Excellent service, salesman went out of his way to search for a item I wanted. This is not the case in most places these days so I will definitely be going back to this location for my car parts/supplies!

Only auto zone I got to and not only because its my closest but mainly because all staff have great customer service and go the extra mile . I had 1 license plate stolen so wanted to secure the other 1. Not only did the manager say he would help me secure the plate I had with the lock proof screws they had in stock he stated on the phone when asked that installing them would be no issue and he would help. I arrived around 6pm and not only did he remember Id called but was happy, along with his new hire, to install the screws which took a while to secure. Great customer service and so polite and professional..THANK YOU. Current manage and new hire- wished Id taken their names...

Michael was very helpful patient and knowledgeable from the moment I walked in the door.I find there is a always a slight wait time for check out, at any AutoZone (popular). I suggest an information station where questions can be answered before purchasing.

Employees here are so disrespectful. Have no knowledge in talking to customers. Please have management talk this Teo workers. Today is 4-21-20 and only 2 guys working. The older one is so rude that I have to take my business elsewhere. Never again will I come here.

Called ahead to ask if they had a headlight bulb, was told yes and they could help install. Arrived, explained it was tricky because would have to go through wheel well... young man struggled for quite awhile. At least 30 minutes to get it out. But when he went in the store to get the bulb, they said they didnt have any. Although I called ahead previously before I arrived... they called another store which had the bulb but told me to come back the next day and theyd help. Needless to say I went back next day and the young man who said hed be in, was not in. The other employees told me that they couldnt even help me. So I left and went to Autozone Baldwin who helped me without a problem

The manager didnt show up to work left the employees out side. Me driving over 10 mile to get apart . When the store wasnt even open . Im so upset its not even funny .

I bought a car battery last year and its giving me problems I went back asked them to replace it for they said couldnt findGuaranty. So I am not buying battery there no more they suck!
