from this place!
Had a bad experience with one sales woman a while ago but once I left a review the GM contacted me to apologize for her actions and told me that she no longer works there and said that if Im still in the market he will get me someone who is suitable for the task. Ive gotten a car elsewhere but I will definitely come back if Im looking for another car or once I can afford a nice lambo or Ferrari 😂
Excellent service at CNC. Thank You Clay & Nate for a first class experience. I consigned my 2018 G63 and they had it sold with 7 days! They were very professional in their appraisal and saws method. I will be back to purchase an exotic car real soon!THANKS TEAM CNC!
Avoid at all costs, they run a scamming operation here. Clay and his team continually steal money and refuse to pay customers and have been doing so for years. This place should be shut down by the authorities.
I have the unique position to be both a vendor of services to CNC and a customer. I’ve watched them grow year after year adding inventory and services and earning new customers. They took in on commission and promptly sold a McLaren I serviced and was hired to sell. The transaction was quick, easy and executed flawlessly. As a vendor, I’ve seen what goes on after hours and behind closed doors. It is a prospective not seen by many, if any, not employed at CNC.Utmost integrity is practiced at all times. They always have treated me and the clients we share phenomenally. The quality of the inventory at CNC is nothing but outrageous. Many rare models, super low mile and high quality vehicles can be had at any given time. The sales team, service, and finance departments, are super friendly and highly knowledgeable. The folks at CNC are a great bunch. It is a family run business, with an emphasis on treating everyone like family.Their support and participation in charities and other such activities is a testament to the high moral character traits of the folks at CNC. I anticipate many more years working with and referring clients to CNC.
I used to always go and look on your website because there was amazing cars, but from what I have heard there has been many checks bounced on very expensive cars, for your sake Covid-19 has been hard on you but that isnt an excuse for scamming people at all especially at a exotic car dealership. You have bounced many checks and there is tons of people that have came foward on youtube and other social media platforms.
Great spot.... Clayton and Joe are both very knowledgeable professionals. I would go there again in the future. Thanks for everything. Chris Henney.
Thanks to Clay and the team for the VIP experience at CNC. Literally hundreds of sports cars in the showroom. I bought a G63 for me and Range Rover for the wife’s Christmas gift! Thanks to Debbie for making the finance part easy. CNC is the best in the business!
CNC Motors has completely exceeded all my expectations. I have a G63 on consignment and they had it sold in 2 weeks. Took another 7 days to get the title transferred and to get paid, which is fair since the car was going to be financed. Thanks Clay for all the help!!!
BUYERS Beware!! My partner and I traded a car and got another from them and after over 3 months they still havent paid off the car I traded. After looking on multiple groups on Facebook, namely Exotic car hacks group, they have done this to a lot of people. They clearly have a lot of financial issues. I would stay far away from these scammers.
Awesome place. Visited them for the trunk or treat show they hosted. Family and I appreciate what they did for the community. They have very nice cars for sale as well. Out of my price range, but if you have the budget, give them a visit.
Don’t do business here ... They will steal your car. Please research this business they are all over the internet and news . They’re currently being investigated by the upland police for scamming people out of millions!
From beginning to the end of my time being here, it is an awesome experience.Very clean facility, and will always recommend to anyone in the market. Art & Aaron are very professional and cool people. Nothing but love and respect for this place !
SCAM!!!! SCAM!!!! SCAM!!!! This place is a scam!!!! It’s a cover up for a Ponzi scheme that clay the owner is running!!! He stole money from me and my friends and has yet to pay back!!!! He’s a criminal and even gave us all bounced checks!!! And wires that never show up! All lies!!!!
I bought a 2009 Nissan GTR from here. I live in las vegas and traded in my truck. They never sent me motor vehicle paperwork to get the vehicle registered. Also the GTR they sold me was in an accident and the lower control arm was bent, never disclosed that.. They need to be upfront and run a good dealership.. Would not recommend unfortunately. Had high hopes for them. 2 stars for how nice there showroom was..
WOW! CNC Motors also known as CNC exotics is amazing! Hundreds of exotics and Luxury cars with very knowledgeable sales staff. ART help one with my trade and got me financed for a 2017 Porsche 911. Car of my dreams at terms I can afford. Thanks CNC!
Please, I beg you do not purchase, and do not give them your car. They have been exposed for scamming several people in the past few months, and are going quiet. This is like complete deja vu of a situation that happened 10 years ago.
This place is clearly ran by criminals and scammers. Do not shop or consign here as it is ran on nothing but fraud. It deserves a zero rating if that.
Was looking for a very rare model, the only dealer that has it is CNC in entire california. Were just lucky to have company like them in reach. Great customer service as well. Showroom is the best Ive seen that has tons of great cars.
