Twice Ive been in for o rings and have received unsatisfactory service, its as if the front desk lady could care less about my business. Mrs Lorenz was very nice but not so much the other front desk lady. But its okay because Fastenal really went the distance to get me what I needed and even though they only made two dollars Ill be sure to go back because of their great service. Sometimes we have to look at the bigger picture when dealing with customers...
