Customer service has improved👍🏼

I wanted to rate one star ! I only usually go to this CVS when picking up medicines. I had called and keep getting hung up on! Very Poor Customer Service! I spoke to the corporate office about this as this affects their business as answering the phone can help the company. For example, in my case, I called to see if they had any appointment for the COVID 19 shot, but no answer got to hang up three times. I had gone to the store while calling and saw them pick up the phone and hang it up. Unreal . This problem is fixed, and now I can go and get my medicine and know when it’s there since they are picking up the phone as they should, but it’s should not have gotten to that point!

Probably giving them too many stars.. i went to give 3 prescriptions to pharmacy, for my girlfriend who was just discharged from hospital, gave all id & insurance info....took 15 mins just to enter info... was told to wait 30 mins for pick up, when it in fact took an hour. I like CVS as a franchise, but that spot needs to get up to speed...way to slow.

I just went here to get vaccinated and had a great experience. There is someone who stands near the entrance for you to check in for your appointment. Then you go to an aisle and wait on line (socially distanced) and wait for your information to be confirmed and to be vaccinated. When I went, there was only one lady doing it, but it was a fast process. In and out of the building in 20 minutes and everyone was very helpful. Bought a couple things on my way out from self checkout so I dont know anything about cashiers, but everyone I interacted with was helpful and nice.

This store is awful. At least a 15 min wait and then Rx’s aren’t ready. Even though they are on auto-refill. Often items are not in stock that are part of auto refill. They suggested I call 7 days in advance - what’s the point of the auto-refill if not you ensure ordered and in stock. After 21 months of dealing with this, I’ll be moving my Rx’s elsewhere.

Nicely organized vaccine booths, self checkouts, ample parking space & overall it’s more than just a pharmacy. Big store, you will get most of the things.

How is it possible I get a text in regards to a prescription & call them and I am left on hold for 20 minutesNo Stars, I went there this morning waited maybe an hour yesterdays prescriptions not ready & now Eliquis will get parcial script & have to return to complete script & it still was not ready.Mom & Pops Pharmacy here I come.

The worst customer service. This store is in a Hispanic neighborhood, the pharmacy doesnt care about service, the lines are always long at the pharmacy and store always messy.

Pharmacy department was organized and professional at my visit. I went for Covid Vaccine and they did a great job.

Today I was told that an undocumented person can’t get a covid vaccine. This is clearly agains cvs policy

The Pharmacy was closed at 5 PM whereas Google was showing till 10 PM they’re open, had the worst experience. And the way the staffs on the floor communicated this is too bad.

Pharmacy does not pick up the phone, after waiting for 10minutes I hung up and drove there. Pharmacy was not organized and they dont know what customer service is...

The manager name Anas lqnais at this CVS pharmacy is very rude as I recieve email from CVS pharmacy that your appointment for vaccine is confirmed but when I reach the manager says it does not show on our record. I request him to help on this but he refuses badly that I cant help as it does not show on system.

Don’t come here to get your medication every single time I come here it’s always a better experience I’ve never had a good experience here they never have things ready my wife came to hours ago to pick up a medication that was not Ready that she ordered two hours before then total of four hours and still not ready These people should be ashamed of themselves people need their medication

Closing at 22:00. I went in at 21:57 but a guy let me out already saying that they’re closed already. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

If you don’t have insurance please don’t go to this pharmacy. They have ridiculous high prices on medications . Literally a medication you can get for no more than $15 dollars they charged $34.94 and they refused to let you use your discount app or even give you the chance to at least call your doctor and see if the medication can be switch to something else . Terrible service and their line is always long .

Probably one of the worst pharmacys Ive ever used...They can do so much better SMH

In this pandemic I thought the stores will understand that how much a customer is important for them, but no they dont care. The staff here is with so much attitude esp the guy will specs and black hair. If you ask them about any product they will laugh behind you. I paid 95 bucks and tolerated humiliation and their ego. You can check the video recording of 30 August 2020 between 5pm and 7 pm. Sometimes I feel why i talk so sweetly to people and why they behave like we are nothing. Never go to this place again. Cvs should check on their staff behaviour.

