After searching for months to find the specific Mustang Mach E me and my wife were looking for, we finally found the one we needed at Ford of Upland. I was weary from my past experience at dealerships (especially during these times) and I am happy to say that my experience was amazing. Don Wilson helped us out got us an amazing deal on this rare model and even came in the next day ok his day off to help us out. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful and the dealership looked very clean and open! I will definitely be returning! “It’s a Don deal”

The service was great. I was able to take care of everything from the comfort of my own home. The vehicle was delivered to my house and they picked up my trade in. The staff made me feel comfortable and was able to provide answers for the questions that I had.

My check engine light was flashing and then stayed solid. I called Ford of Upland and was told that they didn’t have any appointments that day but I could drop it off that night (Tuesday)for an appointment the next day. I let the service advisor know the situation with the check engine light and also my car was shaking upon braking (just had the brakes replaced 2 1/2 months prior). I made it clear that I wasn’t available the next day (Wednesday)to pick up my car but could pick it up Thursday. I received no calls Wednesday, so I called on Thursday. A service advisor was not available to answer my call so the receptionist was doing her best to read the notes but was told they are waiting on a part…what part I asked? She had to put me on hold to find out and then did her best to explain. That afternoon I called back and spoke to someone who said we were waiting on parts and explained further what was going on but my car wouldn’t be done that day. Friday I received no calls, I was transferred to my service advisor and left a voice message. No calls back. I finally called again in the afternoon and was told still waiting on the part and at the earliest, I’d get my car back Monday. Monday comes, still no calls from Ford. I called them repeatedly to find out the status. Could not reach any service advisor or manager. I was told a manger want there but was still transferred to voicemail where I left a message. I decided to just show up at the end of the day to check the status of my car…to find out that I had “perfect timing” because my car was done. When I asked when they were going to let me know my car was done, I was told they were very short staffed….not acceptable in my book.Luckily, the service advisor pointed out, I had an extended warranty because the job would have been very expensive. I’mI don’t expect much during these pandemic times, but a phone call letting me know what was going on with my car would have been great. Because of this, I now had 2 cars to drive home.

Ford of Upland on Foothill Blvd is a great place to get your service done. They have 2 facilities the one on Foothill is for Fleet customers (i.e) construction companies, Southern California Edison, Ambulance services, armored truck services etc. I chose this facility for my convenience. The other facility on E. 20th st. Above the 210 and Campus still in Upland is a regular customer based operation. There they take in all other regular everyday customers that have recalls, concerns of all sorts with capabilities to handle all sorts of dynamic issues. I am always satisfied with the program and process they have at each establishment.

I purchased a vehicle here in July, a week a ago we noticed smoke coming from the tail pipe so we took it in. They could not do anything that day so we made an appointment and brought it back again. After we dropped this car off we lost all communication with service department. If you call it rings and rings sometimes it says the line has been disconnected sometimes someone answers bounces you around on hold then hangs up on you. Real professional. Today we received a text saying the car will be needed longer and if we needed additional transportation like we haven’t been asking for rides already. They did not respond, they again could not take our call so I had to leave work early to see what was going on. Turns out the work we were told would be done Monday would now be done today. I was given a voucher for a rental that turned out to be a joke it’s for a sedan. I am well over 6’ tall and they didn’t know that I don’t fit in a sedan neither does my family so I am still out a car. I was told by the service manager best way to communicate was by email??? That’s a lie as well because I still have not heard a word. So me and my family have no means of transportation as our newly purchased vehicle is down and they can’t communicate. They did however say it will most likely need additional parts but no answer to when we can drive it again. I have noticed I am not the first to complain about service as well.

I walked in with an intention of purchasing a Maverick Lariat with my Ford Supplier Pricing.Somehow the sales person straight up just dampened on me, and ask me to drive straight back during the test drive.Guess they dont honor MSRP nor X-plan pricing with this dealership.Also, some insane ADM.

