Took my car in, starting quote was about $500 but some how ended up paying almost $1,500(which is fine but I’d appreciate a quote that is somewhat in the same ball park as the actual price). Was never given a call to confirm the price, found out once my car was done and I had to pay. Two days later my car messes up again and I had to take it in. “Simple fix” but they never called to verify or to let me know my car was finished. I had to call multiple times to get answers. Super bad experience and will never return. Will never recommend anyone else there.

I’m a small business owner and have a small fleet of vehicles. We are always in need of a good mechanic as my guys drive these vehicles as if they stole them. I’ve gone through a few mechanics over the years before finding Greg and his team at Quality Care Automotive. These guys are the most honest, professional group I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I literally can’t recommend them enough.

I took a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer to them. My overall experience was very positive. I think I got high quality service at a reasonable price.They were respecful and patient and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Went in to purchase a vehicle from them, check engine light was on so I brought it to there attention. They told me give them a couple days and I could come back and it’ll be fixed up. Came in to find the car had no work done and they tried to sell the broken car to me. Be careful super shady individuals here. Would not refer anyone to these people it’s a shame they take advantage of customers as they do. Reporting to the BBB.

This place is great and trustworthy. Ive been coming here for several years with different vehicles Ive owned and can say that Greg and the Quality staff have gone above an beyond to ensure we are happy with the work performed. Greg explains not only what needs to be done, but why, which is important to understand the need for the repair which of course may cost a little more because it is additional work being done. Being a customer and spending money is never fun, but pay for needed work now so that in the long run your vehicles problem doesnt cost more.

Kept my son’s jeep for a used engine over 2 weeks and tried to convince me it was taking so long due to having to detach locked up motor from alternator when all motors are attached to the alternator. $3800 later he’s on a payment plan for half so let’s see how guaranteed the work is😩!

Great quality service with great totally care of your vehicle. I had my hub bearings replaced there and did an excellent job and fix the issue fast. They made me feel total comfortable thru the service and would recommend them for all auto work an my vehicles. Thats why I went back to get serviced for oil changed. Definitely will be in business with them.

Took my vehicle for an oil change. They had me in and out in no time.

I’ve gone here forever. The guys are so awesome!!!!!! Interstate battery of course couldn’t change it when I bought the battery. Came here immediately and it was changed in 30 minutes! Even other work I’ve had done here has all been awesome!!

They Service all of our vehicles all the time, and really help us out a lot. They are nice and kind and really help out our business. We will not take our vehicles anywhere else. They are the best and treat us like family.

I recently had some work done on my 2002 Ford Escape Old Lady and these guys made her feel brand new! The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. The manager Steve was very accommodating to my needs for my Old Lady he went above and beyond. I can tell he really values his customers. The shop guys that worked on my girl, I believe their names are Woody and Justin, did a phenomenal job and in a timely manner! While waiting I even met the salesman, Ryatt. He was pretty good at his job because he almost got me to buy another beauty but my Old Lady still has a few miles left in her! Thank you all so much for taking care of me! The owner, Greg sure has a great crew working for him. I will be a customer for life!

I brought my 1999 chevy blazer in because the people i had work on it couldnt fig out the problem. Well they towed it and had it diagnosed super fast.the staff was extremely helpful so Ill be taking all my vehicles to them. Also my truck never ran this good. They do quality work at a great price.

Far from “Quality” ! The dealership brought my truck here to get the ac repaired & when I picked it up 3 days later... the headlight was blown out, when I brought it to their attention they said sure bring it back they will fix it but when I brought it back they took no accountability & wanted to charge me $200 to fix it when it was working perfectly fine before I left it with them, the guy was so rude unhelpful and short with me after I refused the work, not fair at all!! BUYER BEWARE

I paid to have my cluster repaired on my Chevy Avalanche one year ago. After four attempts to fix and/or replace, Quality Care Automotive installed the wrong clusters in my truck, none of which worked properly. Totally frustrated, I ask for my original part and unfortunately i was told it haf been disposed.However weeks later Dave contacted me to say he found my cluster. I picked it up from Quality Care, took it to Gunn Chevrolet, were I was advised that the cluster wasnt my original it was taken from another model truck. After 18 years dealing will Quality Care, I will not return again.

Dave was rude the whole time until it came time to take your money Greg was cool until he realized you were onto them, a new motor 2700.00 that never ran correctly, tried to blame us when the motor gave out after a month, considering it was a rebuilt it was easier to blame the customer then the morons you bought the engine from. I spent so much money here and was treated like they were doing me a favor. The car was filthy with oil on inside, left with windows down. Totally unprofessional establishment. They saw me coming as a female!!

This is a rip off shame on me for trusting these fools.I have just been screwed out of $1420.00 for a timing chain and it just took four days to complete. I have used them in the past and this isnt the best of it. Now as I drove out of the parking lot it sounds like a dam rattle trap and little to no pick up at acceleration. This is the last time I will ever bring my car here. They are a bunch of liars and cheats.

These guys always do a good job. They know my truck and know my face lol. I drive a 98 Blue Ford Ranger and they fixed any and every issue it has. It can be pricy depending on what you need to get done but they have a year warranty on everything they do. Better to get it done right the first time. These are the only guys in the San Antonio area I trust with my vehicle.

I brought my vehicle in and totally did NOT authorize these guys to change any part whatsoever. However when i recieved a phone call about how they were apologetic and said they were sorry balh blah blahThey tried to negotiate a price with me pffffgh whatever dude. I was uggggh no.. Then he tried to say well, know that a manger will be contacting you to bring the price down. Well I got suckered in to paying these guys the lower price. But be aware of their deceptive practices over there . There are alot of mechanics doing deceptive crap if your not careful dont be a sucker like me.

These guys are horrible, they ripped us off over and over again on my F-350. Every time they fixed it it would break down again leaving my installers stranded. The engine blew twice and transmission also went out twice after they claimed to fix them. They are worst mechanics and if your vehicle worth more than $2,500 dont go there, those are the jobs they specialize in, worst place in town.

Did a half ass job, left hot wires exposed which would have reshorted the fuses they replaced, they also overcharged. Total $220 which is ridiculous.

Rude, has the worst rating in the area, dont waste your time or money .
