Went there recently for a sealed Magic the Gathering tournament and had a great experience for not only my first time in an MTG tournament, but my first time playing MTG in person instead of on MTG Arena. Friendly and helpful staff, impressive selection of games and gaming accessories. Will absolutely be back.

The staff is friendly and the prices are competitive. They have a discord so its easy to find friends new and old to battle with. Stop in and get your game on!

The selection was kind of small but it was a very nice shop. I did get a very nice set of dice out of it though so I wouldnt feel good giving it any lower than a 3.

The new store is awesome! And as always awesome customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable and help you with whatever your needs might be. I’ve just recently started play MTG and they have helped me develop my first deck (mono red Aggro) looking to start building other color decks in the future. Glad I have a card shop in my area to help with this. You guys rock!!

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. We are always greeted by friendly service. They have a good selection of board games and they are great at recommending new things to try based on things you like. Tuesday is game night. They allow friendly dogs on leash, always a plus.

I have been going to Sword and Board for a few years now, and I cant say enough good stuff! The staff are relaxed and cool, they have a great selection of MTG cards. This is nice because a lot of similar comic book stores only sell packs instead of individual cards like Sword and Board.In particular, the owner, Casey, is nice and chill, and is willing to bend on card prices of you are a little short, though these things apply to most all of the employees here. I recommend this store to anyone who loves comic books, card games, board games and everything between. 10/10!!!:}

There was not much of a selection besides Marvel comics. Yes they had other comics like dark horse but not much else. Plus there was no manga as well as lacking on any Mecha! Only models they have are war hammer which if your a fan great but if your looking for some other models look else where, no Gundam models or anime models. I was hoping to find some figma at least but nope. Sadly this place is lacking imo, Im not too thrilled 😒

So glad ukiah has a place like this and a little jealous that it was not there when i was younger. They have all kind of stuff to help you get your nerd on. They got comic books, magic cards, toy figures and a whole bunch more. I went in to get my daughter magic cards and ended up staying for a hour. They also do tournaments and game nights.

New to the area, went to check the LGS out. Staff there are friendly. Usually always someone playing board games or Magic there and the people playing are friendly and inviting. Super enjoyable environment and very kid/family friendly.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Interesting games. Lots to choose from. Comic selection somewhat limited. They host gaming sessions.

The staff and clients customers are just really people that you dont want to deal with unfortunately a lot of them are gaslighters and tend to have a narcissistic sense of self-worth everything is overpriced and the person that owns the store is just more or less a jerk

I am a regular customer due to the service and variety of gaming products carried. In addition I have met several gaming friends & aquaintances at Sword & Board. It is more than a store. It is a social meeting place for all types of gamers. If you are a serious gamer or a novice Sword & Board is the place to be.

Employees are fantastic and can always help you and give knowledgeable advice. I go here all the time, and Ill most likely keep going here all the time.

This place is totally awesome!They have a huge selection of cards you can purchase, along with assortments of other awesome goodiez. Im not really sure how scheduling goes for card playing and whatnot, but they have hella tables set up and people are always blasting down cards.I should start playing these Magic the Gathering games.
