I feel that workers at Food Maxx are amazing. I always feel horrible how people treat others in the retail/food industry. The young man at the counter was very kind and polite.

This one is better than 1 on Hesperian i feel not to crowded an there meat look alot fresher an suitable to eat when I went to the one on Hesperian a while back the meat did not look good it look like it was about to go bad so Im glad I came to this one

Large supermarket with just about any type of foods you might require. Has a bakery as well. Reasonable prices.

I come here for their cookies. So good at such a good price.

Great deals, nice employees, but its 7:15 in the morning, and there are 10 people in line, each with carts of food. One lane is open. Its a shame the company doesnt care about customer service. Check dates on perishables, especially dairy. I almost bought expired stuff

Shelves are to empty, I am not able to find everything I need all the time or are almost expired.

A very long line and only 2 cashier. Plus, no smiling and friendly vibe from the workers. Far different from Fremont Foodmaxx.

Love foodmaxx. I shop there four times a week. Good people. They never had this problem but recently they dont have any paper towel and toilet paper and Im running out. I guess nobody was ready for this crazy time. Thanks everyone at FoodMaxx you guys are awesome.

The lines are always huge. theres never more the two cashiers.

The employees are ALWAYS smiling and working hard. These long lines are not easy for them. I have worked retail so I know these employees are straight exhausted after their shifts. So, I hope that Food Maxx isnt being stingy on their pay?! Be appreciative for your employees. We need them!

Their produce is OUTSTANDING!! Great variety, pricing and availability, year round. The produce is the fresh quality you would expect at a farm stand, at some of the lowest prices around.Their grocery items represent the diversity of the Bay Area with lots of ethnic foods.This is my main store, I shop here first!

No problems with parking,groceries prices reasonable, best time to go around 10:am or after 5:00pm

I would come here more often because their produce was amazing and not ridiculously priced. I have to say their produce dept has gone down hill. Dont think Ill be making a special trip anymore😪 I gave it three stars cause the people there are friendly and helpful.

This is one of the biggest grocery stores around that has a big selection of diverse food. You can easily find most name brands or cheaper similar items. The fresh produce section is great, the meat section can have unbelievable deals and the rest of the store, while not glamorous with decorations, has pretty much everything.

This is my favorite Foodmaxx, always peaceful shopping & well stocked considering- Covid

The flow if this Food Maxx is different (more confusing) from the Hesperian location in Hayward. Unfortunately, this location was out of Frozen Spinach. Ugh!

I go to foodMax for all grocery shopping needs.

They have a large fresh selection of vegetables that are always crisp and well maintained. The prices are cheap and the quality is great. A variety of cheaper prices compared to bigger named grocery stores. You dont have to compromise on quality.

This is our go to for grocery shopping as we all know they have everything you need for one stop shop most importantly we found is their selection in formula where we save about a dollars compared to other grocery stores like Safeway or Walmart the only thing is sometimes youll have to check on the expiration dates just to make sure youre not getting anything thats out of date but just look for the deepest items and youll be fine once again great place for formula

Great selection of food items fresh and non perishables, drinks etc.... the lines can get long with not enough staff to get customers out in a timely manner. Not many smiles when your waiting to pay for products. Thats a big turn off. Parking can crazy not to mention the crazy people loitering and panhandling in the parking lot and near the entrance to FoodMaxx.

Good shopping experience. Near a hardware store. Parking is good . Even a Taco Bell nearby for a snake afterwards!

Crowded for easter

Their selection for produce is pretty good but everything else isnt priced that great. Their meat is the cheapest but theres a reason for that. My beef that I bought looked good on the outside but then I cut into it to find it was completed oxidized.

No fresh produce it was mostly rotten never will go back to that store.

Nice place to shop but their carts are garbage

The cashier who checked me out was very rude and she insulted two ladies who was behind me. I asked an employee for assistance and he just walked away. It makes one wonder is there anyone in charge at this store. I have never seen such rude employees. I will not return to this store.

Regular supermarket. I went to the restroom and found myself judging the whole store on its poor condition. Prices was decent employees were nice, but that bathroom is still in my mind.

Its really bad when it comes to check out, theres always 2 registers open huges lines. I really do think there should always be more registers open that way it would avoid huge lines, and customers be happy and not upset.
