Sales, and signing process was a breeze, and James was nice. The vehicle was in decent condition and I did drive off knowing that there was one repair agreed to be fixed on paper. Great guys over at Elite Motor Group. Purchased now three cars from them. Mercedes, Bmw and now my wife’s Range Rover. Very easy to work with and helped explore all financing options. I had been considering a new car for months and finally reached out to Elite Motors after seeing some of the success stories they shared on social media. I have worked with James in the past and hes always been honest and upfront, along with having great communication skills. I was making the move from a kitted out off-road Jeep Wrangler to a high end coupe so was a little out of my depth and interested in getting some expert help and advice.After a quick conversation it was easy to obtain a few excellent car options and price points along with how a loan or lease would translate into monthly payments. Called on a monday, was a offered the wrong car (at wrong price) for a week, before finally realizing mistake. basically proctrastinated on me and regularly ignored my request for info. in the end had to turn elsewhere... youll prolly have better service if your looking for something higher end I GUESS IDK.

Feeling that I was getting a good discount with internet quotes, I thought that I might be getting the hard reality of an inflated APR or hidden fees during finance. I always thought I could get a better price than brokers by doing the work online by myself, and most times, I did - but not with James.I got a very good price quote from a dealership on my own, a little too good. I asked James about it, just picking his brain; not once mentioning that I wanted to go with his business. He guided me on what kind of questions to ask, what their answers actually meant, and what I was dealing with in terms of the general market for that specific car. With no pressure from James, I decided to ask him for his help, and had him contact the dealership. Turns out they never had the car, the old bait and switch was their plan and James got that out of them. When I decided I didnt want to search for the car anymore and that I would wait a few months before searching again, James simply thanked me for my time and promised to keep in touch. Later that day, I changed my mind and contacted James again to search for a different vehicle. He came back with the price I asked him to, within 30 minutes. Next day, he and the sales rep from the dealership drove the car to my location and explained the contract to me - with James looking over the numbers. My homeboy Matthew 🙂 is very professional and cool. We just met really, but felt like I knew him for months! My family and I stopped by on our way to a used car dealership in OC after they returned my call. The Lexus we saw was very nice in my opinion, but the wife didnt like it (at first). We test drove it, checked out the features and I inspected the mechanics and ran my scanner through the system. No problems found! Car had been driven 7,000 miles per year so excellent for its age! Paint job was very nice for the cars age. Anyway, we left Elite to satisfy the wifes desire for a 2015 Lexus IS250 or Mercedes C300. Yikes!!! We went to 8 Major dealerships including 3 mom a pop lots and boy, everyone needs to take an OBD II scanner when buying a car whether new or used! All of the cars had problems! Including the used cars from Nissan and Toyota lots. We found numerous lots selling cars with check engine issues. The scanner I use can recover deleted trouble codes and run diagnostics. We passed on them all. Even in Newport Beach! What a shocker. Ended up returning to Elite Motor Group and purchased a quality used vehicle with low miles for its age and spent 60% less than I wouldve spent at the major dealerships in Orange County. For full disclosure I am an engineer and have been rebuilding and flipping cars for 15 years so I have some advanced knowledge on what to look for. Thats why I have been buying from brokers over the years. Anyway, these guys are genuine and I will be back (God willing) next year to buy a vehicle for myself. Oh yeah, they also sell New cars.

First things first, James thank you for everything youve done. Before I came to James I was your typical car buyer. Walking into multiple dealerships, test driving a couple cars and then getting my credit run. The salesman then goes back and forth between his manager wasting more of my time, only to get my credit run and charging hidden fees that jack up the OTD price by thousands. I left and all I have is a lower credit score and frustration. I called James so that he could make my life easier and he definitely did. He did all the work on the backend to give me the EXACT OTD price. He gave me different payments depending if I wanted to put down money or not, broke down every calculation, and financed all of the fees for you so that theres no headache. James is a genuine guy.