Service department is always on the A game.... You pull up, very nice meet and greet, they cover the interior of your car. Steven always has a great attitude and very straight forward.Inside the shop my truck is always well taken care of, they communicate very with the service writers to give me, or other customers the updates on the vehicles....A+ in my book.Keep up the good work.

There is no point to make appointments in this placed. I had a radiator leak on my 2017 Ford mustang. Made an appointment and the earliest was 10 days away. Took my car in and service tech informed me that they wouldnt look at my car for at least a week. I then asked if I could just use my car and bring it back once it was my turn to be serviced but I could not do that. I then asked them to get a car rental because I have purchased the extended warranty and he told me it covered some parts but not the service for radiator. After I took the pamphlet that showed everything that it covered including the radiator he back tracked and said I would have to pay up front for the car rental and that they would reimburse me once job was done. I asked him for some help on the process and he didnt want no part of it. He told me to call and follow the simple instructions. I decided to not get the car rental but at least to take me home but apparently they dont do that neither. I live in upland and go there because its nearby but Im definitely going to any other dealer besides this place. I never post things online but if this prevents someone from going through what I did my time was worth it.

Do not waste time here! The sales reps, sales manager, and store manager are complete and utter liars with zero integrity! Walking into this location you are not greeted you are looked at with disgust & a bother to the sales reps. After the rude rep went to the appraiser who went on to yell at me across the show room. Giving me the feeling of pure aggression and hate. I asked for my keys back & the rep was even more rude and almost holding my keys hostage ! As I was telling him to back up and not speak to me in such a rude aggressive and demeaning way, I was met with more yelling and the rep physically pushing his chest up to mine! I was shocked that a so called business person would have to audacity to use such aggression for me asking for my keys back! As I walked out of the dealership this Vince came out yet again following me and getting in my face yet again. Finally I told him if he did not back away I would call the police! Of course no one in the dealership would come to my assistance they just watched as though this was the normal way of business ! I called Fords customer service line was assured the general manager would meet with me today, I show up and NOPE manager would not even come out to speak with me !

Overall the service was smooth. The Lift rides were nice. The only reason I took points off is they told me the battery was weak. They texted me and I didnt see it until it was ready to pick up. The battery died 3 days later.

WORST service dept in the USA, you can get better service in Tijuana Mexico.Check engine light came on my vehicle, drove to Ford of upland to request a diagnosis. The service advisor and service manager said there’s no appointments. Ok how about tomorrow, nope there’s no appointments. Ok what about next week? The service manager said there are no appointments call next week. He said Ford of upland management is not allowing appointments until they decide to allow new appointments. What?Drove to Citrus Motors in Ontario and quickly repaired our vehicle. Go to Citrus Motors!Ford of Upland management and service advisors need customer service training

The service advisor Steve Isip was great he kept me informed of the status of my car repairs, and dealt with Ford Warranty service to get the the necessary authorization for was needed to get the repairs done.Definitely this will be service maintenance repair shop for all future need. They had an extremely hard to find part that is on back order nationwide, and Sabbir with parts was awesome. He made sure the part wasn’t being held for another customer, and then promptly shipped it to an out of state dealer making repairs on my vehicle. Sabbir was extremely easy to work with and very customer service oriented!

Went for oil change and cabin air filter change. Got in the car to find the dirt on the floor from the filter. After cleaning that, driving down the road noticed the glove compartment was not installed correctly as well as they had damaged my air vents. Discolored from chemical they put in the air vents. Not very nice when I returned to get the air vents looked at and exhaust rattle looked at. Do not write up the vents and could not diagnose exhaust rattle in 7 hours. Said it would take 3 days to diagnose when I bring it back. Very poor service and damaged my car. Not the end of this!!!