My prescriptions always go there

The young man who helped me at the counter was great. However being profiled while shopping in a store in a neighborhood Ive lived in for almost a decade is not how I wanted to start my year. Glad I recorded the young woman who thought lurking was going to keep me from buying eyeliner.

Cvs has always been helpful and polite.

Pharmacy staff are friendly and eager to answer anything I have questions about. Also the managers and store staff are very friendly and sincere people. Store could use a touch up new carpet and such. But overall its clean .

The service was excellent and they are very good and friendly. They give right advises thought they are delay picking up the phone which I understand they are very busy after getting in the store . Both myself and my wife got our medication on time and excellent service .

Good selection of items.Prices are fare.Did not have what I was looking for I had to go to Walgreens. The cashier was not friendly or helpful.

Staff members and Pharmacist are knowledgeable and friendly. However, this Pharmacy is always overcrowded, average wait period is never less than 30 minutes for pickup. Management of this Pharmacy need to staff this appropriately to handle the volume and reduce wait time of customers.

This is the worst pharmacy ever! They make you wait and totally ignore you. Have conversations amongst themselves. They never have any medicines and the only way you find out is when you get there because they don’t notify you. Unbelievable. Rite aid is the best pharmacy, I had to switch because of my insurance but I will be looking elsewhere.

Long lines and long wait time for prescription... staff keeps talking on other things and these adds to delay. When phone calling no one seems to pick up the phone.

Horrible CVS one staff member with attitude issues. I dont blame her for being upset. People talk about how easy it is to steal from this CVS as well as the fact the phone rings and rings and no one picks up. Terrible CVS and also paid advertisements for reviews. I have had the worst time getting my prescriptions here. I have gotten calls saying my meds were ready when they were not, employees telling me that my medicine would be available on a certain day and when I called I was told that I would have to wait additional time. You’re also always on hold for 10+ minutes if you call. Terrible communication and not clear. Take your prescriptions elsewhere.

Awful customer service. The staff is the most intolerable and incompetent I’ve ever seen. I do not recommend anyone to go there, especially if its for medication. They never get mine right and always fail to contact my doctor when asked to. Honestly the worst pharmacy anyone could go to.

Why does everyone here look dead? One older Italian gentleman in pharmacy was nice once you spoke to him but otherwise no prior acknowledgement (smile, hi how may I help you, etc.) Ok the ultimate supreme issue is the bathroom. It looks worst than a homeless public bathroom. It seems the trash hasn’t been dumped in a couple weeks. There was puddle of urine on ground around the toilet, floor and wall was disgusting. I can’t believe this is located next to a pharmacy!

Worst pharmacy. Staff never answer the phone. I have to wait in line for 30 minutes after Robotic Surgery in order for me to get medication for the pain prescribed from my doctor. My doctor office had to call them so they can have my medication ready before I arrive to the pharmacy otherwise I won’t be able to obtain the medication the same day.I change my pharmacy after this mess.

Terrible customer experience. I kept coming to pick up a prescription and it was never ready, even after receiving daily text messages to stop by to pick it up. They kept losing my profile and I had to repeatedly provide my information. If you can avoid getting prescriptions here, please do. Use the Walgreens on 36th or sign up for PillPack.

Poor staff quality no knowledge at all I don’t why CVS hired them .thye busy talking on personal things inside I don’t know cvs management know this things . Don’t recommend this place at all.

Store that was supposed to be open at 8 opened only at 9. Because thats when the store manager decided to appear. Also, they never pick up the phone.

This pharmacy is the worst! Stay away take your medicines elsewhere. They called me 3 times that the medicine was ready, and it was not. They made me waste my time 3 times. So disrespectful. So done with this store.

The wait is over 20 min no matter when you go or what time. And they never answer the phone.

The pharmacy staff has lot of attitude especially the old man. Instead of helping, they fight with their customers. There is always a big queue if want to go to pharmacy and they dont have any process for managing the queue.