Sold CNC my dodge demon back in early December, they gave me a check. Check did not clear it bounced because of lack of funds, still trying to get my funds from Clay at CNC. He keeps telling me that it’ll be wired, supposed to come Tuesday and Wednesday, still haven’t received anything. This game had been going on since he asked to wait until January 4th because of bank issues. At this point it seems like they are not willing to send my money. I will be contacting my lawyer and taking legal action. I tried to be patient and understanding but now it’s just ridiculous.Update:1/15 Received a message from Clay the owner, that I will be receiving the money I’m owed via wire Monday 1/18.
This is not a trustworthy business and should be shut down. Please look for another company to buy from or handle your consignment. This company sold my vehicle that was on consignment and did not notify me of the sale or ask for my release of title. I still have not received payment for my car and they did not honor their signed contract. Do not trust this company and please do business elsewhere.
April 9th 2021, I am consider myself as one of the victim. I consigned and drop off my 2011 maserati quattroporte gts on 1/4/21. Car was sold late same month, I found my self by checking the carfax, the title was registed on 2/4/21 at Silver spring MD. I went to CNC in person and spoken Clay Thom multiples times. He promised I will get paid again and again, but I still didnt get the check yet. CNC was one of the best car dealer in the area, I deeply hope this mess will be solved and the CNC will be back to normal again. Being an long time fans and customer, I feel sad to write this review.
This place might as well close their doors....their done.So what the owner has lost millions thsts his problem. Dont bother going there the DMV has a website of 40 cases against thennnnI always wanted to buy there but look it up...dont waste your ti.e.
Fantastic selection of cars and extremely friendly staff. I would recommend to any car lover
DMV and police are investigating these crooks. You guys should have stopped when you were ahead.
2021 March 2CNC illegally sold three of our consigned car months ago without notification nor any payment, they sold our SLS black series with a fraudulent title, because the real title is still here with us, the car is currently marked for sale on their website but was been told it was sold months ago when we made it in their showroom, the other two cars were sold months ago without a release from the owner nor a single penny of payment, now Joey the sales guy had gone missing, and the owner Clayton acting like he didnt know what happened. I am writing this review to inform others not to fall for their trap, and also a message to the CNC license owner: we will do whatever it cost to make sure justice is served.Update:2021 march 23since the first review, Clayton Thom(owner of CNC motors) and Joey Indrieri (the sales guy) contacted us RIGHT AWAY and offered to compensate the fund in 10 days in exchange to remove the review(see attached I message screenshot), unsurprisingly the fund was never returned to the owner till today, all we got it lies after lies, the owner Clayton and sales guy Joey Indrieri are in the same pot scamming against minority Asian costumers, they should not be allowed working in this industry ever again. we are moving forward with the legal process on this matter and will update progress each step of the way
Clay is a liar and a con artist. He’s running a scheme. He’s not selling cars in a legit way. Stay away! All the checks he gave me have all bounced!! He keeps trying to borrow money from multiple people millions and giving them all bad checks! Stay away from Clayton Thom! Cnc is a scheme.
The most down to earth and kind men work here. My son loves super cars, they welcomed him and let him look until his heart was content, they even gave him a shirt. They did not need to stop what they were doimg to help an 11 year old but they did and made him feel as valuable as the cars inside.
Today I walk into CNC motors and was treated Well beyond what you might Expect! My experience with this dealership stretches over 10 years . 10 years ago I could NOT afford to purchase my dream car and I stopped by CNC to browse. I told the sales person I could not afford to buy yet and was just looking. The salesman asked when do you think you would be able to buy something? I replied maybe years from now. I nervously laughed. Most salesman would have walked away at that response. He then spent the next HOUR showing me all my dreams cars and chatting. Full knowing I couldnt afford anything. TODAY I walked in a financially good place. I actually could afford to buy something. The owner greeted me at the door and gave me a warm welcome and a no pressure discussion. He treated me like a friend. I had never met the owner before, he literally told me to take a walk around with no pressure. But before I started my walk around we spent 20 minutes talking about life. And 10 minutes talking about my 1995 NSX trade in. No pushy sales no tactics just friendly discussion! I spent 45 minutes in the show room and Art the Salesman showed up to see how I was doing! Another Gem of a guy treated me like a human being and very polite . Long story short Im not trading my car just yet, but I will soon and it will be 100% with CNC. Dont go anywhere else if you want honesty, integrity and kindness!
Look into their business practices before you buy. They are accused of selling many high end cars without title, so essentially selling stolen cars.
