I came here to have a 105,000 mile service on my Camry. They told me it would take 2 hours, but 4 hours later, I hadn’t heard anything. After mentioning how I missed my eye doctor appointment due to their poor time estimation, they got my car out in 20 minutes and said they’ll cut $50 off. HOWEVER, my car began shaking since leaving the shop, and I decided to take my Camry to another Toyota service in Roswell. Come to find out, Nalley Toyota did not check what they were supposed to check, including a fuel induction, a fuel injection service, or even check my windshield wipers, all of which are included in the package that I supposedly got $50 off. They did nothing. Shameful.

Very busy and explosive. Lots of foot traffic and good customer service
