I never write reviews but this one is truly deserving. My mom and I got a black ‘21 Accord 2.0T Sport about a week ago. Everyone seems to have received some sort of deal. Planet Honda, what happened to mine. I came to purchase a new car, left with an overpriced used one with issues and a warranty thats not in my favor. Upon arrival two things happened Firstly: the vehicle I came to see wasnt there. Secondly: after being told theres a new Accord shortage. I guess I was pretty naive about purchasing from Planet Honda used car department. Thinking I was going to get a deal. Dont want nothing to do with Planet Honda. Just give me my registration! All that talk of resolving is nothing but them justifying their actions.

Planet Hondas promo to chat, text, or call for a quick price is phony. All they want to do is get your contact info. They provide no info of value. I started on chat and got bounced to three different people, none of whom could help me. All I wanted to know was if a vehicle they advertised in their inventory was available & its options. Even the sales mgr Julia was too busy to help me. I gave my contact info to three different people and not even the courtesy of a callback? Will be buying elsewhere. What a waste of time.

I drove 2 hours to get a car. At the beginning everything was fine, people where really friendly and my sales person was A+. But when they brought up the numbers everything went wrong.1st: they added 7.000$ to the price of the car in optional and not optional stuff.2nd and the main reason: the manager of the used car dealership was so rude, careless and not polite at all. He doesn’t know how to treat with people and does not have any idea of costumer service.I didn’t buy the car there because of him.

I purchased my new Honda CRV a couple weeks ago from Planet Honda. It was a wonderful experience (as wonderful as car buying can be) amongst this crazy car buying time. The staff was very attentive and courteous.However, the point of this review is to highlight my specific salesman, Hakim! He was INCREDIBLE! I have never met a car salesman that truly felt honest until this experience. He was extremely helpful, kind and trustworthy. Then a week later, I had a question about my new car. First time buying a car, friendly service and the process was fairly simple. I came in for a car listed that I was told “just sold”, so that car probably never existed, or was sold days ago and they kept the listing up to attract others to come in. An hour before my appointment they said the car was available for a test drive, then it suddenly wasn’t there. Besides that, good experience overall.

Very nice staff. Polite and friendly. However they are horrible at giving estimates on how long the work will take. My 1st estimate was 1-1/2 to 2hrs. That should have had me leaving abt 1pm. At 245 I was told 5 more mins. Its currently 315 and Im still waiting with no real idea of when my car will be ready. I have seen other customers come and go with their cars and still im waiting. I did not know purchasing 2 tires could take so long. Next time Ill go to Pep Boys.

We came here looking to buy two used cars. We worked with Will and the entire day was just one folly after another. Highlights include: bringing us a car with multiple chunks missing from the tires, several cars with the check engine light on, and a car with the PCM light on. One vehicle we were shown, a Honda Pilot, had the drivers seat broken. They repaired it by getting it stuck into one position, so as soon as you tried to move the seat it broke again.Also we asked to look at 3 specific small SUVs and he left for 30 minutes and returned with a VW Jetta (so I do not feel that he was listening to us).We looked at a Honda Civic that had bad brakes and when we asked for the brakes to be reinspected before purchase we were told that we would have to pay $700 for that, regardless of whether or not we were to decide to purchase the car once they were fixed.Save yourself the headache and stay safe by going anywhere else.

**UPDATE**I was just able to purchase an Accord Sport 2.0 for MSRP at Burns Honda in Marlton NJ. My salesperson there, Alyssa, discussed pricing and fees over the phone and sent me a quote via text. 1,000 times more professional and less sleazy than my Planet Honda experience.** Original Review ** ** 0 Stars **Buyer beware.I called before driving to the Planet Honda to check two things.1st - to ask if they had the car I was looking for in white.2nd - to specifically ask whether they were charging above MSRP for the car I wanted (some dealers are and other reputable dealers are not).I was told the car was available in white and I was told point blank that they were not charging over MSRP.I arrive at the dealership and am told they don’t have the car in white. Honestly, this wasn’t a big deal because they had four other color options available. So I’ll hand it to them that they’ve got inventory.But the absolutely infuriating, unforgivable point here is that they ARE charging over MSRP. The sales person told me “some dealerships are charging over MSRP, we’re charging for services”Guess what, calling it by another name doesn’t make it any less disreputable.They wanted 42K for a 33K MSRP Accord. I was fully prepared to pay the sticker, doc fee, tax tahg and title and the sales manager said it wouldn’t work because of how the market is.I advise you find a dealer that’s going to be honest with you upfront and not try to bait and switch you into the building.

Kylie, Steve, Jason, and Casey helped me get a car there pretty easily. I am from MA and they were able to arrange a single visit to NH, pick up in and out in 90 minutes or so. Easy to work with, relatively straightforward, and overall very friendly. I was wearing a mask and they all matched to keep me safe.

Don’t book a service (even early morning) & wait for your car unless your prepared to burn your whole day. i’ve had my car serviced here (because it’s a lease) ~6 times & without fail every time it has taken the better part of a day. also got my tires changed and aligned only to get in the car and see the tire pressure was low