What a joke this place is. Takes your car and you never get paid or buy a car and cant even register because of not receiving a title and all this owner clay does is comment TROLL on the peoples comments exposing the truth like really.... the cats already out of the bag man the business and reputation already trashed. No coming back from this one guys
Sold car through consignment, was never notified, promised to be paid but flaked on months...7 years ago, my brothers and I bought my dad a Porsche for his 60th birthday. We decided to sell it this year and by referral we ended up at CNC. We brought it in early October 2020 and signed a consignment contract with Joey. Two months laster, we did not hear anything from CNC and contemplated taking the car back but then when we checked the listing online on 1/4/21 it showed sold. We were never notified of the sale, we called them up and left a voicemail but never got a callback. We went to visit the dealership in person a couple days later because we couldnt get through over the phone. Joey said they would have a check for us on 1/21/21. When the day came, I called Joey and he said he was still waiting for the owner to come in to sign the checks and that he would call me right back. Never got a call back.A week later I was promised the same thing. I was adamant about getting a firm answer and pickup date and he told me that he would for sure call me back Thursday about a check on Friday. No call.I have been given the runaround for a months. The last two months we have been in contact with Clayton the owner and we were supposed to get a cashiers check last month. He even texted a photo to my lawyer of him inside the bank. Come time of pickup (3pm on Friday 2/12/21) and he stopped returning texts and phone calls. He text me this week promising that I would be paid by Friday but I dont see any reason why I should believe him.Someone reached out to me and based on the vin of our car, he now sees it for sale at another dealership. Its very disheartening as the car was a big milestone gift to my father and now the memory is ruined by the fraud and deceit that we have experienced with our involvement with Clay, Joey and CNC motors. We have been left with no car, no payment and the bitter conclusion for what was supposed to be a very meaningful gift.I dont like writing bad reviews and have held off for a long time to write this one but felt morally called to write this review to warn anyone else thinking about getting involved with CNC. Please beware, they have been disrespectful of my time and dishonest about their business practices. Now because I am getting no response, I am filing a complaint with the DMV and going through my lawyer to get my money back.
Great place to go if you want to get scammed. Just Google “CNC Motors scam” and read all about their shady practices.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. Do a quick search YouTube search.
Awesome cars, people are very polite and they dont mind if you just look.
It’s clearly evident this establishment is corrupt. It may have started out as a legitimate enterprise, but it has ventured off course and apparently continues to do so.
Huge scam! Check with DMV before going there. They have ripped off dozens of people. Clay Thom is the next Bernie Madoff.
I had a very pleasant experience today at CNC with my friend. I called earlier to see what they had in inventory, to make sure it was worth the 45 minute drive and it definitely was. After walking around the showroom for about 10 minutes, we were approached by an employee named Will. Will was extremely nice and told us we needed any help, to let him know. After walking around the showroom more, we decided we wanted to take a closer look at a few of the cars. Will was more then happy to open the doors for us and let us take pictures. We were not allowed to sit in the cars, but that is understandable because most of the cars are on consignment. I was standing next to the two Ford GTs in the showroom to take a picture with them, Will came up to us and opened the doors for us without us even asking which resulted in amazing photos. We layer asked him to open the doors on their Lamborghini Aventador and Mercedes G63 4x4 squared and he did happily and allowed us to take pictures. Towards the end of our visit, another employee approached us and asked if we needed any help, but we couldnt catch his name. Overall a great experience and very welcoming service. I will definitely be coming back soon.
I trade in my vehicle to CNC motors Inc/Lotus upland back in Nov, at that time, i still have a remaining balance on my car loan, CNC motors told me they will payoff within a week. However, two months later, the car loan balance still not paid off.I went to CNC motors multiple times ask for explanations, first time, they provided me with a check, few days after deposit, the check was returned by the bank due to insufficient funds. Second time, they provided me with a written statement says they will payoff the loan balance beofore Christmas. Again, until now, zero payment was made.I have been repeatedly lied to by CNC motors INC/Lotus upland, they are taking advantage of customers and conduct their business in a inresponsible and unethical way.My experience with CNC motors is extremely disappointed and unpleasant, i am in the progress of taking all legal actions against CNC motors Inc/Lotus Upland.
If I could give them zero stars I would, they are a bunch of scammers.
I borrowed this ccxr from CNC motors, they have a amazing selection of cool cars from the modern era – Doug demuro 2018
Horrible business ethics, find another dealership to do business with. I’d trust a Buy here Pay here before I trusted anyone affiliated with CNC ever again.
BEWARE. SCAMMER. GOOGLE AND YOUTUBE CNC. CLAY IS SCAMMING PEOPLE.
If you want the best cars the inland empire has to offer go there. Its a MUST
BEWARE!! THIS DEALERSHIP IS SCAMMING THEIR CUSTOMERS. LOOK THEM UP IN THE NEWS.
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. I traded my 2016 Mercedes AMG GTS for one of their vehicles. It took over a month for the owner, clay, to write me a check for the difference. I later found out that they sold me a vehicle that they didn’t even have the title for. The title is still under lien at the previous owners bank. On top of this it has been 3 months since i traded in my vehicle and i still have not received the title for my new vehicle. When contacting CNC they string me along and constantly tell me i should be expecting the title soon. So here i am driving a vehicle i don’t have registration, plates, or a title for. So please do yourself a favor and go buy a vehicle at a more professional dealership. If i could give this place 0 stars i definitely would.
