With over 40 years in business, I have been using them for all my print and copy needs for several decades. I cant imagine anyone leaving a terrible review.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! TRUST ME DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! THE RUDEST PEOPLE IVE EVER MET!! This place doesnt even deserve any stars! I am pregnant with my first baby and decided to go there for the first time to get baby shower invitations. I wish I would of looked on here first. So I go in there to place the order and spoke with the owner Diana (EVIL WITCH!), at first everything was going smooth. Diana tells me to send them a pdf email of what I would like, so I go home and spend a few hours designing the layout of an idea of what were going for and all they did was copy everything I did, on to their cheap cardstock of paper and than when it was time to go in and proof my invitations, FIRST MISTAKE they copied everything I did at home and put it on cheap cardstock, they had a completely different color they were going print my invitations on and Diana LIED and said I wanted that color when I never said that, they have words misspelled, phone number wrong and on my order it says the invitations would be 5x7 and they werent that size. Diana said she would fix the mistakes but when it came time to pick them up she didnt fix all the mistakes. The invitations were not 5x7 and looked so cheaply! She had the nerve to say it was my fault, that I should have told them to fix that! I guess they dont know how to read their own order! DUMBEST PEOPLE EVER! This Diana EVIL WITCH lady has no class, she literally was yelling at me in front of all her customers, she looked like a fool! She wasnt even willing to fix her mistakes, she wanted to charge me more money for their mistakes!! This EVIL WITCH would not admit to her mistakes, shes that kind of a person who is never in the wrong kind of attitude and kept trying to say it was my fault! Than she becomes AGGRESSIVE and rips my copy of the order out of my hands and said it was hers! This lady is a CRAZY PSYCHO WITCH! She must be going through menopause or have some short of crazy issues going on in her head! As Im walking out she yells at me again to never come back. I will never go to CREATIVE WORKSHOP again and I going to tell all my friends and family about this horrible place! Please spread the word and dont go through what I had to deal with. Who treats people this way especially a 6 month pregnant first mom to be!!!!!!!!
