Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Beyond excellent. Mike is extremely knowledgeable in so many areas and just a great person. This place is underrated. I will definitely be going back to this store

Have bought several items from the Union store over the years. Have to give it up to Vinny and crew. You guys sell better equipment than PC Richards and to me, also are better than Best Buy, maybe not Magnolia dept, but better than regular BB.

Upon arriving to the store I was greeted and welcomed warmly and asked if I would like a coffee or a water to drink. I met John and I began to explain to John I was looking for a home theater that will be going into a dedicated room that is being finished. I had blueprints and design layout and we reviewed them together. John then gave me a tour of the showroom and explained and demonstrated several theater systems throughout the showroom. John was extremely patient and knowledgeable and pleasant. My whole experience was wonderful and I was impressed. Purchasing my home theater was easy and wonderful I also added outdoor speakers and receiver for my outdoor living space. The experience was great and the brands and products are top notch creme of the crop at Electronics Expo. John made everything so simple and easy and wonderful!!

Tim was awesome! I took lots of his time, asked tons of questions and he never once tried to rush the process. Once he understand what I needed he made a great suggestion and Im very pleased with the purchase. My shopping experience was very enjoyable. Go see Tim and youll be pleased.

Excellent place for high end audio and visual equipment. I recently got some new headphones here (a staff recommended brand)for my various devices and the sound quality is outstanding, as is noise isolation. The staff will spend quite a bit of time with you, even if youre not looking to purchase that day. They were way more knowledgeable than some national retailers.

Stopped in to upgrade a subwoofer and received excellent service. Interacted with Tim, Mike, and John and all three were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The store is a great choice for higher quality electronics and customer service than larger chain electronics stores. Highly recommended.

A great store for all A/V needs, with great products at competitive prices. But the best part is the incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff; its clear that they not only know their products and A/V in general, but really love what they do. I dealt mostly with Mike, who spent a tremendous amount of time with me over several visits, not only providing great recommendations but allowing me to listen to a wide variety of speaker systems, without any pressure whatsoever (Tim was also very helpful). Even after the sale, when I was having issues with the subwoofer (due, it turned out, to my room layout, not the subwoofer itself), they were incredibly helpful and responsive. In short, great products, competitive prices and -- most important -- amazing customer service that is second-to-none.

Experience all depends on who is working that day. Have been in the store and been completely ignored, despite looking to spend $5k on new equipment. Other times have been given extensive time by managers to discuss nuances of particular products.Sales people arent on commission. Some would say that reduces pressure on the customer. Others might say that makes sales people lazy. YMMV depending on who is working.

Management was horrible. You could not find a store with more unmanageable idiots than this store. Probably all this managers are working for PC Richard now..their last hope of scamming good people.

I was referred to this store by a friend and my experience was GREAT!!!.the store was nice and clean the staff was very polite, I wasnt sure what to get my husband The manger John and Tim is a great asset.They help me pick out a home theater system and my husband loves it, I definitely recommend this store.

Absolutely awesome and knowledgeable staff with cutting edge electronic equipment on display.What a joy to see and hear the best in electronics under one roof and to learn from true professionals about every detail.Oh yeeeeeaaaaaaaaaah! Fuggedaboudit!Ooooops I forgot to mention that they hook it all up for you and you dont need an electrical engineering degree! lolI even bought 2 Nespresso machines from them for a great price!Now thats what I call simply WONDERFUL!

Sold me a warranty on my TV and when I called they refused to come out until I changed the bulb, which I was told was covered when I purchased the warranty. Spoke to the manager who promised to call back with a solution. Still waiting to hear from him after 6 days and 5 phone calls back to the store.