This place is a scam, cosign your car and you would never receive your payments once its sold. Stay away
Ponzi scheme of a dealership. Scamming sellers out of money, selling cars out of contract. Lies about conducting PPI.
Great communication and professionalism quick to resolve your questions and doubts
CNC Motors is excellent. From the inventory they hold, the pricing they offer, their customer service, pure excellence. I purchased a Porsche Cayman GT4 from them and it was a seamless, fun, enjoyable experience. I high recommend CNC Motors to anybody looking to purchase a car, boat, or whatever other crazy toys they keep in inventory.. these guys are awesome! Special shout out to Keith and Aaron... worked with them both and it was a pleasure, thanks guys!
I try to focus on the positive when doing business with companies, along with people in general as trust is important.Being fortunate from hard work over the years to own numerous exotic, and super cars, I try to find honest dealerships to purchase vehicles from.I plan to be attacked by Clayton Thom the owner of CNC for writing this review. I feel it is worth it, and I will be the better man for it.The reason for the review is many factors that involve everything from consigned cars not being paid off, consigned cars being sold to other parties without the registered owner signing a release of liability, selling a Lamborghini Huracan with rolled back mileage, and not returning funds on a deal that was never completed on a McLaren 570GT.As far as the Huracan is concerned, Clay had No Choice but to unwind that deal since Lamborghini would not cover the balance of the warranty.Being a business person myself, I would expect to pay back any dealership, or business customer for monies that I owe them. In Claytons case, this has never been his plan.To date, I am owed is 13,835.83 not including the additional payments that I had to pay on a Audi R8 that was consigned at CNC Motors, then sold, and not paid off for two additional months, along with a 2018 BMW M3 that was consigned, and then sold by CNC Motors, and not paid off for two months. Both of these cars had been delivered to new buyers prior to me signing any release of liability on either. This left me exposed as the registered owner.Regardless of how Clay feels about me, or how he will try to attack me with his reply, the truth is, he is not honest, nor is his business practices honest.I have had the opportunity to speak with other customers wronged by Clayton Thom, and nothing surprises me at this point. All of my business dealings have always been with Clay directly. It also seems three of Clays key people have moved on leaving him, and the dealership in the rear view mirror (so to speak). In closing, this review again is to shed light on a subject that dealerships hate to talk about, or receive negative reviews about. This type of behavior is not limited to just CNC Motors.Money is owed to me, but I dont expect Clayton Thom to ever do the right thing. My reviews are meant to inform the public of my option. In the case, I have stated the facts about the ongoing issues with Clayton Thom, owner of CNC Motors.Should anyone have any questions, feel free to message me through Yelp.Updates:11/26/20 Contacted by Clay (Owner) that a check would be sent by FedEx on Monday, 11/30/20.11/30/20 FedEx did in fact deliver an envelope on 12/1/20 and with a check inside covering the total amount I was due $13.835.83. Check was deposited and my financial institution has not advised me of any issues with the check.12/15/20 Payment cleared my bank.I will continue to update this review. As far as the 4 payments made on the consigned vehicles this total is around $5,000.00. The lien holders did receive payment in full on both those vehicles after waiting 2 months on each of them.I do believe that I am owed those funds as the vehicleshad been sold, and the payoffs delayed for a long period of time on both vehicles.
Great costumer service and the worker Art is a super cool guy!! Great cars too
If i could leave 0 stars i would. Scammers like Clay disgust and the scum of the earth
This dealership is scamming people! Video on youtube. Check it out before you buy!
Buyer beware! Be sure to Google CNC Motors complaints before buying from or selling to this dealership.
Do your research online. These guys allegedly turned into crooks.
Great people, lots of great cars to look at, ready to get too.. can spend hours looking around
Very good. Its definitely a destination dealership, 1 of a kind. Im an x car guy. I can see things I would do differently such as the layout of the dealership. I would cadagorize the merchandise, food for thought. Great place Ed Garcia
Scammers dont buy your car here
Bought my first Porsche 911 from them. Overall good experience. Due to COVID19 title was slow to receive, but they made up for that. Would definitely look to them for another exotic in the future. Thanks...
This place seems like a scam. To many people with the same story.
This place is unreal. We were visiting from out of town and stopped by the new location to take a look at their exotic selection. When we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile, she told us to have a look around. We walked around looking at all the amazing cars. Fraser met us on the floor introduced himself and thanked us for coming in. He allowed us to take our time and we even got some great pictures of the cars. I loved how they were so patient and even tho we may have just been taking a look never rushed us off the lot. They have a very friendly / family feel to them. Highly recommended.