Sales guy was super cool, so was the finance guy. However it notices a broken handle not long after we got it home. I asked if they could do something about it and they tell me no. It’s just a grab handle and I’m sure it’s a cheap part, I’m probably gonna go down a purchase it my self. There were issues with the headlight being out of adjustment, They said it was serviced before it was sold.Other than those small things the car is amazing, it drives nice and runs smooth. I know this isn’t a 5 star review but I’d recommend the dealership again.

Not a great experience at all on my first visit. Took my Ford Flex in for a factory recall issue and asked them to let us know what the cost would be to fix the lift gate because it seems to only go up half way sometimes. We opted not to have the lift gate fixed because it was too expensive. But now, since we’ve gotten the car back from them, our lift gate issue is worse! Now the back interior and exterior buttons to open and close the lift gate don’t work! The only way we can open it now is with either the key or the button by the steering wheel. So annoying. I don’t recommend this dealership and do not plan on ever going back.

I took my truck in for service and took a look around. It is a new location and a very nice place. Maintenance department was very nice. Drop off and pickup was quick and easy. I have lived in Upland for 30 years. I bought a couple cars from them in the past at their old location and have been treated well. Love my F150 eco boost and I will be using Ford of Upland with confidence.

I had a 9am appointment for an oil change. The service writer asked when I needed it done. I said 3pm, figuring 6 hours for an oil change is plenty of time. I didnt get a call until a couple minutes before 5pm that my truck was ready. And I was told to pick it up by 6pm or I couldnt get it until the morning.I came the next day and there were two women standing outside complaining to each other about how long it was taking to get their vehicles. I went inside, paid the cashier, and walked outside. I was the only person waiting for my vehicle at that point. As I waited for my truck, two guys drove up for service. Nobody came outside to greet them. One turned around and left. After 20 min I finally went inside to ask where my truck was and to speak with a manager. One of the service guys quickly hopped up and said he would get my truck himself. It still took another 5 minutes.I dont know if it was just a bad day there, but what took so long? I could have just gotten an oil change from Jiffy Lube in the amount of time it took them to bring me my truck. Maybe because I said I didnt need my truck until 3 it got put to the end of the line? Whats the point of making an early appointment if it takes 8 hours to do an oil change?

Terrible customer service from Mark in the service department! I received a noted for a factory warranty issue and scheduled an appointment to take my vehicle in a week later. Left my Explorer in on a Wednesday and was not called back at all for any updates! My husband and I had to call back and was put on extensive holds then told Mark would call us back and never did! This went on until Friday when we decided to go to the dealer and see what the issue was in person since we were not getting any response via phone. We were then told that they would need to hold my Explorer for the weekend because they still did not have what was needed to complete the factory warranty repairs. I am currently pregnant and need my vehicle to get to doctors appointments and cannot be without a vehicle. They would not provide a loaner and said they would remove the parts and let me take my Explorer and would call me on Monday to pick up my vehicle because they would have the parts needed. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN! No calls back and my vehicle still has the parts removed! Also I am pretty sure they damaged other parts of my vehicle as now there are parts coming off. I called again today as they still have not given any updates on those parts and did not have an open file for my vehicle and told me that before I took my vehicle in they knew about the issues. Very poor customer service and communication skills. Would not recommend taking your vehicle in for service!

Brought fusion in for service on oil and transmission. Got it back motor check engine light came on, backfiring and fluids wasnt top off. Car ran good before the service. Same on me now. I took the car back and paid $750 and it still run bad, check engine light still on. Very poor Tech. I was lie to from beginning until I pick it up that repairs was done.

