I usally dont make reviews however This place is great and felt like I should. I originally tried to take my car to the dealer to get it checked out but due to covid they could not take me untell 2 days from that day so I called around and im so glad i did. I have an electrical car so finding places that work on them isnt that easy. I called 4 different places before I had called save on auto care. First off the staff here are great the 2 lovely women up front were very sweet and listened to everything I told them was going on with my car. They called me with in a few hours to let me no what we already expected was wrong with my car what happened to just be the hybrid battery. They ordered the part and had it installed the next day. Over all great service and staff with affordable service as well I will be taking my car here from now on.

I may have left a review before but I had more work done on my car and again I dont have anything but great things to say about this place. They did all sorts of maintenance on my car and now its running better than it has in a long time. I will ba back again for an auto issues.

Service on the vehicle was great. Technicians are good at what they do. But I cant give them more than 3 stars for overall customer service. I brought my truck in before Christmas. I had family flying in from Minnesota and they werre going to need a vehicle. I brought it in early to have it on time. Delivery date was upshed back almost a week for wrong parts. Understandable. I paid $700, truck still wasnt done because of a gasket. I needed it for family, returned it and I was told that there was going to be an additional charge for the gasket. But theyre going to do me a favor and install it anyway.I go to pick up the truck a few hours later and Im told to pay a $30 bill for the gasket. I reminded them that I was told it was going to be taken care of by them and I reminded them that I already paid $700. They try and convince me theyre doing me a favor by covering the gasket.Then I discovered a shinny spot on my hood. Granted, paint is white and oxidized. But the clean spot was done with a rag. I believe someone from the shop wanted to prove that the paint wasnt as bad as it appeared. So they rubbed a spot on the hood. Bending it so it now cant open. I doubt some transient walking by wanted to test out his car polishing skills.

I came in after my car had broken down on the freeway. The owner made me feel at ease right away. He kept me updated frequently on the status of my car. He even offered to keep his shop open a little later so that I can come drop off my new car battery. Truly exceptional customer service, professional, and fair pricing! Staff are very caring and friendly. I will definitely bring my car here for all repairs from now on. I highly recommend this great place!

Im 66 years old and in the past 40 years this is the most honest and knowledgeable places I have ever been. Answers all your questions and ask are you keeping the truck or are you selling it. He ask this question so he knows how much money you want to put into the truck. A very great question. He did a number of repairs on my 1989 Nissian truck. This truck runs better now than has every run in the past 12 years. I HAVE A NEW TRUCK and I LOVE IT!

My alternator went out on the way to work. I called to see if they could help me out. Not only did they offer to drive me to work (which was great!), but when I explained that it was pretty far away, they said they would make me a priority since I’d be waiting for the repair. They ordered the part that was both readily available and the lowest possible price! Everyone there is genuinely nice and helpful! Great people, great service, great work!! Ive been a customer here for 30 years and have NEVER been disappointed or dissatisfied! Even through my change in vehicles and the seamless change in ownership, the service and staff have remained the same as I have always been accustomed to. Youre treated like family and you feel it. Once the owner even told that he wouldnt do the repair because he would just be taking my money (it was time to retire that one) after 19+ years of them servicing it. Ive recommended them to family over the years and I will keep coming back as long as they are here.

They helped me out and took care of me for an inspection that I needed to do on my car, they also checked everything out and made sure all was good! Side note - they have a coffee machine while you wait for your service to be completed!

Wonderful ServiceWe dropped my sons car off to fix an oil leak in a rather remote area of the motor. We picked it up after our return from vacation. They fixed the leak as well as a couple of other issues they found in the process. They are always courteous and thankful for the business. I highly recommend them.

Great auto repair shop.

My in-laws have been customers for years. The business was bought out and ownership changed, so did their morals and customer service. My father in law brought his truck in for a leak and within the month the transmission also went out. When he took the truck in the first time it was there for over a week, wouldn’t give updates, and he had to basically track them down to hear about his truck. He had it towed there to see if the problem was related since they had just worked in that’s area. Again, they had his truck for 9 days. He called every day asking for updates and around day 4 they hadn’t even worked on it yet. He was supposed to get a new transmission but instead they did a rebuild and when he went to pick it up this morning they made him sign a paper saying they would never do business again due to the way “he conducted himself”. My father in law is older and talks to people in a calm and nice manner, so there’s is no reason to treat him such a way. WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH YOU, not the other way around. You are doing something shady and a BBB report will be made.

This was a truly professional repair shop. I came in on Friday and they saw me right away. Had major repairs on my way out of state and they were able to get my repairs done and get me back on the road quickly. They were very friendly and even offered us drinks while we waited. Couldnt ask for a better experience from a bad situation.

