There was 15 people in line inside the store and only 2 people working the counter, but 4 people working the drive thru. I went out and drove thru. 26 minutes to get a very expensive donut. No donut is worth that. Each of the dont pictured were $1.99

Yes so happy it’s open and I’m out and about! I missed my donuts and the red light is on plus the apple fritter donut is here! The line is long about 45 min but in my Tesla it’s okay plenty to do with the computer on! Definitely coming here again!

This was my kids ages 3, 3, 14, and 15 1st time there and they really liked the cookies and creme, glazed and chocolate donuts. They did not like the strawberry w/sprinkles.

Overpriced donuts. Many options still innovative options in donuts. But missing tried and true my favorites in apple fritters or other such donuts. Similar complaints from others with me. Service seems to be nonchalant.

Drive thru is very slow, take order and pay and get food at 1 location, so the processes slow. Location is convenient, very close to freeway ramp. Best to go there right when the donuts are hot!

After being lied to at the Pacific Commons location about we dont have the Mars donut here when a girl clearly then slid some into the case, I headed to the Union City location to get my Mars donuts. Great lady at the window, fast and they werent denying they had the Mars donut, hoarding them or whatever the PC location was doing that same morning. In the future, Im going to the Union City location *ONLY*.

Messed up my order. Twice. Donuts were perfect but service was terrible.

Employees didnt know what drinks were on the menu, spent forever trying to repeat the menu item over and over and still got the wrong drink.. ordered 2 plain small espressos and was given 1 hazelnut latte (?)... when we tried to explain that thats not what we ordered the cashier didnt really understand so we ended up just leaving having to pay for a drink we didnt want...

The product is good just a long line out the door in a long line in the drive-through I had to wait over an hour And people that were going inside were getting their product the doughnuts faster thats not OK

I get off work at 3 in the morning. Young woman at the drive thru is awesome. I dont know her name. Shes actually older. Say hi. Shes a good person. Be good to her. I think shes special needs. She does a great job.

Do promotion send email but then when order ask for assorted did not tell us only 1 style for Easter special. End up when got home find out my kids disappointed and sad. The service is worst if can give 0 star i will. Donut not cheap but always has special design so kids like it. But with that service i might not go back. Worst company. This big company its not acceptable.

Its funny. No matter how easy the order, they always seem to mess something up and I end up with the wrong doughnuts.. if only grabbing the correct doughnuts were an easier job..

Just dont order the strawberry and lemon slush. So tart I dont think anyone that works there has ever tried it.Customer service, donut and hot drinks are great but the slush ughhhh.Maybe a donut ice cream?

Too expensive for getting day olds (at least thats what they tasted like from this location). Their latte also leaves a nasty aftertaste in your mouth. Very unimpressed with this location. The girl at the drive thru window was very pleasant though (why they got two stars).

Love Krispy Kreme..But will not drive all the way to Union City location.. def just ate the filled doughnut with long hair in it. I died..def was sick in the bathroom for a good 10 minutes. Actually almost ruined me going to Krispy Kreme period... 😫

Its always super quiet which is nice because you can walk in and order immediately. I like the fact that you can watch the donuts being glazed right in front of your eyes.

These donuts are to die for, but you already know that. Some employees are friendly, others not so much. But who cares, Im just there to get fat and enjoy the sugar rush. There are good deals to be found on Groupon if you like the regular glazed donuts.

Not organized. Shift manager/supervisor was professional (4 stars for the shift manager) but cashier acted like she didn’t care about the customer issue. Is it too much to expect some customer service from the cashier? When you go there, set your expectation low. You will not be disappointed.

Krispy creme restroom are open for employees but not for costumers I asked for the password for the restroom and they said it’s closed but right after an employee walks in there I work in a restaurant too and the restrooms are open for everyone...

Typically receive great service at this location. My family and I always visit late Saturday nights. However tonight was quite a different experience. We waited in line for almost 30 min. Not a big deal, dont mind waiting but when we got to the order menu, the lady Informed us that they were only accepting cash. We did not bring cash so could not order. I drove through a bit annoyed and when I pulled up to the window to give the lady advice on posting a sign that reads cash only, she totally ignored me and acted like I wasnt even there.

I hadnt been here for quite awhile, I actually dont eat the whole hot glazed donuts my husband does & shares a bite with me. (I think theyre to sweet) got the six pack & Left. We were headed back home across the bay went back to use restroom & get a hot chocolate. They were getting ready to turn the HOT light off, the ladies were courteous and patient with all before me & after me. Everything was clean tasty and good. Well be back.

Zero selection. Just drove 30 minutes to only pick from the Halloween dozen, original Glazed, strawberry Frosted and a Boston creme...

Rolled up to the drive thru its open 24 hours and got a dozen variety box at 2:30 am .... and a coffee ...it was all fresh and great service as well.Ill be back again and I recommend this place for a early morning stop if your close by because not much else is open.It beats 7-11 for sure if you like fresh doughnuts and coffee or a latte even so check it out Im glad I did....drive thru only after 8pm...Cheers!

Good donuts as usual however they allow a very limited window for getting warm fresh donuts.

The donutz were amazing, waited in line like everyone else, walk in to order was open but not inside dining. They use paper straws, but I keep clean reusable in my vehicle, drinks end up in the house when I get home anyway. Classic glazed are really amazing, orea donut with cream filling and the blueberry...i will visit again in the future.

What can I say about this place that everyone wont already know.....that their donuts are to die for!? Krispy Kreme is like Chinese food. When you have a craving for either, you just gobble, gobble, gobble soon as the treats are in front of you. Then, suddenly, you feel full and you cant have any more (although, in the case of Krispy Kremes, I only stop bc of that small voice in my head)! A few hours later, youre at it again!! End of story.☺

No one else makes donuts like Krispy Kreme. Come when the fresh donut sign is on for the freshest melt-in-your-mouth donuts. You cant go wrong with the regular glaze -- its even better than most of their flavored varieties.