Had poor experience with service department. Had check engine light on and truck seemed to not be shifting normally. The code was for cam sensor but they had no idea what was wrong and genuinely acted like it wasnt a priority to figure out what was wrong. Had a diagnostic bill of 180 dollars and didnt tell me anything. Well its only been a couple weeks, check engine light back on. Now I have to waste more of my time to take it back. Im tired of people taking my money and doing nothing in return

I love my new mustang convertible. It has more features than I ever expected, including a race mode. Everyone at Ford of Upland, Alex, Jeff, and Russ especially, were very helpful and answered all of my questions. Jony was extremely helpful and kind during my search for a car. He was very professional also and answered all the questions I had. Even though there wasn’t many of the model I was looking for (due to covid), Jony did not make me feel pressured to have to buy what was on the lot. I told him I was still looking at other cars, and he respected that. I came back to this location to purchase the car and I set up an appointment with Jony to get the ball rolling. He even came in on his day off, which I felt bad for, but still really appreciated. I also appreciate that he got in contact with me to make sure I was enjoying the car and if I had any questions I could reach out.————**Note about the car (Fusion Energi) and not the dealership or employee(s): **I was not aware that the hybrid battery drains so quickly. The battery had the 120+ mpg for 20 miles and then goes to 60 mpg. Which is still good, I just expected the battery to last longer than a day with how much of the trunk space was taken up by it. Still saves a lot of gasoline though, which is a plus.

This has been by far the worst dealership weve ever had. The sales person was disengaged, not paying attention, and extremely arrogant when tried to negotiate. His manager seemed more polite although still arrogant, and he could have use some more personal hygiene. Staff were not following basic covid guidelines, with a significant chunk of them not wearing a mask at all. I do not post this out of spite because a deal did not pan out...we were actually right out of a CDJR dealership that provided excellent customer service with no deal. I will not recommend this dealership to anybody.

Very displeased to say that making an appointment for this place ain’t worth it, came in for an oil and was please by that. However, they told me I needed new parts ( front rear shocks) which I was surprised to find out I needed them already. Luckily the guy told me that my warranty covers that. I haven’t heard from them for almost a month and I try to get in contact with them. I’m very displeased to say I haven’t yet.Voicemail is always full or when I do leave one they never give me a call back. Now I have to bring my car to another dealership to see if they can help me. Never coming back to this one.

Edit 2/3/2021:I finally received my plates a week ago.I am upping this to 3 stars solely because Lynette in the office has been very helpful throughout this entire ordeal, even when it was out of her hands.Original:I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE.I purchased an F150 from your dealership on June 6, 2020. I never received my permanent registration or license plates. I called the office where I was informed that there was a mistake on your end and that you paid nearly $3000 in fees to correct the error and were sending me a temporary commercial operating permit until my permanent plates were mailed to me in DECEMBER 2020. You ASSURED me that nothing would be needed to done on my end and the plates would arrive in December. The temporary operating permit expired on 12/2/2020 and it is now 12/6/2020 (four days past) and I still have not received my plates/finalized notice of title transfer. I am scared to drive my vehicle with expired registration and this is starting to affect my work. I am now considering renting vehicles in order to get to work. I am past the point of frustration and have been more than patient in this situation.

Poor service no attention to detail. No car wash, the service advisor was never there, I had to call 3 times to find out about my commercial vehicle. When I went to pick it up it took them 35 mins to find the paperwork and the keys. This probably doesnt reflect the service regular customers get but on the commercial service side it is pitiful. When I finally received my cargo van, the porter suggested fixing a oil leak and replacing the battery. Things that could have brought to my attention before I picked up the van! Took it to Ford of orange where they replaced the battery and the door actuator which was not working and guess what? A car wash on a commercial vehicle, I knew it was possible. Never going back no matter if they offer me a free service. Sad for me mainly because I purchased a newer van and a extended warranty from them last year and it would have made it easy with any claims. Sorry Oscar you seem like a great guy but either you are overwhelmed and spend too much time delivering vehicles and your office staff siriusly needs to be replaced, P.S. not nice and inviting. (on commercial side)

