Great Store 👍 Have everything there A lot of shelves was empty..Theyre always stock _ up Great Prices..

If I can give 0 stars, I would! Customer service here is the WORST!! I don’t come here often but it was on my way so I went in to get a few things.Apparently they let anyone work here! Cashier nor the manager understood simple math! I had to literally explain math to both of them! On top of that, the cashier was so rude, when I asked him a question he responded with an attitude “so do you want to return them??”… my question had nothing to do with returning or not wanted the items… I was in disbelief. The cashiers and the managers here need some kind of training because how they’re acting now is VERY unprofessional. STAY AWAY!

If this locations GP went down, its because the customer cant get to anything they want to buy. Ive visited this location 3 times in one month and the aisles were always PACKED/BLOCKED by stocking boxes. And the staff is walking around like this is the normal way to do business. All 3 times, my trip was wasted because I had no access to a shelf. If this is managements decision to keep the boxes out in the customers way instead of storing them in the back until youve hired someone who can stock the product on the shelves (or until you have room on the shelves for the product), shame on them. Terrible experience!

The last three weeks was crazy for this store having only one resigter working correctly. The manger was helping out the whole line by himself and doing a great job on keeping the line going ! In and out just the way I like it ! Im happy to see that the resigters are up and working for them today! I love the energy of the new staff in this store they made my shopping experience better ! Shout out to Cristian and Ciaria and everyone else ! Great Job

Items are great,the only thing that got me alil mad was there was a line for the cashier,and 1 cashier was there servicing peoe dont kno why they didnt have another register open self check-out needs to be an option there

The Dollar General is a convenient store for many of the low Income individuals in the Area. The store is beginning to have more Stock on its shelves since we were impacted with Covid-19. However, the Workers and Cashiers are rarely politely willing to be helpful, or Professionally courteous.

Very bad customer service I I had to return a fan that I bought. I had my recipt I 0ay with my debit card .I ask for cash back or to be put back on my card they could not do neither one mangers had no clue how to refund me my money. They asked if I would like I gift card I said ok I guess I really dont shop there that much but ok. I them went to use it on a few items which was only like 3 . DollarsWas told I had to purchase a minimum of 5 dollars to use gift card.so I leftWhen back another day to use gift card and found out gift card had no money so as far as going back to dollars general on jfk blvdAbsolutely never againThey are horrible service so disappointed

Im a big aficionado of shabby chic & most of the picture frames in my house come from Dollar General. I have a huge picture in my living room that cost almost $250 to frame exactly as I wanted it & believe it or not, the DG frames match it perfectly. I also pick up tons of other stuff while Im there because... well... who doesnt?

They didnt have what I was looking for but the place was a mess. They should be having the more staff concerning on the neatness of the place and having things organized accordingly. The place should be more welcoming to draw my clients to the store.

You can find what you only at times. They always have boxes in the way but you can a quick pick if you need it!

I went to this location and I had a terrible experience with two of the workers named Yasmeen and Will, who happens to be the manager. I will not be going back to this location as they do not know how to treat their customers with respect.

Upon entering I was impressed by selection but that was short lived by a store non enforced policy which depicts if theres a limit on purchase then notice must be adhered to the product. Also my card was cloned.

Good store, great prices. Store is cluttered with trollies holding boxes all over the store and blocking isles. You have to maneuver around them.

The store is fine but i am always finding merchandise in the way for a employees putting in a shelf so the way always are full for customer shop

Love, love this store!! HORRIBLE customer service though. They should definitely train their staff to be more polite. Lately the isles are crowded with merchandise that has not been placed on the shelves and the store looks a MESS!!! SO UNORGANIZED! Have been to many other stores which have the expanded new isles and it does not look like the one in 22nd Street!

Love love Dollar General!! All the dollar store standard products and a lot more. Crafts, kitchen, auto, homr and a big food section. It parking lot also. Of course not everythings a dollar, but steep discounts across the board.

I love the dollar general stores they have a best value and selection in the smallest sized in a store square footage size it probably makes a decent profit still since it’s blueprint built towards savings

As soon as you walk in you get a friendly greeting, next the store is immaculate, when asking for an specific item not found they will go back with you to the designated aisle and double check, which is much appreciated you guys are awesome keep up the good job

I love this place. I go here all the time. Not only because it’s two minutes from my house but because I love it. I’ve been going since I moved next to them about 5 years ago. As of lately they’ve hired this new manager? I think that’s his position. I love him. He is great. Very helpful and always stays calm and nice during tough situations. Aka difficult customers.

Standard discount store, they do have some very good deals however the staff at this location really need some training on professional Behavior while on the job.

Whomever was at the register (no name tag) was an absolute jerk.

Recently revamped. Was pleasantly surprised to see they have Girl Scout Cookie copycats. Nice layout and selection. There are so many dollar stores in the area, though, so its hard to have any stand out. But, around this area, Dollar General, Dollar Tree nearby and Dollar Power in Columbia Park Shopping Center are my go tos. ; )

Training for the emplyees is horrible.. No respect.cashier with ear phones. Messed up had to wait for mngr. To come redue my order

I loved it here because they had a lot of party items one can use while having a beach party or mini party at home.Items such as balloons, to colorful stickers etc.The parking space is large too.

Theres a lot of items that you can get. They have almost everything you want at a good price. But, thats where my problem comes in, why name it Dollar General? When some items cost more than a dollar. Either way I would still buy there from time to time.