When I brought my car here, I was desperate and had no idea what to expect - I picked them based on them being close and a vague recommendation from a AAA call center rep. My car had a timing/ignition issue that I needed solved at a bargain price, and that another shop flat-out refused to look at, and I had my car dropped off late at night and the key put in the drop-box.The next day they called me up. The lady was sharp and knowledgeable, and within a few minutes, she knew exactly what I needed and gave me an estimate on the diagnostic. They both FOUND the problem, and came back UNDER the diagnostic - its the first time ive ever heard of a shop charging you LESS than what you agreed, like 1/3 less. We talked more regarding getting the issue fixed, and they were comfortable with the unconventional - for cash flow reasons, I needed them to ONLY solve the timing issue and they agreed to check only the issues I wanted, then I would tow the car out.It is about 30 minutes after pickup. They not only did exactly what I needed, they did so at a bargain price. When I started my car, it sounded better than it has in 5 years. They have made a customer for as long as I live in the area.

Took in my car because it was having some issues that i found concerning. asked for an oil change and to check out the problems. i was quoted for the oil change plus the standard extra 100 for doing a diagnostic. unfortunately my car ended up being so bad off that they said they didnt feel right making any repairs as i would end up spending more money than the car was even worth. they could have just told me what repairs it needed and hoped i would throw money at the problems. instead they were honest and they also discounted the price of the diagnostic for me. very happy with my service!

I found Sav on Auto on recommendation of a friend. Its been 6 months and zero problems after Sav on Auto repairing it . Pricing was more than fair. They did a great job, and Ive been back with my other vehicles. Always great service and pricing and they stand behind their work.

Several visits across multi years for maintenance and repairs on mature Japanese autos. Prices are mid-market, staff are as transparent and courteous as you could ask for, they strive to be thorough and to get the work right, treat customers well. Had a glitch on one visit--part with the wrong specs was installed--and they really bent efforts to fix things and get car purring again. AAA and ASE credentials.

Personalized customer service and great prices. I have a long story to tell but ill keep it simple. The story goes: I had to visit the DMV 4 times over a 2 week period and the ladies at Save On Auto Care were the only saving grace I encountered throughout those 2 weeks. Their support for me went above and beyond your typical quality customer care. They mailed me copies of certificates at the drop of a hat, and even extended me a discount when I found out I had to pay for their services twice after the DMV had lost my paper work. Its difficult to find the words to use in order to describe how grateful I am for their kindness and perseverance, so i shall just say Thank You.

I came In for an oil change and the woman was as friendly as can be and had them adjust air pressure in my tires as well at no additional charge. Very professional, very nice. I look forward to coming back someday.

They did good work despite being called to pick up car, and it still didnt start. One thing that I would have preferred is them cleaning the driver side back seat which has faint grease stains from the mechanic that worked on the vehicle. Despite that, the car runs great.

Save on auto car was great, I took my 2015 fork van to the dealer to fix my GPS and they told me it need to be replaced. I waited because of the cost for repair but I later took it to save on auto car for an oil chang and asked them to look at GPS and the found a bad wire. And fix it the same day at a fraction of the cost Ford wanted.

The most recent time, my car broke down on the 60 fwy in the midst of traffic rush hour 530pm and I was able to tow it that evening despite them being closed!! On top of that, David is super down to earth and honest and he fixed my car! The owners are Golden. They truly care about their customers and they do a great job. My car is so old and they got it running. They are not expensive and they guarantee their work. David is a fantastic mechanic that will not tell you jibberish. Recently brought my 2006 VW Jetta in for service. My front tire had a major wobbling issue which damaged both of my front tires. Save-On Auto Care fixed the issue quickly and it only required a tire replacement! They also did an oil change and a smog while it was there. And they didnt make me feel like a bad vehicle owner for all the things I have put off! They are very willing to work with you and take care of your vehicle without taking advantage of you. Thoroughly impressed. Our VW Jetta was having some problems so we took it to the dealership where we bought it used and had taken out an repair insurance policy. The policy proved useless and they wanted $1500 to make all repairs. I felt I needed a second opinion. I took it to Dave and Save On. As it turns out, I only need to spend half that on getting the car back into shape as the dealership wanted to charge for unnecessary things (brake rotors that were fine, tire rods end and ball joints that were fine). I suppose I shouldnt be surprised as this is the MO of many dealerships, but Save On wont do that to you. They didnt do it to us.So, in the future, Im going to save the time and the hassle and take it straight to Save-on. Quality work that wont rip you off!!!Thanks a million!

Our van broke down while on tour from GA, the mechanics and receptionists here were so kind and accomadating. They worked very hard to get us back on the road as soon as possible and offered us coffee and donuts while we were stranded in the waiting room.