Here we go again! Didnt have any issues with this 2016 F150 for years. But once it went in for bad coils in 2018 it has been in and out of the shop. Back in October I took it in for it was overheating. This dealership replaced the radiator, water pump and thermostat. And they mentioned one fan was not working. Since that time the fan on the radiator has been so loud I had to turn off my engine to order food at any drive through. Took it in once again for it overheated again and now they say the fan melted and I have to pay yet another $750. The last bill was over $2,000. And now today 1/12/2021 I have tried to contact the service department for over an hour and keep getting, no one available, please leave a message.Update. Now they want me to pay the $750 and I never approved it. Last conversation with tech service was, I thought this should be a warranty issue. He said would look into it. Called to talk to Deborah (who wrote response below) and phone got disconnected. Talked to Gm (George Yousef) yesterday and showed him my phone where I had multiple calls to service and could never get a service tech to answer the call. The last call I was on hold for 18 minutes. While on hold I drove to upland from Ontario. Was on hold the whole time. They never answered.Update. Called Deborah every half hour since 12 noon. Never called me back. Now on hold trying to ask if Debora or any one else can help me. Been on hold now for over 5 minutes with no one answering the phone. Then at 6 minutes the phone just disconnected.Update 1/14/2021. Wow! I have been on this earth for 57 years and I have never been berated by an employee of a business that I visit the way I just was today. My sales technician returned to work today and called me back to question my integrity regarding the repair bill that I thought should be under warranty. My wife was in the car with me and was also astonished at the way I was literally being yelled at and was not given a chance to talk back. After I heard how the conversation started and was continuing on a one way street. I calmly waited for him to stop talking. Took many minutes! Then I tried to give my side of the story and was VERY rudely interrupted time and time again by the Ford of Upland service tech. I finally advised him that if he does not let me finish I will hang up. He didnt so I hung up on him. He called me back and started right back at it yelling at me. I have to ask this simple question, Gus. Why was I never told there was a fuse missing in my fuse panel for this most recent repair? That is because the last time I took my truck in I said to the employee, HERE IS MY FUSE TO MY FAN. The fan would not stop running the last time I took it in. I got home and I noticed my fan would not turn off. I went in the house and came back out after a good 5 minutes and my fan was still on. I didnt want the battery to die overnight with the fan running so I went over the owners manual and took it out and gave it to the Ford Employee at the ford of upland old location. I completed forgot about this until I saw my bill yesterday and it stated, Fuse missing for fan. That just confirms that ford of upland never put the fuse for the fan the last time I brought it in. No wonder I was having issues with the truck ever since the last time I brought it in. Gus wanted nothing to say about that. He just wanted to clear his integrity by YELLING and BERATING me over the phone. Gus, you lost a customer for ever! One that owns a business and has 3 ford F150s. This was our last!

We first saw the GT350 on line, called the dealership and spoke with Russell. Oh the phone we were able to come to agreement on price and were very amazed as all dealerships tell you one thing on the phone and when you get there it is something different. Four hour drive turned into six because of traffic. Russell and the staff at Upland Ford came outside and greeted us with a warm welcome and provided us with water. They saw we were tired and suggested we take a break. Which we did and had dinner. We got down to business and were sure the pressure to purchase would be on. Just the opposite Russell told us to take our time, which we did and we did not complete the purchase until 2 hours after their close. I cannot say enough good about the purchase of the car. While we love the car, the experience with the staff at Ford of Upland made the purchase wonderful.

I found an excellent bargain for service on my 2013 Explorer fromFord of Upland. I have been using a different dealer to accomplish the work required on my extended warranty and they failed to do some service I felt was required at the end of that extension so I was happy to find Ford of Upland closer to me and building a large new facility in Upland. My only concern was the same concern with all Ford invoices. When The Worksis done I would like to see more detailed info on the car condition that was inspected such as Brake Pad millimeters, Air Filter condition, Battery Voltage etc.People at Upland were polite and efficient. Usually great but I was let down today as I called the parts department and was told my part was there in stock. I drove an hour and 15 minutes to wait 30 minutes, to be told they don’t have them. This Ford is great unless you need your own parts, I’m guessing they only look up when you ask, they don’t actually see if they have your part.