Worst pharmacy ever I filled a prescription a month ago... ONE month ago I didn’t need it to I just left it at CVS ... Today I came to get it and they tell me I have to wait 5 minutes because the system was down !!!!! sooooo a MONTH ago until today !!!! You did not fill the prescription that’s BS worst pharmacy ever with bad attitude!!! Long lines but yet there’s people behind the counter !!!!! Also my 5 minutes turned into 25 minutes !!!

This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever been too. By far. To call the staff incompetent is a gross understatement of their ineptitude. The line is unbelievably slow. Theres no way any customer can get out of that pharmacy in less than 20 min. No one seems to care about customer satisfaction. Plus the place is run down and smells bad.If there were a way to give this hell hole fewer than one star I would. CVS should be ashamed to have its brand associated with that dump.

Walked in at 9:45 and it was empty. It’s 10:30 and IM STILL HERE WAITING WHEN THERE ARE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS... go to a local place if you don’t like waiting an unnecessary long amount of time

Ive always gone to CVS over other pharmacies all my life, but I will never again go back to this store. Unorganized and cluttered - plastic bins everywhere blocking aisles. Only one person staffed up front so super long lines. I asked for the manager and he was young and inexperienced and had absolutely no idea what he was doing. Also the fact that upstairs is a bowling alley - its so loud and I couldnt enjoy my shopping. I literally just walked away without purchasing anything. Do not go here! Waste of your time!

This CvS has to be the worst!!!!I spend about 40-minutes every time I visit. I prepare myself mentally every time I walk into this place because I know that no matter the time of day, theres always a line. The staff is not knowledgeable on the items they sell.The pharmacy is ridiculous slow. I spent 30-minutes waiting to drop medicine for my daughter. Only for the pharmacist to tell me that I can grab it on whatever isle. I looked for about 10-minutes, then asked for help finding the item. I asked again for assistance and was again put to wait another 15-minutes!!!!!! This CVS, Is the definition of horrible costumer service. No one asked to assist me on the floor or behind the pharmacy... you wont see me again CVS! Peaceeeeeee

Store smells a bit moldy, but the staff throughout are extremely helpful and nice. I have been in multiple times and they always make an extra effort to assist me.

I wish I could give negative stars. Ive used cvs in about 12-13 different states including other ones in nj... good, decent. This one has created a new level of horrible, not once but multiple occurrences. I needed a medication so desperately from my dermatologist they called it in so I didnt even have to wait. They didnt fill it because they thought i wouldnt want it no phone call to me or the doctors. Just a 45 minute wait that never should have happened. Drive the extra distance, this place needs to die off and become a coffee shop and anything else.

In my life have I seen a slower pharmacy staff... a long line and zero motivation to bring the line down... never again...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! IF YOU NEED PRESCRIPTION YOU GOT TO STAND IN THE LINE FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES, THAN WAIT ANOTHER 40 MINUTES FOR IT TO BE READY, THEN THE LINE FOR THE CASHIR - ANOTHER 30 MINUTES!

As a coupner or of using coupon please choose a different CVS. Or only go to this one in the morning. Ive had so many bad experiences with the employees there aand my coupons. Latest thing my ecb isnt printing hopefully today when I go they dont give me a hard time on getting my ecb. I hate this one but recently they are all unprofessional with there customers

Theis the worst store, they have the most pharmacies, two cashiers and the line takes for ever and at times they call and say your prescription is ready and after standing in line sotimes for more than half hour they tell you its not ready or they never called.

Trash pharmacy. Can never locate my prescriptions for some reason, then after 20 minutes of messing with the system finally locate it. Made a flu vaccine appointment, only to wait in line for 30 minutes. Waited in one line, told to go to the other line. Waited forever in other line. Its like the DMV here. Never got my scheduled vaccine. Not worth it. Might as well walk to Hoboken. It will take less time and less frustration.

Omgggggggggg Always the photo printer is damaged, it has already happened to me that I make my order online and when I go to pick it up it is not ready or the printer is damaged. Nobody helps me or gives me service, they never know anything. Today I lost money and time I am very disenchanted with this store !! Never ever.