Its really sad but this is the second time I have had a bad experience with Ford of Upland I cant even get anybody on the phone to talk to management I had an oil change on Friday and no one could call to tell me my car was ready when I finally got someone it was 10 minutes to 6 and was told that I have 10 minutes to get there or I can pick my car up tomorrow which was on a Saturday which I need in my car for work I dont understand I know that all businesses are having difficulties due to employees shortage but it only takes a second to pick the phone up and tell you your car is ready I need you have other work done but I dont want to go back

A seamless experience. Ordered my new car and it came in right on time. Actually, it arrived earlier than I expected. From the moment the order was placed and until the completion of the red carpet delivery service, I couldnt have asked for more. Christian, George and Christian made it a wonderful experience. Gus, at Ford of Upland, consistently treats me well whenever I come to get something on my car tuned-up, maintained, or fixed, and he seems attentive when I share concerns about my vehicle. In this particular instance, my car overheated and it was near closing time. Gus graciously told me to handover my keys and to park my car on the lot instead of turning me away - I would have had to hassle over a tow both ways. A few days later, they determined the problem(s) were related to the water-pump and radiator fan. The price I paid for the repairs was initially considerably above most rates that would be charged elsewhere at non-dealer mechanic shops, however Ford worked with me on a more feasible price (Still high for me but more realistic to what I could afford. I realize, too, that I am paying for Ford Certified parts and labor that comes with some peace of mind and a 2 year warranty). My only issue was that my air conditioner, which was blowing cold before I brought the vehicle in, albeit having experienced some cooling issues while idled, is now not cooling whatsoever. Gus did mention that my compressor is likely going bad, which is a bummer because I have only had this preowned vehicle for 2 years from the very same Ford of Upland lot (Year 2015), but thats the nature of car wear and tear, and this issue is completely separate from the issues I came to have repaired. Had there not been a preexisting issue with AC, it would have given me pause to question, but thats not the case here. The immediate problems were fixed, and this compressor issue can be resolved at a later time. My car runs EXCELLENTLY now and I notice a significant return in overall power to the vehicle, and the overheating issue is non-existent! Overall, my experience was a positive and friendly one. You will be treated well here and they will work with you. In the end, you are paying livable wages to certified professionals for their expertise and quality products and service. Thats only fair. (If you read this Gus, thanks again, and here is the review).

I took my Edge in for regular service, coolant service, and a software update. The 1st 2 items were fine and done. The update was problematic. Not my fault or the techs fault. Fords fault. My experience with the whole visit is a lack of communication with the service advisor. I was without my car for 4 days. I asked to be kept apprised of the situation but was not. This was not up to the usual standard of service I have received in the past from Ford of Upland. After being inconvenienced for that length of time, it would have been nice if they offered to wash my car.

I have purchased my share of cars and motorcycles over the years and this was definitely one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Mina Mikhail actually sat down in the car with me and explained all of the features and pretty much stuck with the car from start to finish, making sure it was washed and gas and answered any questions that came up. I was pre approved through my credit union, so the deal was clear. Jose Rodriguez and Mr. Zee were able to get me an even better deal. They we very open and honest the whole time and I never felt they were trying squeeze me for more money. If I need another car. I am coming here first.

I stopped by Ford to look at their F150s and an employee respectfully introduced himself. This employee was Mina Mikhail, he was very polite, outgoing, and truly helpful. With all honesty Mina went above and beyond to help me out! Im grateful to have met Mina and recommend that everyone should do their business with this excellent employee. In addition Steve Martinez gave me great advice for my vehicle and recommended certain maintenance for my 2016 fusion. Steve was also polite and willing to help me out as much as he can. We had to have our commercial vehicle towed in there on a Monday morning. They got to it and fixed it before the work day was up. Excellent service. They also were courteous and speedy with giving our technician a shuttle ride to and from our office. We would recommend Ford of Upland to anyone.
